The SpacePlease review calender as long weekends and holidays have higher prices. Maximum of 6 people only. Additional $50.00 per guest , per night after that if we approve. Access to Georgian Bay just down the street! Cottage is on a quiet , secluded street. Backyard has lots of trees so you can enjoy your privacy. Large Yard allows guests lots room entertainment. Both front and back patio with a Gas BBQ on front patio. Bring a volleyball net or soccer net/ball. Lots of room to play!! For sleeping we have Bedroom 1 with queen bed and sofa bed. Bedroom 2 has queen bed with sofa lounger. Room 3 has bunk bed with double and single on top and another double bed in room. Just 120m down the street you can access Georgian Bay where you can go for a swim or just bring chairs and read a book! Lots of wonderful bike trails , awesome parks just minutes from this wonderful cottage. BBQ and kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We are always available if you have any questions or if you need any recommendations for resturants or activities. I am available on short notice if you need anything. You will love this neighborhood! Very quiet and secluded. Just 5 min drive to Wasaga Beach area 5 (the family beach) 5 min drive to Main street of Collingwood (Grocery store, LCBO and shopping) winners, (email hidden)so, only 15 min drive to Bruce Trail . There is parking for about 5 cars at the cottage, but no public transportation except taxi. To get to Blue Mountain will run you about $20.00 We have a woodburning fire place. Guest are more than welcome to use it. If you have children, let us know how we can help? Can have games, colouring books ready for them. Just ask! :) You can have access to fire pit which is located at the back of the cottage. Fee for Fire wood does apply. Just let us know. Yoga room also on lower level has a futon bed. 3 bikes, trampoline, 2 funsville kayaks. Lg back yard solar/wood burning sauna accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. Sauna benches fold up to create hot yoga studio for 2 people. Guest AccessGuests have access to all common areas - house and grounds - except owner's bedroom and fashion studio. Owner enjoys being home to meet and welcome guests. On occasion, may not be home when guests arrive. The NeighborhoodQuiet, few neighbours close by, birds, rabbits, Canada geese, water, space, beach - WASAGA Beach is the longest freshwater beach in the world!! 40 min bike ride to Collingwood cafes and restaurants. Getting AroundBikes in garage can be utilized…bus from Wasaga to Collingwood. (Hitch hiking á la '70's (60's?) ??!) The SpacePlease review the calender as long weekends and other holidays have higher prices!!! Price is for 8 people, sleeps 9 using futon. Additional $100 per guest after. Massive windows in entire house, allowing for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very comfortable beds in 4 bedrooms ( 2 kings, two twins (in same room can be pushed together), single bed, double futon on landing and plenty of space to set up air beds in sound proofed, radiant floor heated yoga studio!!! You will love our home as much as we do! Hot tub and BBQ on large back deck, with fully fenced, private treed yard. Large kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Yoga studio/workout room with weights. Book a private or group yoga class in the home studio while on vacation. Catered to all yoga levels, 300 hr certified instructor. Inquire about guided hikes to caves or nature trails for an additional fee. Will also run your dog for a fee if we are around:) Quite and secluded neighborhood. Water access to Georgian Bay shale beach 100m away. Or a 5 min drive to Wasaga Beach area 5 ( the family beach). 5 min drive to Main street of Collingwood (LCBO, groceries and shopping). 15 min drive to Blue Mountain. 15 min to the Bruce Trail and numerous other hiking trails and cool caves! No public transport but taxi's are roughly $20 to Blue Mountain. We have 2 driveways and plenty of space for parking. We have a Rhodesian Ridgeback Dog who obviously won't be there when you are. We do have a large fenced in yard. We aren't keen on having dogs stay as guests (as people on vacation tend to be out all day skiing or at the beach and the dog is left behind) but you can always inquire and depending on time of the year, age and breed you might be in luck. The SpaceThis home was built in 1920 and exudes charm and warmth! It has been fully updated and renovated keeping the integrity intact. There is a queen bed in one guest room and 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom. The upstairs has a lovely new bathroom with heated flooring and a soaker tub. Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole house. Coffee,tea are provided as well as full use of the kitchen. Meals can be arranged:) Interaction with GuestsI live in a separate coach house at the back of the property so you will have as much privacy as you would like. I can direct you to all the best spots in our area and have worked for years with many of our local artists and designers. The NeighborhoodEverything is within easy walking distance whether you'd like to walk by the waterfront, watch the beautiful sunsets over the bay or go to dinner at one of our fabulous restaurants . We have wonderful biking/hiking trails to explore and are minutes to some great beaches by car. Getting AroundThere is onsite parking and public transit if needed. Other Things to NoteThe rate of $200/night is for 2 people....there is an extra charge of $25 per person for additional guests to cover costs of linens,towels,cleaning,etc. Long weekends require 3 night stay...Winters are ski season rental minimum of 3 months stay...Jan-March for a flat rate....depending on your use of the house.

The SpaceThe karma cabin is a one bedroom guest cabin located at the back of our one acre property. It is furnished with a queen sized bed, small country kitchen, tiny private washroom and a unique living area with plenty of thoughtful touches. One of the most striking features of the cabin is the clawfoot tub located beside the woodstove in the living room. The antique soaker tub overlooks a large picture window with with views of the gardens & night sky. This is the perfect place to take a late night bubble bath and gaze at the stars. For your comfort the cabin has plenty of towels and linens, alpaca wool pillows & duvets, a reading library, board games and a selection of organic teas. Please note breakfast is not included with your stay, but you will find a list of our local recommendations in the guestbook. The cabin is TV\Wifi free so you can treat yourself to a digital detox. Guest AccessThe cabin is located directly behind the main house. When you arrive you can expect to find a welcome note and a key waiting for you. You are welcome to use the fireplace in the cabin and complimentary firewood is located on the wrap around porch. There is also a communal BBQ on the porch that you are welcome to use during your stay. Interaction with GuestsThe cabin is private and self contained. We give our guests plenty of space and privacy. The NeighborhoodBatteaux is a quiet hamlet located 10 minutes away from Collingwood and 20 minutes away from Creemore. It is the kind of place where the stars shine a little brighter and you'll hear the sounds of crickets at night. An 8km nature trail passes directly beside our property and leads to downtown Collingwood. The trail is flat and ideal for cycling, walking, cross-country skiing or snow-shoeing. Getting AroundOur semi-rural location requires a car or bike to get around. There is a dependable local taxi company that services our rural area but a trip to town will cost $25/each way. There is a little local pub (The Dornoch Pub) within walking/biking distance. It is located at the end of our road in the village of Nottawa, about 3km away. Other Things to NoteThe karma cabin is equipped for self catered stays so you can take care of your own meals. The kitchen is stocked with dishware and basic cooking utensils (pots, pans, mini fridge, small stove, toaster, kettle etc). All linens, pillows and towels are provided. Complimentary fair trade & organic coffee and tea are included in your stay.     This self-contained one bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our century home. You have your private entrance at the rear of our house and parking for one car. During the spring, summer and fall the apartment is rented by the night, weekend or week. During the winter this apartment is a seasonal rental starting mid Dec. to the end of March.     The SpaceA bright & sunny loft bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a queen sized bed, big windows, natural clay walls, bamboo/cork flooring, private balcony with a bistro set and an ensuite washroom with a clawfoot tub/shower. The living room is a cozy space to curl up with a good book and a glass of wine by the fireplace (firewood is provided). There is a little library of books, board games, musical instruments and a small tv with Netflix/dvd player that you are welcome to use. The large couch doubles as a sofa bed for additional guests. The door to the living room closes and locks for added privacy. The childrens rooms are cozy and clutter-free. One has a comfortable single captains bed and the other has a wooden ikea crib. There is also a large playroom/parlor with plenty of toys for little ones, reading chairs and a woodstove. A childrens safety gate is available upon request. The kitchen is in desperate need of updating and is home to the ugliest fridge and flooring you have ever seen (forgive us) but it is clean and has everything you need including a vitamix, gas stove, double sink, dishwasher, dishware, toaster, tea kettle, coffee grinder & bodem. The mainfloor bathroom is also outdated and is our next reno project but its functional (toilet/shower/sink). Guest AccessDuring your stay you are welcome to make use of the fire place and wood stove on the main level. You are welcome to peruse our bookshelves and our collection of magazines, board games and toys. The top drawers of the dressers will be empty and are for guest use. Interaction with GuestsWhen you arrive you can expect to find a welcome note and a key waiting for you. We can be reached by cell/texting during your stay. We are located less than a 10 minute drive from Collingwood and 20 min from the Scandinave Spa, Creemore & Blue Mountain village. Other Things to NoteThere is a private cabin located on the property directly behind the main house. You may notice an additional car come and go in the shared driveway. We are currently feeding a barn cat named Mamacita. She has a kitty cat door and has access to the mudroom only. She does not enter the main house.

We are very close to walking and cycling trails and live in a quiet neighbourhood with a great mix of young families and retired folks. It is less than a 5 min drive to Main street of Collingwood (LCBO, groceries and shopping). 15 min drive to Blue Mountain. 15 min to the Bruce Trail and numerous other hiking trails, rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, paddle boarding and much more. Please contact us for further details. Claire Glen is a newly renovated 8 bedroom 4 washroom chalet at the base of Blue Mountain. The chalet has a modern open concept kitchen living room and complete entertainment center featuring an HDTV, DVD player, Cable, and Wifi Internet. Claire Glen is 5 minutes walk from the activity center of Blue Mountain's South Village. The epicenter of dining, dancing and shopping at Blue Mountain. The chalet has an indoor heated pool and rain forest shower on the bottom floor and an outdoor hot tub with a view of Blue Mountain from the expansive yard. The back of the house is lined with a balcony with a southwest view to keep sun bathers comfortable in the privacy of the property. The modern kitchen is complete with dishwasher, oven, stove, and coffee maker. Our BBQ is equipped with all the tools for any grill master. Wifi Internet throughout the chalet will keep the workaholics connected in any room and up to date with the latest news and sports to be view on the HDTV. To add a chalet feel the modern house is equipped with a gas fireplace to curl up in front of at the end of an enjoyably day. A guaranteed retreat from daily life, Claire Glen is a private escape minutes away from all season events and activities. Guest AccessThe entire chalet: You will receive a welcome email the week of your stay with the address to your chalet and the key-code as the chalet is key-less. This email will be sent to you as long as we have received your required documents (contract etc). Please double check your spam/junk folder in case your welcome email ends up in there. Each renter is required to sign a separate rental contract which is an agreement to the specific terms and conditions of the rental which includes requirements to provide a list of guests staying at the Chalet, identification must be received, a pre-auth $1,500 damage deposit, and there is $50 STA fee now in effect in the Town of Blue Mountains. The renter agrees to sign a noise by law acknowledgement prior to stay. Our regular check-in time is 4PM. This time is necessary in order to have the chalet all set for your arrival. Our regular check-out time is 11AM. This time is necessary in order to have the chalet all set for the next guests arrival. Early or Late check-in and check-out times are not guaranteed. Please note they might be modified short notice based on back to back bookings. Added fees may be applied to an early check-in or late check-out based upon the time.     The SpacelThis small but superbly-equipped apartment is quiet & cozy, has all the comforts of home, lacking for nothing, and lovely surroundings . Enjoy a book or movie in front of the fireplace, prepare a gourmet meal for 1 to 4 people, luxuriate in a jacuzzi bath after a day on the water, the trails, the links or the ski hills, retire to comfy memory-foam double bed. An armoire can house your clothes, shoes, accessories and luggage, several bins, baskets, under-bed, drawers and shelves will be left empty for storage of your own things. It is a studio after all, a small space, so - and I can't stress this enough! - you'll want to have a place for everything and everything in its place so that there's room for YOU! to relax and enjoy without feeling you're in the midst of chaos. For this reason, I am very conscientious about leaving you MUCH empty storage space. Being a studio, altho it would not be correct to call my kitchen a "kitchenette" because it has a full sized (tho small) fridge and a dishwasher, but the "stove" consists of a 2-burner cooktop which is stored when not in use and a toaster-oven in which I've roasted a whole chicken with stuffing, cooked a delicious pork tenderloin, baked a cake, and cooked a 9" pizza! - among many other options. I find MOST people rarely use more than 2 burners at one time even on a regular stove! Also there is a very good microwave and a Cuisinart grill/griddler (a la Geo Forman, but better). I've lived in this studio for 7 months at a time and found I was truly lacking for nothing and there was nothing I couldn't do - or cook! - ok, well maybe not a turkey! but the point is that with very little adjustment or inconvenience, one can cook and dine on almost anything. Of course, I'll say it again - since the space is small (imagine living on a very spacious boat) one must be prepared to make effort to keep tidy and "stow" things in the many empty shelves, drawers & cupboards (& under-bed) if one wishes to appreciate the tranquility and coziness of the space. The NeighborhoodThe location within Cranberry Resort is not only quiet and serene, it is extremely convenient, walking distance to downtown Collingwood, shopping, theatre, restaurants, bars, music. Easy short drive to Blue Mountain and the "Village at Blue", and only 20 min. to the next town of lovely, quaint Thornbury. Within Cranberry resort itself are pools, fitness, golf, horseback riding, shops, restaurants, spa, clinics, walking/X-ctry ski/biking trails Getting AroundThere is MUCH to do, see, eat, buy and enjoy within easy walking distance, but everything within Collingwood, being a small town, is only a 5 to 10 minute drive away, and Blue Mountain and its Village are only about 15 min., and Thornbury, the Beaver Valley and Beaver River, and Georgian Hills Winery are about 20 minutes to half hour away, as is Wasaga Beach in the opposite direction. PLENTY of parking in the lot adjacent to the building! Other Things to Note1. For ski season, Dec 15 - Apr 15, I am only willing to accept a Seasonal rental at a rate of $3,900 for the 4 month period. There may be some flexibility as to the actual dates for the 4-month start and end, will know by mid-Nov. If you wish to pursue this option, we will have to negotiate details via emails. 2. As mentioned before, there is NO indoor bicycle or ski storage please! Be prepared to store/lock your bicycles or skis in our outdoor racks/ski lockers or in your vehicle. 3. There is a TV, but sorry, no cable, just Netflix(if you have an acct.) or other internet tv thru yr computer (an HDMI cable is there for your use) with excellent WIFI. I have a cable from Apple that fits its older devices with the wider charger slot which you may use easily for Netflix with IPad or IPhone. Most people don't come up on vacation to watch TV but at least one is provided, even if no cable, in case you want to watch a little as you're drifting off to sleep, or if you enjoy Netflix and can manage to connect to the TV, especially if it's a rainy day, you can sit in and watch all day to your heart's content

    The SpaceOur home is a beautifully maintained condo with spectacular views of Blue Mountain from the main dining room and balcony. Our preference is to rent the unit by the week or month for July & August But weekends can be considered based on availability. The condo has upscale furnishings with all amenities (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, A/C). Historic Snowbridge is a quiet neighbourhood that is extremely accessible to the Village at Blue where you can shop, dine and experience activities like miniature golf, the mountain coaster (Ridge Rider) and gondola rides in the summer; skiing and snowboarding in the winter. The unit comes complete with linens, towels and kitchen ware. With 1750 sq. ft on 2 levels it is like a large hotel suite. We are family friendly, however there is light beige carpeting throughout so care with food and drinks is required. During the winter our condo is available for the full ski season - December through March for $12,000 + utilities. The condo is not available for weekend, weekly or monthly rentals during this time period. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the free shuttle service which travels to and from the Village, as well as use of the resident's pool located directly across from our unit. Pool access fobs are in the unit. Please note there is a $40 (each) replacement fee for loss of the pool fobs. Explore the Georgian Triangle by car or bike. The Grey Highlands scenic routes with Vineyards/apple orchards, and water falls are great any time of year. Craigleith Provincial Park and the gallery hub of Clarksburg. Rent or drop your canoe or kayak in Heathcote or along one of the access points on the Beaver River. I think this would be a great place for a weekend get-away, if you're looking to stay for a while or want the comfort of being able to come and go over a longer period of time. Approximately a 10 minute drive to Blue Mountain and 15 - 20 from Wasaga Beach. Getting AroundWhile there is on-site parking, public transportation is available just one block from the house. Buses run from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays; Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is also a Blue Mountain shuttle bus from downtown Collingwood to the resort for a $2 fare, it runs in the morning until 6pm. If you don't want to drive to the mountain I can find out exactly where you'd have to catch the shuttle. There is also a Wasaga Beach link that is $2.00 each way. I have transit, trail and recreations maps available and can help guide you.
