The SpaceThe Cottage has 20 feet of lake access and is a short 1 minute walk to the dock. The cottage property is an "L" shape and has a small lane-way separating the waterfront property to the cottage. There is a private dock to enjoy, a paddleboat, row boat, canoe, and kayak to enjoy the lake. There is a ladder to get into the water from the dock. Since it's a smaller lake the water is usually very warm all summer long, so great for swimming!! The waterfront is not sandy, for swimming we recommend using a floaty or the ladder and avoid touching the bottom.
