The SpaceWe have a well-kept, clean, and spacious home for you to enjoy during your stay in Calgary. We are conveniently located near the Calgary International Airport in the quiet neighbourhood of Coventry Hills. Our home is ideal for the connecting passenger, tourist, or business executive passing through Calgary. This place is a great location if you want to be close to the airport or wanting to shop at Cross Iron Mills. Deerfoot Trail and Stoney Trail are easily accessible by car. Calgary Transit is a few minutes' walk away but Calgary Transit can take a long time to travel within the city during non-peak times.
You will be welcomed with clean bed sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, and wireless high-speed internet. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (major appliances and coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and kettle), pots, pans, dinnerware, and basic cooking necessities. A new washing machine and dryer is available. We also offer a patio, chairs, table, and patio heater in our backyard. Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining for 4. The Kitchen also has a touch-screen computer for you to look up recipes or watch Netflix.
Bedroom 1 (Accommodates 2): Upper level room with double bed.
Bedroom 2 (Accommodates 2): Master Bedroom with large, comfortable queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with jetted tub. Bedroom 2 will be locked and will not be available to bookings of 2 or less. Bedroom 2 will only be opened with a reservation of 3 or more.
Bedroom 3 (Accommodates 2): Upper level room with queen bed. Bedroom 3 will be locked and will only be open with a reservation for 5 or more.
Upper Floor Den: Desks and Office Chair so you have a place to do your work or write a letter. Guest AccessAll guests will have access to the main floor living room, dining room, powder room, and kitchen. On the upper floor are the bedrooms, bathroom, and den. We have a private deck and backyard for you to enjoy after a long day exploring Calgary and surrounding Rockies/Banff areas.
We offer wi-fi, Netflix, basic kitchen utensils, dinnerware, and supplies, towels, bed linens, and laundry.
Please feel free to park on the driveway and there is lots of free 24 hour street parking available. Interaction with GuestsWe are available via phone, text, or email. We work during business hours and if you leave a message, we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. We enjoy meeting new people and will interact as little or as much as our guests wish.
When you book with us, we will provide you with specific instructions regarding check-in before your arrival. The NeighborhoodOur home is situated in a quiet suburb in NW Calgary. We are within a short driving distance of many amenities, including grocery, fitness and swimming, coffeeshops, restaurants, the movie theatre, and fast-food establishments. There is easy access to Deerfoot Trail and Stoney Trail. There are many pathways near our neighbourhood if you are looking for a leisurely stroll or run. Getting AroundPublic transit is available and is within walking distance of our home. Public transit is $3.15 for 90 minutes of travel either way. If you are renting a vehicle, please feel free to park in our driveway and there is also a lot of free street parking available. Other Things to NoteThis is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed. We have 3 rooms available in our home which can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.
For all guests, we require proof of a valid government identification prior to check-in, or at the time of check-in. For guests seeking a longer term stay of one month or more, we will ask that you execute a short term rental agreement. There are no exceptions to these requirements.
