The SpaceThis private guest bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with access to the rear deck and 2 person jacuzzi tub (seasonal). The bathroom is located on the main level. The room is equipped with a tv and warm ambiance. The Guest Room can be combined with a private suite for family or group events, please message me for details and see my other listing (Wildcat Hills - Master Suite). Dogs count as an extra person so please book in as an additional guest. The house is located just 45 minutes to to DT Calgary, Banff National Park and the international YYC airport. It would be a great alternative to hotels in the city or the national park. The property is completely secluded and located in the Wildcat Hills teaming with wildlife and is a very cool natural environment. At night there is few if any light sources and no other building visible. Halfway between Calgary and Banff. There is 1 KM of well maintained gravel road to get to the house from the west or 3KM from the east. Accessible from the 1A from both the west and the east so please review location directions. Its a great retreat location for writers or artists, vacation (great access to the mountain resorts) or if your working in the area. Also welcome to those of you who live in Calgary or anywhere in Alberta for a weekend getaway. Guest AccessYou will need a car, however motor bike and bike access is very doable. Interaction with GuestsLove to meet new people so as much or little as guest(s) would like. The NeighborhoodGetting to the property is unique because you get travel through 'Grand Valley' which is a very large cattle ranch and also has a large elk herd living roaming in it. The House is located in the middle of a very serene forest on the side of a completely undeveloped ridge. There are no lights viable from the house. Great mountain views and a good place to relax. Getting AroundCar, foot or bike. Other Things to NoteI thought that Air BnB stood for 'Bed no Breakfast', which is the case here but we provide coffee, fruit, cereal, etc. We often do dinners for our quests depending on the timing. The bedroom is located on the second floor level with direct access to the hot tub on a rear deck. The bathroom is located on the main floor level. We do have one very friendly cat.

The SpaceSuper convenient. Accessible. Super clean. Comfortable. Guest AccessWiFi. Kitchen. All essentials. Basically, you have the place to yourself. Parking is any spot that does not have a number post in front of it. Guest and visitor parking spots are the spots immediately to the right as you enter the parking lot off Railway Street. Interaction with GuestsMinimal. I am usually not there. The NeighborhoodEverything is CLOSE in the town. Tim Horton's is delicious and has free Wifi. Close to Calgary, close to Banff. The best of both. Getting AroundEverything is pretty close to the center of town where the condo is located. Other Things to NoteNo smoking. No drugs. No pets. No burning of anything, including incense or candles, and hopefully not food ;). Outdoor shoes not to be worn inside the unit. Remove them at the door when you are inside. The third "bed" is not actually a sofa bed it is more like a cot; instead of a sofa that folds out to a bed, it is a large chair that folds out to a single bed.

You have your own double garage to park in that is separate from the main house. The whole concept is tranquility and privacy. I will bring breakfast to you each morning so that you can enjoy it in the suite. Each hot breakfast will be beautifully presented, very tasty and be the perfect start to your day. We have a Nespresso VertuoLine coffee machine that will allow you to make you own rich aromatic coffee each morning. The roasts vary from mild to dark and the espresso is to die for. With the hot fresh milky foam cream, can you think of a better way to start your day? If you enjoy tea we have a wonderful selection that is sure to please. There is no need to get out of your pajamas. Just kick back, relax and enjoy your holiday. The over sized double shower with two rain shower heads, travertine tiles and a heated bathroom floor will beckon you home at the end of a long day. We have purchased a brand new king sized bed. The Brunello Pillow-Top mattress from Sealy with the Gel fiber, HD foam, and the Pressure Relief System featuring ProGel Memory Foam and Smart Latex, will offer the best support possible for every part of your body! The Pocket Coil ProBack will ensure your body will rest comfortably! The bedding is exquisite with high thread count sheets and an allergen free, three season duvet. We pride ourselves on our selection of pillows to choose from ranging from firm to soft and anything in between. A 58 TV can be enjoyed from the bed or from the sitting area consisting of two over sized chairs and couch. We hope that you take time to enjoy what our acreage has to offer. We have a golf green with its own sand trap and two pin locations. We also have Bocce, croquet, and Ladder Ball for you to use any time. Or possibly you will choose to just relax by the pond and read your book. There is a full size fridge for your convenience that I will keep fresh milk and fruit in for you pleasure.
