Our family lives in a two level house, 6 yrs. old house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We are only husband and wife and our renter living in this house. We have two sons but are grown up and will come only for visits ocassionally. We have two kitchen, one is called spicy kitchen. We have two dining areas, a living room and a family room. We have a backyard with a vegetable garden and some fruit trees We can have barbecue parties in the summer time. Our house is located in a very quiet cul de sac area and just 5 minutes walk to the bus station and to the Mall, secondary school and the church. We don't have any pets. I love cooking and baking so you can enjoy some tasty treats from time to time. Last but not the least, we have plenty of hospitality to share with you!

Our Family lives in a nice family fun neighbourhood. We are close to two main roads with transits, schools, Libraries, Entertainment, and much more. My husband and I both work a business from home as well as my husband works for our BC Ferries as a Captain. Our Home is open, welcoming with 5 bedrooms and a Student room with Desk, WIFI, & Full Bathroom. We have a dog MYLO who is two and very friendly as we have two small kids who are in school. We have parks all around as well as a big back yard to relax or play sports in. We love to entertain Family and Friends. I hope your stay feels Happy and welcoming in our HOME WITH OUR FAMILY.

We live in a beautiful, modern, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood. You will have your own comfy bedroom with a private bathroom. Our home is 3 levels and outside on our back patio we have a huge hot tub and gas BBQ. We love to get outdoors and travel around the Vancouver area as the sights are breathtaking. My wife is Chinese and I am a Canadian so you get the best of both worlds. This is definitely your "home away from home"!

Our family lives in a 6 bedroom new house, built 3 years ago located in Surrey, Clayton Heights. Just few minutes drive from the bus stops and very close to shopping, restaurants, banking, swimming pool, skating rink, gym, library, parks, elementary and high schools. We have available two (2) furnished rooms. The bedrooms are furnished with bed, desk, closet, and with wireless high speed internet connection. The rooms are clean and bright and we have no pets in the house and we are non-smoking family. We have two kitchen one on the main floor and one on the basement. If you want to use the kitchen you use it but you have to clean it after using. We have hosted International students from Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan and Mexico. We are a family of five and we are religious, friendly and caring. I have two sons 26 & 25 years old and 20 years old daughter. Our children are willing to help students in their school assignments and homework at no cost to students. We can prepare three meals a day if desired and the laundry is done with no extra charge. We can pick up and drop off guest at the airport.

We live one hour from Vancouver, BC, Canada in Langley. We are a small family with one child, almost 4 years old. We have a giant back yard to enjoy gardening or barbeque (very Canadian). Or peace and quiet in front of your very own gas fire place and outside garden area. Private entrance and your own washer and dryer. Both of us work and are home in the evenings otherwise our home is quiet and suitable for studying. Close to schools and hospitals and major bus routes, so perfect if you are enrolled in one of our local schools or working in the local hospital.

We live in rural Maple Ridge, an hour outside of Vancouver. We have 2 friendly dogs, 2 cats, and lots of family dropping by to say hello. Living at home is my son, 19 years old, and his friend, 18 years old, my husband and myself. We have three young grandchildren (and their parents) who visit frequently. At the end of our street is a creek with beautiful forest trails to walk or horseback ride. We live on half an acre, with a pool, trampoline, fire pit. We enjoy bbqing. I cook delicious meals every day, but also invite you to use the kitchen to create your own recipes, if desired. We are happy to show you the sites of the lower mainland and to include you in our happy family life.

The SpaceWe have new bikes available for your use during your visit. Langley has an extensive bike trail system, and its a wonderful way to explore the area. We are near Fort Langley, birthplace of BC. If Canadian history interests you, we are only 15 minutes from the Hudson's Bay Trading Company Fort. Also close by is the Thunderbird Equestrian Centre, wineries, farms, the Fraser River, shopping, and the community recreation centre with multiple pools and a fitness center. We are located in a quiet family neighborhood, with lots of parks and trails. If you want access to Vancouver we are only 5 minutes from highway 1. Transit access is across the street. We are reasonably well travelled and are to recommend excursions locally and throughout the province. You will have a private bathroom and shared use of kitchen and living room. Feel free to use the Hot tub and laundry. High speed Internet is available. The room is suitable for up to 2 people and a travel crib is available for infant or small child. We are LGBT friendly. We'll start you out with a light breakfast and coffee or tea each morning. We hope you come and share our home with us. We will make every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The SpaceThe suite is a completely independent unit in the basement of our house. It has a separate entrance and is great for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. Guest AccessYou will have access to our property as well. We live on .9 of an acre. Our house is in a cul-de-sac but is very private and secluded and backs onto a green belt. You can spend the evening having a glass of wine in our adirondack chairs sitting beside our outdoor wood burning fireplace. It is a great setting! The NeighborhoodI love the proximity of Walnut Grove to Vancouver. It has a quiet country appeal but is only about 40 minutes to the heart of Vancouver. Our house is a great place to begin a weekend of cycling as a way to explore. It is about 4 miles of nice, quiet country riding to get to Fort Langley where you can browse the shops of this great little gem or eat at some fabulous cafes and restaurants. Getting AroundPublic transit is easily accessible within a 5 minute walk. There is bus loop in Walnut Grove.

The new queen size bed comfortably sleeps two. If needed, the sofa pulls out into a double bed that can accommodate two. The flat screen TV is wall mounted for viewing anywhere in the suite. The bathroom has an easy access walk-in shower and is equipped with a hairdryer. We also supply plush robes and slippers available for your stay. The Space Two bedrooms in Executive Home available to rent/possible whole house in mapleridge British columbia West coast express very close by, this will take you to downtown Vancouver. House sleeps 8 comfortably. Three bedrooms (2 with queen bed, 1 with king bed),Den downstairs has a queen size futon bed for two more to sleep , three full bathroom and one half bathroom. House is in a cul-de-sac in a safe, quiet executive neighbourhood. No smoking, no pets. $2000 damage deposit required. 50% deposit upon reservation, 25% payable 90 days before rental, 25% and damage deposit payable 30 days before rental. Watch the tug boats go by or listen to the cries of the Canada geese.   The large, full, brand-new kitchen with lovely, natural Maple cabinets is well equipped and a series of cookbooks and Gourmet magazines invites you to try out new recipes Enjoy a romantic dinner on the patio or at the edge of the garden, high above the river.   French doors lead from the kitchen to the large living room, which features a comfortable sitting area with a leather sofa and a firm Queen-size bed. It has its own bathroom and private (website hidden), wifi, a small fridge and electric kettle and a few dishes let you make some snacks.   Your holiday home is ideal for bird watching, painting, photography, reading and just relaxing. We have lots of books! Wifi connection is available for free for your laptop.   This area is a golfer's paradise: there are 7 golf courses in the vicinity and one 60-stall driving range. These golf courses all vary in challenge, but one thing is for certain, each course is spectacularly beautiful! From ones boasting scenic mountain backdrops to ones with lush playing greens on champion courses this golfing mecca has it all.   For horse-lovers there are 6 stables and equestrian centres and more than 60 km of riding-trails which are kept up by the Horsemen’s Association.   Vancouver with all its excitement is only an hour's drive away. Or take the West Coast Express commuter train.   The Pitt Polder Wetlands are famous for bird watching and miles of dikes offer beautiful nature watching opportunities. The "Trans Canada Trail" runs through here. Boating, hiking, biking or climbing the Golden Ears Mountains is all available in the vicinity. But it is best to have a car to explore our lovely area.

The SpaceSingle level house located on a quiet street in Fort Langley, the birthplace of BC and original trading Fort with First Nations. We love Fort Langley because it's a small village of a couple of thousand people surrounded by farm and greenspace on one side and the Fraser River on the other side. We enjoy the convenience of living in a big city but the quiet peace of our immediate area. House was built in 1980 and is well cared for. It's on a large block (large for Vancouver anyway) of about 1/4 acre. I have a vege garden out the back, some fruit trees and the rest lawn. We tend to live in the one great room that is the kitchen, dining area and lazing area on the couches. We also have the computer in a nook and a huge glass patio door that leads onto the deck so we tend to never leave this room although there is also a more formal sunken living room at the other end of the house. Ensuite attached to Master Bedroom. There is a train track about half a km away. We don't hear the trains anymore (there is a controlled crossing so less train horns) but sometimes when we have guests they comment that they hear them. 10 minute walk to the main street of Fort Langley that has a supermarket, post office and lots of restaurants and cafes. On a sunny day people come to the village and park their cars and wander the streets eating icecream and browsing the shops. Lots of walking/biking trails around Fort Langley and also many hiking trails within a short drive ranging from lazy walks along ocean/lakes to 11,000ft peaks. Rock climbers/scramblers/mountain bikers paradise within 2 hours driving in any direction. The west coast also offers some excellent Sea Kayaking (we have Kayaks) within half a days drive. There is a huge community center 5 minutes up the road that has a 50m indoor swimming pool, kids pools, sauna, spa, weights, fitness classes etc. Its $4 to get in. There is a school and public playground 5 minutes walk from the house. You can also take public transit anywhere in Vancouver from the bus stop that is 1 minute walk from our house. It would take about 1.5 hours to get downtown via public transit. Im not a golfer but even though it rains a lot the city is pretty golf-happy. There are four courses within 10 minutes drive and i'm guessing 20 courses within 3 hours. We have baby equipment available as well (cribs, high chairs etc).

Getting AroundMy home is accessible from Maple ridge from the #701 bus, with a stop directly across the street. If you are arriving by car there is ample free off-road parking adjacent to the apartment. If you need directions from the airport, or from downtown Vancouver, or Maple Ridge, I would be happy to provide you clear directions when you book your stay.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES This is a heritage building and your co-operation for its preservation is appreciated. Please familiarize yourself with all exit routes from the building. In an emergency you can exit from most windows onto an outside roof if required. In Snow White room left window only The building has 10 smoke/CO alarms and a sprinkler system. Do not touch the smoke alarms or the sprinkler heads under any circumstances. Accidental sprinkler activation would do severe damage. The SpaceThe kitchen has full cooking supplies. There is a cosy gas fireplace in the living room. One full bathroom with shower and tub, one half bathroom. Step outside and enjoy the oversized backyard with covered deck, mature trees, lush landscaping and pond. Plus, a barbecue on back porch! Bedroom one: king sized bed. Bedroom two: very comfortable queen sized pullout couch and twin bed (although using both leaves very little extra space in the room). Bedroom three: queen sized bed. Baby crib available upon request. Three minute walk to the bus stop. Includes two cuddly cats. Please ensure they have sufficient food (provided) and water. They don't have a litter box and they use the cat door to come and go as they please. These cats are extremely sweet, love to sit on your lap and they are always making friends in the neighbourhood. Internet included. No phone. No TV. No microwave. Dining table seats six. This is a wonderful home, and I look forward to hosting you. The NeighborhoodFort Langley is rich in history with attractions throughout the village. The village has fabulous coffee shops and restaurants, boutique shops, museums, antique shops, art galleries and more. Fifteen minute walk to downtown Fort Langley or the Fraser River and it's walking and biking trails. The slower paced country atmosphere provides a safe and fun experience for the whole family. Other attractions are three local golf courses, wineries, visit the historic Fort which was the original capital of B.C., or walk & bike the Fort to Fort 10k trail which meanders along the Fraser River. Interaction with GuestsThis is a rancher home, so kitchen space and main bathroom will be shared. Laundry is also available for use. The NeighborhoodThe back yard is very private with big trees surrounding it. The street has a great neighbour feel with lots of friendly neighbours. Easy access to White rock, Campbell Valley park, lots of hiking trails, shopping and freeway access. Getting AroundPublic transportation less than a minute walk away, walking distance to groceries store. 15 minute drive to White Rock. 5 Minute drive to Willowbrook Mall. Other Things to NoteI have a small dog she is very friendly.

The NeighborhoodWe are a family of 5 and have lived in Thornhill for 10 years. This is a beautiful part of BC with amazing trails on our doorstep. Despite the rural surroundings, we are only a 10 minute drive to either Maple Ridge or Mission. Both of these towns are serviced by the West Coast Express train into Vancouver. Getting AroundWe on on a bus route that stops at the end of our lane and will take you into Maple Ridge. We are less than an hour from downtown Vancouver which can be accessed by bus or train. Other Things to NoteEnjoy Thornhill Park an easy 5 minutes walk away. There is a tennis court, frisbee golf and a beautiful creek running through it. A 5 minute drive will take you to the top of Grants Hill where there are beautiful hiking and horse trails.
