The NeighborhoodWhat we love about this place is its total tranquility, for we are practically in the countryside, away from the urban chaos and at the same time very close to the city Belo Horizonte [25 km].
We recommend our place for people who want to enjoy a revigorating as well as a relaxing time: artists, writers, therapists. In other words, people who search for good things in life are very welcome.
This is a perfect place to rest, study, write, be in contact with nature, develop projects and also explore interesting places in the surroundings:
- Belo Horizonte.
Capital of the state of Minas Gerais, with its metropolitan life, cultural events and beauty [only 30 minutes by car].
Small early 20th century village [4 km], accessible in 40 minutes by a walk on a bucolic countryside road. It offers a varied gastronomy and typical cuisine from Minas Gerais.
- Bairro Vale do Sol
A place a little more sophisticated with its international cuisine. Situated 3.5 km away on highway BR040 towards Rio de Janeiro.
- Jardim Canadá
A neighborhood that offers all types of services: good supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, gas stations, post office, etc, accessible in 10 minutes by car on highway BR040 towards Belo Horizonte.
- Inhotim: Centro de Arte Contemporânea.
A breathtaking open air museum with works by internationally acclaimed artists such as Tunga, Olafur Eliasson, Amílcar de Castro, Cildo Meireles etc. Accessible by a one hour car drive through a typical landscape from Minas Gerais made of villages and hills. (website hidden)
Getting AroundPublic transportation includes a bus which runs only four times per day from Pasárgada to Belo Horizonte and vice-versa.
The ideal arrangement is to have a car or rent one in order to visit the places nearby, go to restaurants and villages that are situated within a 4 km radius.
From the aeroport to Pasárgada, we can hire the services of a transportation company and/or a taxi as needed.
It is also possible to go directly from the airport to downtown Belo Horizonte
on a special shuttle bus.
Other Things to NotePor enquanto a cozinha não possui estrutura para almoços e jantares. Sómente para pequenos lanches e cafés.
