The SpaceBOOK 7 NIGHTS PAY FOR 6!!!! This very large suite has a private entrance, balcony, wood floors and spa bathroom with a jet tub and large walk-in shower. The king-sized bed can easily be converted to single beds. A rollaway bed is provided for a third person at a nightly rate of $30.00. The studio’s extensive amenities include: Cable, flat screen TV, DVD player, wireless internet, a selection of movies for your enjoyment, hair dryer, mini fridge, double burner, pots and pans, large toaster oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, linens/towels, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, utensils and a kettle. Two small BBQ’s are available (one gas and one charcoal) for you to enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony as you watch the amazing sunsets. A cooler bag is available for those snacks you may want to take on your Island excursions. We also provide a small supply of paper plates and paper cups for those guests who do not want to wash the dishes. You can easily replenish this supply by visiting the “Dollar” store at the Heron Bay Plaza. Maid service will be provided for stays longer than 7 days. The suite is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. Heaters are provided should the need arise during the winter. The property is five minutes to world famous Horseshoe Bay Beach using the Southampton mini bus or a moped cycle rental. If you prefer to walk, you can be at Horseshoe Bay in about 15 minutes. In less than 5 minutes, walk to Heron Bay Plaza with various facilities available such as a restaurant, bakery, pizza house, supermarket, ice cream parlor, bakery and bus stops. In 10 minutes you, can be in Somerset and then on to the Royal Naval Dockyard or 20 minutes to Hamilton. We are located near Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel and the Port Royal Golf course. Loquat is on bus route 8 running up to 10:45 pm to 11:45 pm depending on which route is being taken. If you are travelling west, the bus stop is in front of Sousa’s landscaping. If you are travelling East the bus stop is in front of Heron Bay Marketplace. Both stops are directly across from one another. The local number for information is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Bus routes and times are in the local Bermuda telephone book as well. See Bermuda by purchasing a bus/ferry pass if you are using public transportation. There are three golf courses near the property: Riddell’s Bay charges $135.00 a game with a cart, or a two-week temporary membership for 2 for $600.00. The Belmont Golf Course, the Fairmont Southampton Princess Golf Club and the Port Royal Golf Course are all within 10 minutes of the property and each has its own unique challenge. (prices may change without notice.) There is a nine-hole golf course at Horizons. You can get on the course at Riddell’s Bay sometimes as well if you call the night before to see if any slots are open. Tennis can be played at the Loughlands Hotel for a nominal fee. Hamilton has lovely restaurants and shops. From April to October, you must experience Harbour Nights on Front Street every Wednesday evening. Stroll the outdoor market, listen and dance to live music, taste delicious food and purchase locally made items. The street is closed to vehicular traffic and a number of shops remain open. Locals and tourists mingle until 10 pm and then window shop or stop by the nightclubs, bars and cafes. Closer to Loquat, explore the spectacular beaches along the South Shore. Horseshoe Bay has a number of amenities (restaurant, bar, toilets, beach chair rentals and so on) and Warwick Long Bay is renowned but you will not want to miss the stunning trio of secret coves tucked between those two larger beaches – Chaplin Bay, Stonehole Bay and Jobson’s Cove. These three are the last word in romantic pink sand and gentle surf. The South Shore Road has wonderful views as you travel along on a bus or a moped: magnificent cliffs and many secluded beaches for you to explore from Southampton to Paget. The bus service runs along South Shore Road or Middle Road east to Hamilton, or west towards Somerset. For the more adventurous, mopeds or scooters can be ordered upon arrival (these are paid for by credit card only). Nearby attractions would have to include The Botanical Gardens as well as Paget Marsh Nature Walk and the meandering trails of the Railway Trail System. Explore Dockyard out in Somerset, swim with dolphins, Snorkel Park beach, pubs, museums and shops to enjoy. Want to eat closer to home? Try The Reefs Resort in Southampton: their open-air Coconuts restaurant overlooking their private beach. They might even arrange a table on the beach with candles, full linens and silverware and an amazing meal. Reservations are required. Lunch is available daily without reservations being required. For informal dining walk a few feet to Island Cuisine. For casual dining, try Swizzle Inn (a very popular local spot) or Tio Pepe on the South Shore Road. For more elegant outings there are the dining facilities at the Fairmont Southampton Princess and at the Henry VIII Pub and Grill. Access to the best beaches in Bermuda is very easy. There are at least five eateries near the apartment. The market is a 10 minute walk away. The beaches are about 10 minutes away. There are two bike rental companies in the neighborhood. The location is perfect. Getting AroundThe bus stop is just steps away. Two bike rental companies are close buy. Most guests use the bus service during their stay. I have a driver that can pick you up from the airport and take you back at the end of your stay. The fee is $45. each way versus $50 - $55 taxi fare. The driver will stop at the market on your way if you request it. Please reserve this service when you book the apartment and state if you wish the driver one way or round trip.

The SpaceLocated on a hill with simply breathtaking views of Jews Bay and the Great Sound. The studio is part of a large house with a separate entrance. The studio is prettily furnished with a spacious queen-size bed, a love seat and a dining table. There are further amenities including a flat TV with cable vision, DVD, local prepaid phone and Wifi. For your comfort there is heating, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There are no laundry machines but for guests staying for more than 3 days we offer laundry service for a small fee. The bath facilities are a shower, sink and toilet arrangement. Within the closet is everything else you might need such as an iron, hair dryer, towels, soaps, a cooler bag, beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with china and glasses plus a toaster, kettle, french press coffee maker, microwave oven, electric stove and fridge with a freezer. There is a small charcoal barbeque to enjoy outside while looking at the wonderful view and having a drink in the outdoor sitting area. You will have the pleasure of exploring the spectacular beaches along the southern coastline: The stunning Church Bay offer wonderful South Shore snorkeling opportunities as well as pink, shell strewn beaches to explore (the famous ones such as Horseshoe Bay and Warwick Long Bay are renowned, but you will not want to miss the stunning trio of secret coves tucked between those two larger beaches- Chaplin Bay, Stonehole Bay and Jobson’s Cove. If cooking all your own meals is a must, then “Loquat Lower” is perfect as your Bermuda home. This unit is perfectly suited for one person and very comfortable for two. The SpaceOur home has plenty of space for a party of 12. And can still host more for a BBQ or party. We have adequate outdoor space to have the children run around and tire themselves out. Or if you want privacy, there are many little cozy corners you can tuck away into. Regardless of what you are looking for you can find it here. The NeighborhoodThe Four C's is a very unique property in Bermuda. We are situated in one of the best resort areas Bermuda has to offer. We are smack dab in the middle of the Reefs Resort and the Fairmont Southampton. Please do not delay in confirming your dates in order to block them off. You will be happy you did. Getting AroundThe local Pink & Blue (buses) are one of the best ways to get around and to see the Island. The location of the bus stop is right next to the restaurant (very convenient). And only 4 stops away is Horseshoe Bay Beach, a must go! Other Things to NoteJust a walk away from the #1 public beach on the Island, Horseshoe Bay Beach. A short walk toward the South Road and you will be at the bus stop which runs frequently and only 15 minutes away from the City of Hamilton or Historic Dockyard in the opposite direction.

      Our 4 bedroom oceanfront home with swimming pool is located near Middle Road in Southampton and enjoys unparalleled water views over the Little Sound. Although the locations in the closest proximity to the beaches of the South Shore tend to be in the most demand, the 22 mile length of the island and its width of less than a mile in most places means that access to those beaches is easy by bus or by moped and that’s only after you have savoured the pretty beaches in the immediate area…. Somerset Long Bay is a quiet beach in the West end that you will want to explore…as well as The Railway Trail, a meandering paved pathway through the countryside you can explore on foot or by moped . The Trail is the land right of way owned by the government for long defunct railway system. No cars or trucks are allowed upon it, so the amble will take you through beautiful park like settings overlooking the water and the interesting homes and gardens you would not otherwise notice. Fine dining would include Cambridge Beaches in Somerset and the Newport Room of the Southampton Princess Hotel, as well as nice roadside cafes for breakfast or lunch. The City of Hamilton also has lovely places to dine and shop, and in the summer months through to October, Harbour Nights on Front Street on Wednesday evenings is a sparkling outdoor market event. With live music, delicious food and unusual locally made items to buy, the street is shut to vehicular traffic and the better shops remain open. Everyone congregates happily til 10 pm. and then drifts off to window-shop, or investigate the night clubs, bars and cafes. The city is easily reached by bus, ferry (Rockaway Wharf is nearby) or moped, with taxis available to whisk you away home at the end of the evening. Terms: 15% of total rent plus $1,000.00 damage deposit and a post dated check for balance of rent, due in full 31 days prior to the tenancy commencing. Long distance telephone calls are deducted from the damage deposit of $1,000.00. The damage deposit is refunded to the tenant no sooner than 30 days after the termination of the tenancy and once all bills for the period have been received and tallied.       The SpaceThe pool house is a 1 bed/bath space. The bedroom bed is queen size. The space includes a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher and the living room has a T.V. and a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom includes a closet with a washer and dryer as well as ironing board and hangers. The bathroom has a walk in shower and sink. We do provide the following - beach, bath and pool towels, robes, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Be advised that with concern to grocery shopping, we highly recommend that you ask your taxi driver at the airport to stop at a grocery store before your arrival to the pool house. We suggest this because the grocery store is not as easy to get to without a car or rental moped. You can get to the store by bus, but you will need to purchase bus tickets. We recommend 'Lindo's' or 'Heron Bay Market Place' that are both located in the Warwick parish. Guest AccessThe pool house shares a 1 acre property with our main house, but there is plenty of privacy as gardens and trees separate the pool area. There is also a garden behind the pool house with fresh seasonal vegetables. The best feature is our stunning pool. Please note that you will have full access to the pool, but it is a shared space with the main house. The pool is fully gated and has table and chairs as well as lounge chairs. As we live on an island we do have mosquito's. They are around in larger numbers in the summer months, so we do have citronella candles and tikki torches that are provided to help with the critters. Interaction with GuestsSoniko and I are easily accessible as we live on the property. We handle the rental of the pool house, but the main house/property is a family home. We are a very friendly family and will be around to help as needed. The NeighborhoodWe are situated in a quiet neighborhood that is safe and has little traffic down the lane. We are located in Southampton, Bermuda and are minutes away from Bermuda's best beaches. Church Bay is a 5 min walk away where you can enjoy sunbathing and snorkeling as well as other beaches like our famous 'Horseshoe Bay'. We are 20 minutes from the city center. Also nearby we have world renowned golf courses like Turtle Hill and Port Royal Golf Course and numerous delicious restaurants. Having the Fairmont Southampton and The Reefs hotel near by, you can also enjoy time at their spa's and restaurants. Getting AroundWe do have a public bus service in Bermuda. There is a bus stop 5 mins down the road as well as a scooter rental. You can also call a taxi from the land-line. If you do rent scooters, there is plenty of parking. Once you come out of the airport you will be able to catch a taxi to our listing. The taxi ride will cost around USD$60-$70. The price will vary if you do decide to stop at the grocery store on the way to the pool house. Other Things to NoteThe last member of our family is a very friendly dog named 'Cali'. She is excitable but loving and submissive. In order to get to the pool house, you will need to cross the lawn that she has access too. We would suggest that if you would like to rent the pool house that you are dog friendly as she does freely roam the property. We do have a bbq outside of the pool house that can be used. There are dehumidifiers provided because Bermuda is a very humid place and can be damp, especially in the winter months. Please feel free to use as needed as it will help to dry up your room. If you decide to book with us, in your welcome message can you please provide your flight details and arrival/departure times. Internet wifi access is available in the kitchen and on the outside table and chairs. Unfortunately it does not reach as far as the living room and bedroom space.

On the golf front the Port Royal golf course is about 1 mile away, Riddles Bay and the Fairmont Southampton par 3 course are also close. For those that want to improve their golf swing there is a floodlit driving range less that 1/2 a mile away. We are well served by public transport. The house is on bus routes #7 and #8 so there can be buses as frequent as every 15 minutes from town. We are however 1/2 mile walk from the bus stop along a quiet lane. The Rockaway ferry stop is about 1 mile away with a regular service to Hamilton. The apartment has a good sized well stocked kitchen for those that would prefer to eat-in. The apartment has its own BBQ perfect for lazy summer evenings. There is a large flat screen TV with cable, also a good selection of movies available in the apartment and Apple TV for those that prefer to stream ! The studio is part of a large house with a separate entrance. It is fully furnished - comfortable queen size bed, love seat, dining for 2, TV with more than 100 channels, wifi, pre-paid local cell phone. For your comfort there is also air conditioning, heater and ceiling fan. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, iron, ironing board, hair dryer are also provided. There is a charcoal BBQ outside next to a sitting area for you to enjoy while watching the view. Southampton area is well known for its safe and clean neighborhood, the prettiest beaches along the southshore, being Horseshoe Bay beach rated one of the best beaches in the world and it is within 10-15 minutes walk from the studio. Also within walking distance you have formal and casual restaurants, spas, golf course, the lighthouse, the rail trail, bus transportation and if you would prefer to rent a scooter or pedal bikes there are 2 places where you can rent them from. TV with Netflicks and Hulu, wifi, mini-fridge, sofa and laptop bar. Outdoor lounge area, deck and fire pit. The 440 square Treehouse is adjacent to the 4 bedroom Guesthouse. The Hideaway Suite is comfortable for one or two people who crave privacy and comfort. Plenty of outdoor area to enjoy Lafayette's mild weather... The 440 square foot Treehouse is just a few steps away. With four bedrooms as part of the complex, you can "hideaway" or join the social scene. The Hideaway Suite is one of four bedrooms in the complex, so it works well for group bookings. The guests have access to the shared gourmet kitchen and indoor lounge area, as well as outdoor deck, covered lounge, smoker/grill and fire pit. Everone is invited to the Treehouse where you can experience life from a different point of view. Great for making music as well as stimulating conversations. Invite friends to visit--- there is plenty of space for entertaining. If you are visiting Lafayette for work, you will find our Guesthouse to be comfortable, quiet and convenient. Take the Ambassador Cafferty exit and make only 2 turns (Cameron Sltreet and Evelyn Drive) Roads are well marked and we have a large well-lighted parking lot. We are in an industrial zone and our nearest neighbor is a warehouse that restores unique automobiles. The railroad track is nearby so we sometimes hear trains. We are centrally located to all the major arteries and there are bike routes to downtown and the university area. We are less than 10 minutes to the Downtown, Festival sites and Mardi Gras parade routes. And, of course just minutes away from great restaurants, bars, dancehalls and museums. We are very easy to find since we are just a few blocks from the intersection off Interstate 10 and Ambassador Cafferty. Our large parking lot is well lighted. Our facility works well for individual travelers, couples and groups. Since we have 4 bedrooms, an RV spot and camping gear, we can accommodate a group of 10 to 15 people. Ideal for those looking to relax, with panoramic ocean views from every room and a private lawn where you can enjoy a coffee as the fishing fleet head out, and a glass of wine as they chug back in. Alternatively be on the lookout for parrot fish as they nip and tuck between the reefs, nibbling on tiny plants. Ideal for the avid golfer and sports enthusiast as the premises is close to Port Royal golf course (1 mile) and the water sports center at Somerset Bridge (2.5 miles). Beach access is available at West Whale Bay (1 mile) and excellent snorkeling at Church Bay (1.5 miles – snorkeling equipment provided) – please note there is no direct ocean access at the property. The unit is ideally suited for a couple but there is room for two additional adults or older children as there is a sofa bed in the living room and an inflatable air mattress. (Please note that the bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom and therefore guests using the sofa bed in the living room will need to access the bathroom via the bedroom). Furnished with a modern flair, with accessories such as a large flat screen television, wireless internet and an Apple TV unit, the apartment is set up for the today's electronic traveler. You will have the pleasure of exploring the spectacular beaches along the southern coastline: The stunning Church Bay offer wonderful South Shore snorkeling opportunities as well as pink, shell strewn beaches to explore (the famous ones such as Horseshoe Bay and Warwick Long Bay are renowned, but you will not want to miss the stunning trio of secret coves tucked between those two larger beaches- Chaplin Bay, Stonehole Bay and Jobson’s Cove. These three are the last word in romantic pink sand and gentle surf in splendid seclusion. Snorkeling equipment can be rented at Church Bay and several of the larger beaches such as Horseshoe). The spacious cottage is freshly re-modeled with high-end furnishings and exceptional amenities, including full-sized kitchen appliances (like a stove top and high-tech drawer microwave. The garden entrance overlooks lawns, the recently repaved tennis court, and the serene pool beyond, surrounded with trees and flowering shrubs. The owners cherish their gardens: the gazebo draped in flowers provides a cool spot to rest with a book. When a plunge in the sea is in order, you proceed down the driveway to a gated access to the dock, ideal for snorkeling. Please note that the dock is at the end of a series of steps. The home owners offer kayaks for your pleasure as well: be sure to secure them properly afterwards so they don’t float away on with the tide. A barbecue is available as well private telephone service but please note: Bermuda calling cards are required for long distance calls made from the island. It is important to conserve electricity and water consumption in Bermuda- this is how this home owner keeps her rates low for your benefit. Please turn off air conditioning when you depart from the cottage daily and be sure to lock your accommodations securely. Do not leave the A/C on with windows open- please. 5-minute walk to Belmont Hills Golf Club. Grocery shopping and a bus service are nearby on Tamarind Vale and Middle Road. The bus takes you over to the fabled south shore beaches in less than 10 minutes. The service along Middle Road runs every 15 minutes. The #8 line travels from one end of the island to the other, with changes to other lines made at the central depot in Hamilton. The #8 Barnes Corner bus goes as far as Barnes Corner in Southampton and then waits for 5 minutes before changing number to #7 and proceeding along South Road past the major beaches, making a circular route. Buses travel until approx 11.45 pm, leaving Hamilton (earlier on Sundays). A cab fare from Hamilton is about $20.00US. However there’s no need to go to Hamilton in the evening for fine dining: there are many excellent restaurants near the cottage including Blu, Four Ways Inn, Henry VIII Pub, The Reefs, and The Waterlot Inn, to name but a few. The home owner will provide you with up-to-date recommendations. The Warwick post office on Middle Road carries bus-ferry tickets and passes for sale, or you can collect them by having the cab driver stop off on the way in from the airport. For the more adventurous, moped rentals can be easily arranged. Nearby beaches include the magnificent Elbow Beach, Warwick Long Bay, Astwood Cove, Horseshoe Bay, and Church Bay, all on the beautiful southern shore coastline. Chaplin’s Bay is the last word in romantic coves, private, with deep pink sand strewn with shells and can be found tucked in between Horseshoe and Warwick Long Bay, with its companion beaches, Stonehole Bay and Jobson’s Cove. These are the most magical pink sand coves on the island…bring a towel, a book, a pillow and a hat and a deluxe picnic because you won’t be able to tear yourselves away…. We request that you bring your own beach towels with you: towels for the bathroom is supplied, as are all other linens but no house linens can be taken to the shore, please. Marks and stains ruin them for household use thereafter. We encourage you to bring along a box of frozen or prepared treats for your larder. Do not try to import fresh fruits or vegetables though, as they are confiscated at the airport for insect control reasons. Coffee, teas, biscuits, frozen meat or fish, sweets and other delectables as part of your luggage will save you time as well as trouble upon arrival. Have your taxi driver stop off on the way home for perishables or consider ordering foodstuffs to be delivered via the internet.

The studio is part of a large house with a separate entrance, located within walking distance of the pink and silver sands of Horseshoe Bay Beach and Church Bay, the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, the Railway Trail, golf courses and many restaurants. The studio is prettily furnished with a spacious queen-size bed, a love seat and a dining table. There are further amenities including a flat TV with cable vision, DVD, local prepaid phone and Wifi. For your comfort there is heating, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There are no laundry machines but for guests staying for more than 3 days we offer laundry service. The bath facilities are a shower, sink and toilet arrangement. Within the closet is everything else you might need such as an iron, hair dryer, towels, soaps, a cooler bag, beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with china and glasses plus a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, electric stove and fridge with a freezer. There is a small charcoal barbeque to enjoy outside while looking at the wonderful view and having a drink in the outdoor sitting area. A Southampton location is considered to be a very attractive option for visitors in the know. Although the locations in the closest proximity to the beaches of the South Shore tend to be in the most demand, the 22 mile length of the island and its width of less than a mile in most places means that access to those beaches is easy by bus or by moped and that’s only after you have savoured the pretty beaches in the immediate area. You will have the pleasure of exploring the spectacular beaches along the southern coastline: The stunning Church Bay offer wonderful South Shore snorkeling opportunities as well as pink, shell strewn beaches to explore (the famous ones such as Horseshoe Bay and Warwick Long Bay are renowned, but you will not want to miss the stunning trio of secret coves tucked between those two larger beaches- Chaplin Bay, Stonehole Bay and Jobson’s Cove. These three are the last word in romantic pink sand and gentle surf in splendid seclusion. Snorkeling equipment can be rented at Church Bay and several of the larger beaches such as Horseshoe). Closer than Hamilton for fine dining are the excellent facilities of The Reefs Resort in Southampton: their open-air Coconuts restaurant overlooking their private silvery sand beach will arrange a table on the beach with candles, full linens and silverware and delectable meal for your never-to-be-forgotten evening celebration. Also The Waterlot Inn at the Southampton Princess Hotel and The Dining Room in the Lighthouse. For more casual dining we have Henry VII restaurant and bar and Ocean Club down on the beach of the Southampton Princess Hotel and many more restaurants. There are four golf courses nearby for you to play: the Fairmont Princess Golf Club (walking distance), Riddell’s Bay, The Belmont Golf Course, and the Port Royal Golf Course are all within 15 minutes of the property by moped and each offers its own unique challenge. We encourage you to bring along a box of frozen and prepared treats. You can import all foodstuffs for personal use without difficulty providing you do not bring in fresh produce or fresh seafood. Bringing coffee, tea, biscuits, condiments, tinned and packaged delectables as well as frozen steaks and fish will save you time, trouble and expense upon arrival. On your way in from the airport, I suggest you have your taxi driver stop off at the nearest market to pick up perishables such as milk, eggs and baked goods. Walking is easy from here. Public transportation stops are a 10 minute walk. With four bedrooms as part of the complex, you can "hideaway" or join the social scene. The Hideaway Suite is one of four bedrooms in the complex, so it works well for group bookings. The guests have access to the shared gourmet kitchen and indoor lounge area, as well as outdoor deck, covered lounge, smoker/grill and fire pit. Everone is invited to the Treehouse where you can experience life from a different point of view. Great for making music as well as stimulating conversations. We are easy to find since we are only 5 minutes from Interstate 10. Take the Ambassador Cafferty exit and make only 2 turns (Cameron Sltreet and Evelyn Drive) Roads are well marked and we have a large well-lighted parking lot. You are not likely to have visited a neighborhood like this one. Some people call it an “Urban Oasis”. We are in an industrial zone and our nearest neighbor is a warehouse that restores unique automobiles. The railroad track is nearby so we sometimes hear trains. We are centrally located to all the major arteries and there are bike routes to downtown and the university area. We are less than 10 minutes to the Downtown, Festival sites and Mardi Gras parade routes. And, of course just minutes away from great restaurants, bars, dancehalls and museums. We are very easy to find since we are just a few blocks from the intersection off Interstate 10 and Ambassador Cafferty. Our large parking lot is well lighted. Our facility works well for individual travelers, couples and groups. Since we have 4 bedrooms, an RV spot and camping gear, we can accommodate a group of 10 to 15 people. We welcome group gatherings as well as visitors who want to stay on a monthly or weekly basis. We expect guests to be respectful of other guests and of our facility. We love to share our space with happy, responsible people. We allow one small dog only in the Hideaway Suite ($40 additional pet fee). This studio has a very large eat-in kitchen, large living room with 50” flat screen TV with cable, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a 32” flat-screen TV to watch DVD;s. Off the kitchen, is a bathroom with a shower. In the living room, there is a daybed and we can supply a blowup bed for the fourth if required. Complimentary WiFi is available. “Loquat Too” is definitely for those who want to cook or just want more indoor space. A small gas BBQ is available for you to enjoy outdoor dining. A cooler bag is available for those snacks you may want to take on your Island excursions. We also provide a small supply of paper plates and paper cups for those guests who do not want to wash the dishes. You can easily replenish this supply by visiting the “Dollar" store at the Heron Bay Plaza. Maid service will be provided for stays longer than 7 days. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. Heaters are provided should the need arise during the winter. This studio does not have a dedicated phone line. If you require laundry service, the owner's will assist you by lending you a laundry card that you top up at Warwick Laundromat with funds to cover your use of the facility. Warwick Laundromat is a short three bus stops from the studio. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS Loquat is five minutes to world famous Horseshoe Bay Beach using the Southampton mini bus or a scooter. If you prefer to walk, you can be at Horseshoe Bay in about10-15 minutes. In less than 5 minutes, walk to Heron Bay Plaza with various facilities available such as a restaurants (Island Cuisine is very popular with our guests), bakery, Pizza House, Mr. Chicken, supermarket, Scoops ice cream parlor, yogurt shop and bus stops. In 10 minutes you can be in Somerset and then on to the Royal Naval Dockyard or 20 minutes to Hamilton. We are located near Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel and the Port Royal Golf course. We are on bus route 8 which runs up to 10:45 pm to 11:45 pm depending on which route is being taken. If you are travelling west, the bus stop is in front of Sousa's landscaping. If you are travelling East the bus stop is in front of Heron Bay Marketplace. Both stops are directly across from one another. Bus routes and times are in the local Bermuda telephone book as well. If you are going to utilize the bus services, we recommend purchasing the bus/ferry pass. A taxi to Hamilton (or back again) should cost you no more than $30.00. Hamilton has lovely places to dine and shop. Experience Harbour Nights on Front Street on Wednesday evenings. The months for Harbour Nights are changed annually. Browse the outdoor market, listen and dance to live music, taste delicious food and purchase locally made items. The street is closed to vehicular traffic and a number of shops remain open. Locals and tourists mingle until 10 pm shopping, visiting the nightclubs, bars and outdoor cafes. Closer to Loquat, you will have the pleasure of exploring the gorgeous beaches along the South Shore. Horseshoe Bay has a number of amenities (restaurant, bar, toilets, beach chair rentals and so on) and Warwick Long Bay are renowned but you will not want to miss the beautiful trio of coves tucked between those two larger beaches – Chaplin Bay, Stonehole Bay and Jobson's Cove. These three are beautiful and are definitely worth experiencing. The South Shore Road has wonderful views as you ride along on a bus or a scooter: magnificent cliffs and many secluded beaches for you to explore from Southampton to Paget. The bus service runs along South Shore Road or Middle Road east to Hamilton or west towards Somerset. For the more adventurous, scooters can be ordered online or on arrival (these are paid for by credit card only). Some of our guests see the Island renting pedal bikes! Nearby attractions would have to include The Botanical Gardens as well as Paget Marsh Nature Walk and the meandering trails of the Railway Trail System that you can find right outside your door. Explore Dockyard out in Somerset, with captive dolphins, beaches, pubs, museums and shops to enjoy. Closer than Hamilton for fine dining are the excellent facilities of The Reefs Resort in Southampton: their open-air Coconuts restaurant overlooking their private beach. They will arrange a table on the beach with candles, full linens and silverware and a delicious meal for your never-to-be-forgotten evening celebration. One must reserve ahead. Lunch is available daily without reservations being required. For informal dining try Swizzle Inn on the South Shore Road. A very popular spot for locals – you know if the locals are there, you should be too! For more outings there are the dining facilities at the Southampton Princess, Henry VIII. Blu restaurant and Four Ways Inn are also very nice options. You cannot leave Bermuda without visiting the old Towne of St. George's. In 2000, St. George was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its continuous occupation since the early 1600's and the number and diversity of its fortifications. The bus is easily accessible and we can arrange transport passes if required (at cost). A taxi from the airport can also be arranged for you. Guests have access to the entire apartment and it can accomodate 4 people comfortably. Although the apartment is just above the main house, the apartment is private with its own entrance. Guest AccessGuest will have access to the entire apartment, fully equipped kitchen, range, microwave oven, pots and pans , dishwasher, linens, Nespresso coffee machine. It is fully air-conditioned and has wifi, TV with cable and Netflix in the living room. The master bedroom as a king size bed with cable and Chrome Cast. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and is kid friendly. Guests have access to the private balcony which is accessible from both bedrooms. The Hibiscus suite comprises of a bedroom(king or 2 twin beds, & roll away single bed), a bathroom, a fully stocked kitchenette, and a patio and accommodates 1 to 3 guests. The Pineapple suite comprises of a bedroom ( queen bed), a bathroom, a fully stocked kitchenette, and a patio. It accommodates 1 to 2 guests. There is also a common lounge for both suites. There is free WiFi throughout the Inn, and there are also televisions in each suite and in the lounge. A laptop computer is available for use in the lounge. The NeighborhoodWe are located in Southampton Parish, known for it's scenic views and walking trails, famous pink sand beaches and coves ( excellent for swimming and snorkeling), a wide selection of restaurants, and several world renown golf courses. Getting AroundThe Inn is literally a 3 minute walk from the public bus stops. The public busses will take you everywhere on the island and are relatively inexpensive, clean and timely. You can rent scooters ( not cars), and Russell's taxi service is also available to transport you. Other Things to NoteAfter checking in we will make you feel very comfortable by taking you on a complimentary tour of the area showing you all the points of interest, explaining how to get around and then taking you to the supermarket to pick up a few groceries and drinks before returning to the Inn.

                      The SpaceIt's a perfect blend of privacy and exploration. You'd be located in a quiet neighborhood where everything is but a walk away. The beach (15mins), trailway (1 minute), lighthouse (5minutes) and Waterlot-Inn restaurant 5 (minutes), among others, are all walking distance from Lindsays. There's also parking available if you decide to rent motorcycles. The spacious yard allows for resting or reading or Bar-b-quing to your pleasure. If you decide to stay in, the flat screen TV & board/card games will be available at an arms reach. This apartment fits two persons comfortably and can also hold an extra two persons. Guest AccessWifi is free. If staying for longer than a week than the washer and drier will be available for a small price per load.                       Beautiful renovated 650 square foot apartment with full size kitchen over looking the turquoise waters of south shore in Bermuda. Within 500 meters of Bermuda best beach for snorkeling, Church Bay, the apartment is literally across the road from the Reefs hotel, (restaurants, bars and amazing spa). On major bus routes (#7 bus stop at the end of the drive), moped rentals are available next door. There are 9 restaurants within walking distance as well as a golf course, bars and water sports (diving, kayaking, snorkeling etc). Rates are $185 in April, May, Sept and October 2017 ($180 for 14+ days), $270 in June 2017,, $195 in July, August 2017, $150 for November 2017 and $130 In December 2017 and Jan, Feb, March 2017 ($115pn for 28+ days off season). There are no additional taxes or fees. 2nd detached bedroom to studio available w/ king bed, sitting area, bathroom, laundry and private patio. 2nd bedroom is available for rent as a 2nd bedroom to the studio only and has a fridge and coffee maker but no kitchen facilities and is available at $145 pn in season or $120 from 1 December 2016 to 31 March 2017.
