The SpaceThe house is a century farm house that has gone through extensive renovations over the years. The house has 4 large bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8 people. (1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Twins, 1 Child’s Bed and a Crib) There is also lots of room to stretch your legs, as the house sits on 200 acres of agricultural land. Guest AccessWaterfront access to the Bay of Quinte - great fishing and swimming. Guests are free to tour the 200 acres of land attached to the property. Interaction with GuestsOur only interaction will be at the time of key drop off. If there are issues that need to be addressed we have a manager close by who can help out. From time to time the grass at the property needs to be cut and we can coordinate that so it does not disturb your stay. The SpaceVery quiet rural road. Fantastic for cycling enthusiasts, foodies and wine lovers. Rental is in a separate building to my home above my art studio. Guest AccessFree parking. Interaction with GuestsI live in the house adjacent to the rental. I will greet guests but allow them their privacy. Continental breakfast (usually something home made) provided. The NeighborhoodEmber Studio Loft is situated smack dab almost in the middle of Prince Edward County. All you choose to do is very close by. Feel inspired by the art I create. The SpaceThis house went through a major facelift in 2014 to uncover it's many original features and add features not available in 1830, like WiFi and Custom showers! The house is set back from the Main Street on a large lot making it semi-private despite its central location. The fenced backyard has a large in-ground pool as well as decks and patio areas for lounging and eating. The 6 well appointed guest rooms are as follows: Bedroom 1 - Upstairs - only room with EnSuite bath, Queen bed plus twin daybed Bedroom 2 - Upstairs - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Upstairs - Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - Upstairs - 1 twin captains bed, 1 set of twin bunk beds Bedroom 5 - East Wing - Queen Bed Bedroom 6 - East Wing - Queen Bed Double Futon in Media Room Double air mattress available on site House comes with bed linens and bath towels, fully outfitted kitchen with dishes for 20 and all standard cook wear, Keurig, microwave, toaster, traditional coffee maker, etc.... The NeighborhoodNoxon House is located in the town of Bloomfield in the heart of Prince Edward County and a quick trip to Sandbanks (10 min drive), Wineries (many in a 15 min radius), Restaurants (there are 2 within walking distance!) and shopping (Bloomfield has a quaint downtown core with many shops and Picton is a 10 minute drive) Getting AroundNoxon House has a large parking area as well as a fenced yard for bike storage. There are a couple of local taxi services in the area, but the best way to get around is to bring your own vehicle. Other Things to NoteDuring the High Season Summer months the Noxon House is only available for Weekly rentals beginning Fridays at 4pm and ending Fridays at 10am. Holiday Weekends are minimum 3 night stay.

The SpaceThis charming three bedroom cottage bungalow is located at 26 Stanley Street in the quaint Village of Bloomfield, nestled in the heart of Prince Edward County, Ontario. Bedroom 1 offers a queen size memory foam mattress which is super comfy. In Bedroom 2, a twin over double bunk bed can be found. In the lower level, bedroom 3 consists of two single beds, which if desired, can be pushed together to form a king. The house has been described as cosy, with a real cottage feel. Definitely super comfortable! I have just recently (Dec 2016) set up a permanent treatment area @ 26 Stanley Street and am thrilled to be able to offer visitors massage and/or reflexology treatments. There is absolutely no obligation if staying, but know that a relaxing treatment is an option. Just message me for more information. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire house and property. Interaction with GuestsWe generally do not interact with guests. There is a lock box which has the house key inside and guests are asked to leave the house locked when they check out. The NeighborhoodStanley Street is within walking distance to fabulous shopping on Main Street in Bloomfield. There is a park on Mill Street (again, within walking distance) with tennis courts and play structures for the kids. At the top of Mill Street (Mill and Main) is an ice cream shop! Other Things to NoteIn the kitchen there is a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster/toaster oven, dishes included plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, as well as cutlery and other cooking utensils (corkscrew too!). There is also a variety of pots and pans. Weekly rental only through the summer.

The article, "Behind the scenes at Canada's Quirkiest Inn", talks about the Garden Suite being "a one room hide-away" filled with rustic furnishings offering its guests a perfectly cozy experience. Interaction with GuestsYour host, Tammy, will most likely be found tending to her gardens or serving customers who have sauntered into the gallery known as Hand Works. With a smile on her face, she will be available for check in, inquiries, and check out. The NeighborhoodIn the heart of Bloomfield, The Garden Suite is set back from the main street under the shade of trees. The suite is a relaxing stroll away from restaurants, boutiques, parks and a wide selection of artisan studios. The Sandbanks Provincial Park is a ten minute drive away on winding country roads.               The Heart Rock Vacation Rental is a brand new self-contained apartment in one of the oldest farm houses in Prince Edward County (circa 1830). We are located in the heart of the county across from the prestigious Oeno Gallery with its Sculpture Garden, and Huff Estates Winery. La La Land Glass Studio and Schroedter's Market - with a dedicated gluten free bakery - are just a stone's throw away. PLEASE do not include children under 18 in your guest count, as they stay free. A forty dollar charge per night is for the 2nd and 3rd adult staying. Picton, Wellington and Bloomfield are only ten minutes away, and Trenton and Belleville are within twenty minutes. The scenic ride on the Glenora Ferry will take you across the bay and from there historic Kingston is a half hour drive. The open concept extends the kitchen to the great room which also provides cathedral ceilings and gorgeous views of West Lake. A smart 65" TV with Bell Satellite service or Bose music system lets you chill around a movie or game. There are five rooms on the main floor, all outfitted with new, cozy linens. The SPA bathrooms are equipped with 16" rain shower heads, radiant floor heating, towel warmers, marble flooring and wood finishings. The basement is designed with a nautical theme as the view to West Lake looks like you are directly on the water. Its likely that all kids will want to sleep together and have their own space. We accomplish this by equipping the basement with a beverage and snack center, pool table, Shuffleboard table, Foosball table, TV with x-box gaming console and satellite service. The 2 rooms in the basement sleep 10 people very comfortably in bunks and the full bathroom is nicely appointed with marble floors and wood finishings. The two remaining decks on either side of the screened in porch are equipped with loungers and a BBQ. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the main house. The barns and sheds on the property are not open for use. Within the house the main floor and finished part of the basement are available to our guests. The backyard is an outdoor oasis featuring a large in-ground heated pool with water-slide and diving board, a hot tub, a raised inset fire pit, a hammock, natural gas Weber BBQ, a dining deck, and an expansive stone patio with lounging and dining areas. Beautiful perennial gardens surround the patio and lawn areas where your family can enjoy games of volleyball, crochet and soccer all within a fenced yard. The pool is heated from June to October with a minimum temperature of 80 degrees F (25 C), allowing guests to enjoy this paradise for as long as possible. The hot tub is available year round. At the front entrance is a covered porch, a paved circular driveway that can accommodate 6 vehicles, and a garage for storage of your bikes and water sports equipment.As per the owner's wishes, this home is not pet-friendly so no pets will be allowed. If you have any allergies, please note that the owner's animals have lived here in the past and may occasionally visit the property.                                       The 1300 SF cottage is on a 1/4 acre piece of property on Big Island, Bay of Quinte in Prince Edward County, accessible by road. It is a 15 minute drive to Picton and close to surrounding wineries, cheese makers, antique stores, galleries and nice country restaurants. We are on the water, with a dirt road between our front yard and the shore. The shoreline is pebble; wearing water shoes you can have a nice swim since it is on the bay the water isn't too cold. There is a grassy area with a picnic table at the water. Excellent fishing. Close to beautiful beach at Sandbanks park.

Two hours, twenty minutes from Toronto, 3 hours twenty minutes from Ottawa. By car you are only 5 minutes away from Dunes Beach, and less than 10 minutes away to Outlet Beach. The house is perfectly situated to allow you to explore and experience everything the County has to offer, and there is something for everyone; beaches, ice cream shops, a waterpark, hiking and biking trails, boating, galleries, award winning wineries, restaurants, local produce markets and antiques, and music, art and theatre festivals throughout the season, and so much more! There is a public boat launch minutes away. You can be in the quaint village of Bloomfield in less than 10 minutes, and Picton in 15 minutes. This roomy but cozy home is situated back well from a quiet road that circles the homes on Sheba’s Island, which is actually a peninsula connected to the mainland by a short causeway. The views of the lake and marsh from the large deck are serene and breathtaking, and the soft breezes and relaxing environment allow for hours of bird watching, basking, or al fresco dining. Steps take you down from the back of the house to the water’s edge, colourfully decorated with lily pads and majestic bull rushes. Here you can sit or play by the water, fish, sip a glass of wine, gather around a bonfire, and watch for and listen to the sounds of birds, ducks, loons and even swans. There is a canoe/kayak available for your use that allows you to paddle out to West Lake within minutes. The spacious front lawn boasts gorgeous perennial gardens, large trees and well placed garden benches and chairs provide nooks and niches for reading, having a cup of coffee or glass of wine and quiet conversations. Children and adults alike will enjoy playing in the large grassy area. The home comfortably sleeps 11 persons, features four bedrooms + downstairs living room with sofa bed (5 private sleeping areas), three bathrooms, and offers two full levels of living space with numerous amenities. The bright, large main floor features a two piece powder room, hardwood floors, French Doors, and a gas fireplace to provide additional ambiance on cool evenings. You will enjoy the sunny, modern, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with skylights and a breakfast area. The adjacent dining room area has a large table and chairs that comfortably seats 8. Above the fireplace in the living room is a 46 inch smart television. The walk out to the deck from both the kitchen and the living room overlook the water, and there are stairs leading from the deck down to the back yard area. The spacious new wood deck has a gas BBQ and patio table, sun umbrella and 6-8 chairs, perfect for dining and lounging. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, the other two bedrooms upstairs each have a Queen size bed.
