It has official heritage status and possesses amazing character and history as an original John Deer warehouse. The renovation and conversion to lofts has incorporated all modern luxuries including secure entry with video surveillance for added security and two elevators for quick access to your floor.
The loft itself is approximately 1500 sq ft with 14ft ceilings and 10ft tall windows that bathe the space with light. The unique character includes original hardwood floors, some exposed brick, gorgeous wood beams, and an original bank door as well as spectacular views of the surrounding heritage buildings. It is fully furnished with stylish, high-end finishings and features the work of many talented local artists.

The Neighborhood-The Exchange District is the best neighbourhood in Winnipeg that has an amazing collection of beautiful heritage buildings and is the centre of the city’s cultural and entertainment highlights.

There is also a free bus that travels around the neighbourhoood if you need to go a little further. Because we are central, it is also a reasonable distance to access any corner of the city via car or taxi. Having traveled extensively ourselves, and after several years in business constantly improving our product, we have zeroed in on the thoughtful details that set us apart from other local hotels and corporate rentals.
We are excellent landlords and make sure that our tenants are taken care of. We can accommodate special requests to make your visit as personal and comfortable as possible.
