I live in a beautiful area called Port Coquitlam, near parks, rivers, mountains and trails. My condo is a lovely 1200 sq foot with a large sunny patio. Your room contains a queen bed, large window, private bathroom, 42 inch tv, dresser, desk and closet with use of wifi. Quiet, and safe area to stroll to nearby cafes and restaurants. I love to cook and share my cooking experience with whoever loves to eat!

We are a quiet couple with 5 grandchildren under the age of 6 that keep us busy and very happy. We have a large home in a quiet neighbourhood in Coquitlam, Westwood Plateau five (5) minutes from Douglas College and many amenities such as Westwood Plateau Village Shopping Centre, City Centre Aquatic Complex, Town Centre Park, Coquitlam Centre Shopping and much more.

We are a happy family of three, my 6 year old boy, my husband and myself. We are warm and friendly and would love to share our home with you. We love having students stay with us, and love to have fun. We live in a new home in Burke Mountain, a quiet, peaceful area close to nature within the city of Coquitlam, just minutes away from the busyness and excitement of the city's major shopping mall, parks, community centre, libraries, ice rink, swimming pools - basically anything one would ever need. We have 2 fully furnished bedrooms available, one upstairs and one downstairs. Our house is very clean and modern. We are non-smokers, have no pets and enjoy a lot of healthy home cooked meals.

We are a couple who are in our late 30's early 40's living right in the heart of the Lower Mainland, in Port Coquitlam. Our suite offers private entrance and provides over 1000 sqf of luxurious living space in secluded location. With a beautiful mountain view of the Golden Ears and Mt. Baker. It features hardwood floors, European kitchen cabinets with state of the art appliances. Queen size beds outfitted with luxurious mattresses, a living area with leather sofa bed, two captains chairs and coffee table. A French door onto a private patio, reserved for the exclusive use of our guests that overlooks the back yard with a bubbling fountain. There is a large bathroom with bathtub and shower and an assortment of quality cotton bath towels, hand towels and face clothes. The kitchen is complete with European style cabinets, a center island with seating for 4 people, quartz counter tops and new appliances that include smooth top stove, dishwasher, new fridge with bottom freezer and a microwave oven. Accessories include a toaster, coffee maker, quality pots and pans, a wide assortment of cups, glasses and stem-ware, stainless cutlery and a selection of kitchen tools and kitchen knives. Mixing bowls, plastic storage containers, cutting board and serving bowls and plates are included for those who want to entertain or enjoy extended stays. There are closets and storage area that includes space for hanging coats and jackets and any full length garments you may have. The living dining room room has a large 42" TV, a bar-style table and chairs as well as a white leather sectional. There is also the bedroom with a newer Queen size bed and comfortable mattress and the spotless bathroom features a bath-tub/shower-tub, WC and sink. Guest AccessFree high speed WiFi is available inside the apartment and in most areas of the backyard. The backyard and our bicycles can be used if desired but need to be shared with us. Interaction with GuestsWe're usually not at home during the week between 6:15 am and 6 pm, but we can assist you with tips and suggestions (if desired) after work.       The SpaceThe bedroom is in a 2-bed, 2-bath ground floor unit on the East side (quiet side) of a 3 level condominium building. It is the larger of the 2 bedrooms and has an en-suite bathroom. The room includes a dresser, closets, desk and chairs in addition to the bed. There is in-suite laundry, cable TV in the living room, air conditioning throughout, and a gas fireplace in the living room. There is no dining room or kitchen table, as the dining room has been converted to a sleeping area for myself and the second bedroom is occupied by my long-term roommate. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the living room, kitchen, patio, in-suite laundry, both bathrooms. Interaction with GuestsI will be staying in the apartment in my own room and will be available to contact if the need arises. The NeighborhoodQuiet neighbourhood, close to shopping, aquatic centre, schools, parks, and hiking trails. Getting AroundThere are several bus stops within a few minutes walking. Some of the bus routes go to the SkyTrain (mass transit system, soon to be within walking distance), West Coast Express (5 trains to downtown Vancouver on weekday mornings; 30 minutes travel time), or direct to downtown Vancouver (60 minutes travel time on the 160 during peak travel times).         The Starlight Suite offers a completely renovated, fully-furnished two-bedroom apartment unit, with it's own separtate entrance in my detached home is a fantastic residential area in Coquitlam. There are two twin-beds in one of the bedrooms, and a queen-bed in the master bedroom. The suite sleeps four comfortably, however, there is a double sofa bed in the living room (living room isn't pictured with this sofa) if necessary a roll-away bed can be made available for an extra person. Many like to set this up in the twin room between the beds. Sometimes it is set up beside the master bedroom for a small child. There is free high speed internet, just bring your laptop computer. The living room is open to the fully-equipped kitchen area, and both offer all the ammenities of home. There is a full bathroom, plus a shared laundry room area. Also included in your stay, cable television, and a private telephone for free local calls. There is access to the locked yard, with the large in-ground pool. Adult supervision is required for children as there is no supervision provided. The suite is a great place for persons or families that are between buying and selling homes, vacationing in the area, visiting out of town family and friends, and insurance claims of fire and damage.             The SpaceThis cozy suite features two bedrooms, open concept living area with a dining table, full kitchen and one bathroom, and a beautiful garden view private entrance. The garden has a barbecue for summer use, your private patio set, as well as a tree trunk table with chairs and a garden lounge swing. Outside of the premises are "monitored" by my two cats who are super friendly, but may not suit people with allergies to their fur. We have recently updated the living room with a brand new, 32" flat screen TV, and added basic cable for those who like the lazy nights with a remote-control in hand, and changed the red couch to a white IKEA sofa-bed. Guest AccessIf you wish to explore the area on a bike, there are three available for your convenience. Also, as mentioned above, the garden is to your disposal as well. It offers a fully-furnished two-bedroom apartment unit, with it's own separtate entrance in my detached house in a fantastic residential area of Coquitlam. There are two twin-beds in one of the bedrooms, and a queen-bed in the master bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room (which isn't pictured). The suite sleeps four comfortably, however, if necessary a roll-away bed is available for an extra person. In a pinch this could sleep 7. There is free high speed internet, just bring your laptop computer. The living room, with an electric fireplace is open to the fully-equipped kitchen area, and both offer all the ammenities of home. There is a full bathroom, plus a shared laundry room area. Also included in your stay, cable television, and a telephone for free local calls. There is access to the locked yard, with the large pool. Adult supervision is required for children as there is no supervision provided. The suite has been extremely popular since 2003 as a great place for persons or families that are between buying and selling homes, vacationing in the area, visiting out of town family and friends, and insurance claims of fire and damage. The second bathroom has a full size shower, so two couples sharing the unit would still be afforded privacy. There is in-suite laundry as well as a dishwasher, a gas range and full size appliances. Guest Access You will have access to a dedicated underground parking stall, and the safety of a very secure building, with a fob required to access all external doors and each floor.
