The SpacePrivacy is the number one asset due to the fact that it is the last house of the street on the top of a hill overlooking the city center.
The porch is my favorite place in the house. It can be used to entertain, eat meals, enjoy a book, nap in the hammock to the sound of nature.
The room on the main floor has privacy and features a vanity with a small sink. There is an old TV and dvd set (with a few films) are there there for entertainment. The double doors lead to the front porch. It's cool and airy in the summer, so no need for AC..
We have small kitchen with a 4 burner stove and oven. Pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, modern microwave, refrigerator with small freezer are available. The dishes are found in the cupboard above the sink or on the shelves. Coffee, sugar, grains, dry pastas, spices etc as well.
The bathroom is small but with a large shower area, with shampoo, conditioner and soap. There is a small hair dryer as well.
The living room is nice and airy with exposed wood beams and antique furniture, with Greek pillows and bright paintings on the walls.
The staircase leads up to the Chalé room.
Upstairs room is large with a queen size bed, sofa (that can become a bed for kids) area to hang clothes, a vanity with drawers and a large modernTV with cable for entertainment.
A door leads to the small veranda (with no railing) featuring a hammock and the most beautiful view to the garden and all the surrounding mountain range. Beautiful sunsets, star gazing and sun rises.
In the garden there is a firepit for barbecues and bonfires, featuring a granite counter top to place barbecue items and a large bench to sit and enjoy.
It's very close to the city center, but far enough to feel in tune with nature, safe and calm. Guest AccessOutdoor activities are numerous: off-road bike riding, mountain hiking, kayaking, swimming, fishing, bird watching, all in beautiful natural surroundings.
