Our company – Orion Consultings Limited – has been incorporated from 13th Day of October 1981 under the Company Act Numb(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) of Province British Columbia, Ministry of Commerce and Corporate Affairs. We built villa Orion between 2004-2007 at the location of our old cottage. From 1. March 2013 we are renting villa Orion. The City of Penticton approved the rental with the business license, number 14610. You are renting our whole villa. After more than 30 years’ ownership our property has always been a sanctuary for us. We want to share this experience with our guests. Our luxury villa rental is a modern stylish & latest smart technology family home, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, mezzanine, dining & cinema area, brilliant light living room, partly covered patio, outdoor dining terrace. Our luxury villa rental has two climate controlled air conditioning systems, floor heating, electrical shutters, fireplace, top kitchen, timeless design, top-of-the-line upgrades & luxury finishes, Jacuzzi, Spa Waterfall system. Our own concierge is taking care for your privacy, security and luxury. She is available night and day to assist you in any vacation need. The spacious living room is a breath taking glass experience. Power metal blinds for all windows that roll down with a push of button for keeping the villa cool in summer & warm in winter. Huge windows for great views of the surrounding lake, mountains, town from both the first and second stories. Heat from the fireplace is flowing into pipes through concrete cliff wall – a copy of the unusual pinnacle eroded from the glacial lake silt just below the villa – to heat living room. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, from which you can look deep down into downtown Penticton. The master bath is spa-like, featuring a hydro massage system, a Jacuzzi bath and cosmetics. The western bedroom offers a king size bed and its own deck facing south. High thread count sheets and bathrobes, cosmetics, designer decorated and linens of highest quality. On the first floor, relax with the LED LCD TV, BOSE digital home theatre speaker system, CD/DVD player, digital music channels, high-speed Wi-Fi and video game consoles. Guest AccessWe have two mountain bikes available for use and also offer private mountain bike tours of the surrounding trails (upon request). The NeighborhoodThe location is what makes this property so desirable. We are situated in the fruit orchard area of town with hiking and biking trails leaving our backyard. Jack our Labradoodle is a friendly giant and will be very excited to greet you! A perfect place for couples looking for a calm, quiet getaway! Getting AroundIt is a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk to the beach and downtown. This property is close enough to everything yet far enough away from the bustling city noise. The addition of a top brand new natural gas BBQ means tons of cooking space and never having to check or change a propane tank. Just rest assured that you can BBQ anytime you want. Relax the night away after dinner watching the 50 inch Smart TV in the living room. The entire house has it's own central air conditioning system to keep you cool on those hot summer days. A large portion of the backyard is paved with bricks along side a huge back wooden deck; all of which sits under a massive 100 year old tree. The tree offers shade all over the backyard. But don't worry you can still find plenty of places to catch some rays if tanning is your preference. There is ample parking for your car outback in the rear facing driveway. Guest AccessYou will also have access to 2 Smart TVs with basic cable, wireless internet a Playstation3(does double duty as a Bluray player) and a washer/dryer for laundry. There is enough room for two bicycles or your golf bags beside the washer by the back door. And the whole city is just a short bicycle away not to mention how fast it is to one of the very famous Kettle Valley Trail entrances that run past Penticton. The entire house is for your use and please treat it as if it was your own. Interaction with GuestsOnce the booking has been confirmed you will be provided with a passcode to the resortlock style BACKDOOR entrance that will only work for the dates you are booked for starting at 3pm on arrival day. A major convenience of this system is it allows simple and efficient late night check ins if arriving after a long drive. The NeighborhoodThe Harmony House is located just 3 blocks from the South Okanagan Event Centre and the Okanagan Hockey School. There is a large sports complex nearby the house with a gym/pool/spa. If you want to take in a dinner and a movie Bogner's farm to table restaurant and the theater are both very close. A very famous German style sausage maker/deli Grimm is just one block away(Get your steaks for the BBQ here, yum). You can even find a Timmies and a shopping complex in the vicinity. And a short and scenic drive through well maintained mountain roads will get you to the Apex Ski Resort for a day of family fun. Getting AroundPenticton Public Transit is in the vicinity.

The SpaceThis cute one bedroom apartment is in a heritage building on the main street just a block from the beach. It has a comfortable Queen bed with quality linens & lots of pillows. The bathroom has a skylight and is bright & clean. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal or enjoy a glass of wine & a snack. The livingroom has a leather sofa, comfy chair & a TV with cable. There is a DVD player & a stereo receiver. Wifi is available in the building. There is a free off-street parking spot. It is your home away from home! Guest AccessThe apartment is self-contained and private. I do not enter the apartment. I am easily reached by cell or pop into the cafe on the main floor for a chat.The Bellevue Cafe downstairs is a great place for breakfast or lunch, How about apple wood smoked bacon & eggs and a Caesar on the patio or an awesome Bellevue Bad Boy Burger with hand cut fries in our dining room. We have organic coffee from a local roaster - enjoy a Cafe Latte while you admire the large paintings hanging in our gallery. Interaction with GuestsI own the restaurant on the main floor (the Bellevue Cafe) and I am there most of the time, if you need me just come down or call. I do not live in the building, I live 5 minutes away. The NeighborhoodThe apartment is on the Main Street, right downtown. There is a Farmer's Market and a Community Public Market every Saturday from 830-130, (May-Oct) right on Main Street. The markets have crafts, jewellery, clothing, local produce, food items, and entertainment and attract a crowd of locals and visitors. We are close to shops, restaurants, the Art Gallery, Japanese Garden and Casino. The KVR trail is close by, you can bike or walk through the vineyards along the Naramata Bench. Getting AroundThe local bus runs along Main Street. The Greyhound Terminal is 1 block away. The airport is 10 minutes by car or taxi. There is an off street parking space. You can walk to the beach, Art Gallery, Casino, Japanese Garden, parks, Children's playground, shops & restaurants which are all close by. We have access to private shared 300' low bank lakefront property a 2 minute walk - or one minute drive below the house ( 2 boat ramps). This house is beautifully finished and furnished, with comfortable contemporary furniture and mattresses . 3 queen bedrooms and another bedroom one with 2 twin beds, massive master bedroom could also accommodate a twin futon in a pinch. 2 large decks accommodates any family or group, ( Ultraman , cyclists etc) wine bar, stainless kitchen, polished slate floors , 2 full bathrooms ( each with 2 sinks) full size laundry , wireless 52" flatscreen TV and many other amenities and features . Well behaved dogs welcome. $3000 per week Sat- Sat rentals- sorry some weeks are already gone for 2015 . 50% of rental to be paid within 14 days of booking, $750 security deposit. The SpacePrivate, separate entrance, gardens, LAKEVIEW, MOUNTAIN VIEW and parking in rural community only 10 minutes south of Penticton, BC. This quiet location is perfect for wildlife watching including deer, birds and occasional bears. The yard is fenced. Cafes, wineries, golf restaurants, rock climbing, swimming (beaches near), hiking and biking trails, etc all close by. The lakeview room is spacious and comfortable with one washroom with a shower. There is parking and a private entrance for the suite. The style is modern. It is a great place to call home while going out and about each day. There is a small fridge and tea/coffee service. We are only minutes away from the famous Kettle Valley Railroad trail. You can ride from Kaleden to Penticton (north) or from Kaleden to OK Falls (south) or all the way to Osoyoos. The trail is flat, as it is an old railroad grade line.The beach in Kaleden has picnic areas and a great place to swim. The community of Kaleden is semi rural, meaning you may see people horseback riding and tractors on the main road. There is a super restaurant in Kaleden that is open on occasion for a BBQ right on the lake. There are 3 wineries in the neighborhood and the wonderful "Linden Gardens"with it's Frog City Cafe which has locally grown vegetables and lovely homemade bread for the sandwiches. There is no public transit but tours to golfing and wineries can be arranged. Two wineries are within walking distance Kraz Legz and Top Shelf. Our place is unique because it is well appointed, large, private and super relaxing. The view of the lake and mountains is fantastic and of course the hosts are wanting to make your stay fun and complete.

The SpaceWell maintained and have received compliments about how big and how clean the accommodations are. Decks are served with snow removal and hot tubs are serviced nightly. Guest AccessA very cozy 1900 square foot vacation rental, with a hot tub to relax after a hard day playing. Interaction with GuestsAll suites are independent but this suite can adjoin with a secondary suite below, which allows for accommodations up to 20, which is perfect for teams or larger groups, if required. The NeighborhoodThe front picture gives you an idea of the cobalt blue skys we get in the daytime, feels like heaven up here. In the summertime the temperatures are 10 degrees cooler than the City of Penticton, so air conditioning is not required. Getting AroundFoot, snowmobile, snowshoes, skiis, snowboard, bike, no public transit. There is a shuttle services from the Kelowna or Pentiction Airport, for your convenience. Other Things to NoteLocated in the quieter residential area of Apex Mtn Resort. Gorgeous location. If you aim is to have a weekend bender and keep the neighbours awake, this is not the accommodation for you. Stay in the village proper.

The SpaceThe convenience of Moderne Guest Suite makes it an ideal home base while visiting Penticton. Located close to downtown, you will find all the amenities and services you need to complete your stay all within walking distance! The suite has a private entrance with parking just out your door, and our secluded courtyard feels like you're in the country. The suite includes a full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and french press coffee maker! The suite features 1 queen size bed with a queen size futon/sofa and a 3 piece bathroom (shower only). Suite is ground level access but bathroom is not large enough to meet wheelchair accessible code but it is usable with assistance. Guest AccessMaster bed features a brand new Serta Mattress. Queen futon has a foam topper to add for extra comfort. High quality bedding is used. This suite is on ground floor (no steps). The bathroom is not large enough to meet wheelchair accessible code requirements but is useable in most cases. French Press carafe makes coffee for 4. Enough fresh roasted and ground coffee for your first day or two. Starbucks is only 1 block away. Tea pot too. Salt, pepper, sugar, honey, spice rack, as well as coffee cream upon arrival. Microwave cook ware is provided: egg poacher, omelet maker, veggie steamer and pasta and rice cooker. 42' TV with cable. Shaw Gateway System plus Apple TV with Netflix. Parking large enough for 2 vehicles on property. Ductless heat pump heat/cool system. Courtyard area and outside dining (2 tables) is shared with owner. The property is secured at night, so valuables such as bicycles or other gear can be kept in the locked courtyard. Interaction with GuestsWe are often busy with our businesses, but we truly enjoy meeting and visiting with our guests if it's mutual. Evenings in the courtyard visiting guests is our favourite thing to do. The NeighborhoodModerne Guest Suite is a totally private suite that is conveniently located close to downtown Penticton, and offers quick access to all the great things that this area has to offer! Here to play? Year-round, Penticton and area has a very long list of activities and interests for everyone. Here to work? Moderne Guest Suite is 5 blocks from the downtown core and convention centre/events centre, and only 8 blocks from the Lakeside Resort and Casino. Two bus routes are just a walk out your door. Across the street is a convenience store, and less than a block away is the Plaza Shopping Centre which features Safeway, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart, Government 'Signature' Liquor Store, Dollar Store, Wendy's and other shops and services. 5 blocks away are a cold beer and wine store, Home Hardware, Rona, Canadian Tire and Mohawk service station with car wash. Penticton's library and museum are 3 blocks away, and several excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance (5 blocks or less). In spite of the close-in location, our secluded courtyard will make you feel like you're in the country. The SpaceOur 2 bedroom, 1 bath suite has beautiful views, in the country yet walking distance to Okanagan lake, the wine centre and south Okanagan Events Centre. We have a sand volleyball court, and outdoor fire pit as well as a hot tub and private covered patio with a propane BBQ to enjoy. The indoor space is 2 levels with slate and hardwood flooring. Comfortable seating, including a double sofa bed,and king and Queen beds ( queen room does not have a window ) with cotton rich sheets and down duvets. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, storage for bikes etc, and of course a great bathroom with shower and lots of towels! We occupy the upstairs of our home while you enjoy our walkout first floor! Guest AccessAccess to over half acre yard with sand volleyball court, fire pit and hot tub! The suite has a dedicated covered patio with a full size propane BBQ with plenty of outdoor seating and loungers for relaxing and entertaining! Our home is amenable to family gatherings and celebrations. Interaction with GuestsWe are outgoing retired teachers and live on the property and we will interact as much or as little as guests prefer. We do have a small black lab and a mostly outdoor cat that love company!! The NeighborhoodWe love our views and quiet country yet close to city location. We can walk to the lake or town for the farmers market. There are only 3 houses on our street and we back on to the KVR trail. We are in the best wine tasting region in the world according to the Huffington Post! We are only a 45 minute drive to Apex for skiing in the winter and within walking distance to the South Okanagan Events Centre for concerts or Hockey ! Getting AroundAt the foot of our hill, 3 blocks from our home, there is some bus service and of course taxis but we recommend a car for getting around! Other Things to NoteWe do have a small black lab dog and a mostly outdoors cat. We have off season rates, daily, weekly and monthly!

The SpaceWe love hosting people and have tried to think of everything to make our space the best experience possible. THINGS WE THINK YOU'LL LIKE: Guests will enjoy a bright clean space! Each bedroom has a theme (Paris) and (Africa). Both beds are newer with very comfortable queen mattresses. The kitchenette provides a Keurig, electric kettle, small refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and toaster! There is NO STOVE, but guests do have their own personal grill outside for BBQ! There is also SMALL INDUCTION STOVE TOP for simple meal preparation. The living area has a large flat screen TV with cable. The full bathroom is equipped with extra towels, toilet paper, various travel-sized items like tooth paste and shampoo, along with a HAIR DRYER. There is also a washer/dryer connected to the entrance way. Guests also have their own private entrance! The sidewalk that accesses the entrance does have 5 steps and is NOT wheelchair accessible. We are more than happy to help guests with recommendations for Penticton and the surrounding area! There is a Safeway, Save-on-more, Whole Foods, Nature's Fare, and President's Choice within 2.7 kilometers or less! We can be as involved or as invisible as desired. THINGS YOU MAY NOT LIKE: we live on a busy street that is up a hill (not a small hill, but a REAL HILL). You can totally walk into town and back, but it is a longer walk (about 3k) and the way back is a work out. WE HAVE DOGS. If you don't like dogs, don't ever want to see a dog, are allergic to dogs, don't like the sound of an occasional dog bark, or the sound of two large dogs running around upstairs, then please DON'T BOOK WITH US. :) If you like big friendly dogs, then you will LOVE OUR SUITE. WE DO NOT SUPPLY BREAKFAST. However, we will have everything you need for coffee and tea and there may be a few items in the pantry (cereal, oatmeal, etc). The SpaceThis is the best suite in the house. The living room and dining area for 6 is sunny and comfortable all year round with 5 large windows overlooking the front fountain, pretty trees, mountain view and the KVR Trail. The bedrooms are so comfortable. The master bedroom overlooks the private and quiet backyard, has a king size bed, 14 feet of closet space, 2 comfortable chairs and an ottoman for enjoying coffee or wine. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with patio doors onto a front deck overlooking the fountain, closet and large book shelf. The new kitchen has stainless steel appliances, pullout pantry and seating for 2, with garden doors leading to a private deck with bbq and bistro table and access to fenced orchard. Jacuzzi bath completes the home away from home feel. The KVR Trail is right across the street which is perfect for cycling, running or walking your pooch.       The SpacePrimrose Place is close to everything but is tucked away; a privileged location. Downtown, Okanagan Beach and the KVR are less then 5 minutes away. The location makes it very easy to get around. This is a brand new suite but has all the charm of the home itself. The suite is very quaint and private with its own entrance which includes a private out door patio and gazebo with BBQ. A pristine, well-built and maintained heritage home, one of the few gems of its kind in Penticton, was built in 1920 and is loaded with charm! The suite is unique with heritage features carried through out. It is comfortably furnished with all the necessities of home. The cute cubby bedroom has a comfy queen pillow top bed with fresh linens and bedding, where you will have an amazing sleep. The bedroom is small but opens into the living area with French doors (that are on a barn door style sliding system). This makes it feel spacious, a little unique and also handy to watch TV from bed. There is a full well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm. Full fridge with freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, blender, slow cooker, George Forman grill, all the pots and pans, dishes and utensils you will need. The bathroom is amazing! A beautiful claw foot tub, where you can soak after a day on the town, and a separate walk in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the suite. In the living room there is a very comfy sofa and chair, 50" TV, cable, DVD, WIFI, books and games. We have also started a library that you can borrow or contribute to. We are in the middle of Wine Country, Challenge Penticton, Peachfest and more. With the beaches of Okanagan Lake to the north and Skaha Lake to the south, summer in Penticton is the time to get wet. Swim, fish, kayak, wakeboard, waterski, jet ski, windsurf and kite surf. There is biking, hiking, festivals and events that carry right through to winter activities with Apex Ski Hill, Nickel Plate Cross Country Skiing and snowmobiling nearby. Primrose Place is close to everything but tucked away; and you would never know it was there. Just up the alley is the KVR Trail where you can bike or walk for miles, The KVR takes you all over town and all the way to Naramata. So bring your bike. Saturday morning market is D/T. Wine tours. The Penticton Community Public Market is on our doorstep every Saturday morning from May until mid October. The wineries of the Naramata Bench are a short drive and you can walk or bike the KVR Trail (3 min away by car). We are close to the Landmark Cinemas, The Penticton Art Gallery, the Japanese Garden and we are just 2 blocks to the beach. There are many restaurants within a 2 block radius. The Start/Finish line for the Penticton Challenge Triathlon and for the Granfondo Bike Race is in the next block. Getting AroundThe city bus runs in front of the building. The Grapeseed Guesthouse & Gardens is perfect for family vacations, bachelorette parties, small weddings, small corporate workshops, or special events. Relax in the shade of the porch... Fire up the BBQ... Venture out to the gardens for a stroll... Pick some cherries, peaches or pears from our trees... Soak in the garden hot tub, beneath the starry Okanagan sky... Guest AccessGuests have exclusive access to the house, grounds, gardens, hot-tub and amenities for their enjoyment. The only shared amenity is the laundry room (see below). The shared laundry room is located in the garage. Guest hours are 4 PM to 11 AM daily. The hosts use a side garage door to enter the laundry room (to avoid disturbing guests) between the hours of 11 AM and 4 PM. (The shared laundry room allows us to do Guesthouse laundry on-site instead of transporting it back and forth.) Locked storage areas and tractor shed are off limits. Interaction with GuestsWe greet the guests at check in and provide a brief tour. We give guests their privacy, but are nearby if they need anything. We hope guests find us friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. Guests may see us coming and going as we water the gardens and patio plants. The Guesthouse is also within walking distance from the KVR hiking/bicycling trail. The numerous estate wineries of the Naramata Bench are a short drive away. The closest, Poplar Grove Winery (ideal for both wining, dining and special events), is a five-minute walk away. Or book a winery tour and be chauffeured from the Guesthouse to the tasting rooms. Fall is the perfect season to visit the wineries during the Okanagan Wine Festival. A variety of activities and events are mere minutes away from the Guesthouse. Pick apples from one of the nearby orchards. Have dinner and enjoy an evening of live music at the Dream Cafe's marvelously intimate venue. See a world-class concert at the South Okanagan Events Center. Or catch a Penticton Vees game. Take a day trip to Apex Mountain for fun and skiing in the snow. Or gear up to climb Skaha Bluffs, ride in the Okanagan Granfondo, or compete in the Challenge Penticton Triathlon! Getting AroundThere is ample parking in the driveway. Taxi service is available. The city of Penticton has bus service. Bicycle lanes and the Kettle Valley Rail Trail provide corridors for cyclists. Original art is on almost every wall space throughout the house...mostly my sister's & grandmother's paintings/mixed media art! We are the best roommates - clean, respectful and not intrusive. Your living room has a futon which can accommodate a 3rd person in a pinch (though this means you are ok with our cat potentially jumping on the bed with you and may even get in your face!) Guest AccessIt's like being roomies - you have a semi-private space and also access to the 2nd level with kitchen/dining room. Off limits: the full stairs up to the very top of the house. Interaction with GuestsThe 2 of us humans that live in the house are usually 'out and about' or away from home (especially in summertime) and try to allow our guests their private space and freedom, so sometimes we may not see much of each other or even get to meet you in person, especially if it is a 1 night stay, or depending on check in/out times. Luckily for you, our 2 cats will make up for us and will greet you each time you get in, lay bellies up begging for rubs, and lay sprawled across the hall so you 'must' interact with them! Feel free to bring groceries, there will be room in the fridge...you can use the kitchen anytime to prepare meals. All pillow cases, sheets, duvet covers, towels, etc are all washed thoroughly between guests with scent and dye free soap. House cleaners are a natural mix of mine - vinegar/lemon/essential oils. This is a tidy, two story one bedroom, one bath sun suite (two bed two bath from July 1- September 5) with a south-facing lake view deck located steps from sunny sandy Sudbury beach on Skaha Lake in Penticton. In July and August only the suite is available as a two bedroom two bathroom suite that sleeps six. The rest of the year it is generally available as a one bedroom one bathroom suite that sleeps four. This difference is reflected in the pricing. Our guests often comment on how clean our home is. We do pay attention to cleanliness and we hope this helps you feel relaxed and peaceful during your stay. Guest AccessGuests have access to a private suite with Wi-Fi, dishwasher, full bath, air conditioning, laundry and lake view deck with bbq. There are no shared amenities except parking. Interaction with GuestsWhile we would love to meet, we likely won't be able to greet you in person as we travel and spend a lot of time in Victoria. The NeighborhoodOur home is on a quiet cul de sac adjoining sunny, sandy, Sudbury beach on Skaha Lake with a path to Skaha beach at the other end of the road. We have water views but we are on the non-waterfront side of the cul de sac. Getting AroundBus stop on road a block away. Other Things to Note1. Please lock the door and put the key under the mat when checking out. Check out time is 10:00 am. 2. Parking for the upper suite is on the far left-hand side of the driveway. 3. Please roll the garbage can and move the recycling containers out to the street on Monday evening for early Tuesday morning pick-up. We would appreciate it if you would take them back to their place by the side of the house, after they are empty (usually by 9:30 am on Tuesday) to make the neighborhood look better. 4. Recycling bags should be under the kitchen sink or in the drawer to the right of the kitchen sink. They are the clear blue bags. You can put paper and plastic in these bags but not glass. If there are no bags (the cleaner sometimes forgets if I’m not there) then just use the recycle box outside. You can also put the bag in the blue recycle box next to the garbage can. If there is no room in the box please put your bag next to the box. Recycling pick-up is bi-weekly so there may be some recyclables in the bin already when you arrive. There is no pick-up service for glass in Penticton. Instead, glass can be returned for refund in some cases or it goes in the garbage. 5. We would appreciate it if you could put dirty towels and sheets into the bathtub prior to leaving. 6. You need to press the cable button on the Shaw remote to get the cable to work if it does not come on automatically. There is a brochure with instructions for those who find the new cable system a bit challenging (like me).

        This beautiful family house has some amazing qualities including a large covered deck, perfect for morning breakfast and coffee. A large back yard equipped with a tree house, sand box, pool and large shaded patio for all day enjoyment. The 5 piece bathroom has recently been remodelled and is large and inviting for a long soak or a quick shower after being at the beach. It's open concept layout is perfect for entertaining and being able to enjoy all areas of the living space. This beautiful home is perfectly located in central Penticton in the Columbia Area. Just minutes from downtown and centrally located in-between both Skaha and Okanagan beach. *This rental is in a shared accomadation format. The third upstairs bedroom and downstairs space is lived in by my family. The king size bedroom is luxurious with a chaise, elegant chandelier , large window overlooking the orchard and lots of closet space. The most striking beautiful cherry tree snuggles the deck and oozes with the sweet smell of rose honey in April or droops with succulent cherries in June/July. Of course this cherry tree is fabulous no matter what month of the year you visit. The bathroom is equipped with a single Jacuzzi and hand held telephone shaped shower head. There is a single granite topped vanity with elegant light fixture, towel tower and low flush toilet.
