The SpaceMy listing is aimed at people here on business or needing a quiet place to come home to (parents or family visiting their University kids etc). Or just for an amazing getaway :) I do not allow other guests (my guests to have guests) in the studio unless otherwise asked & approved. I run a small Personal Training business out of my 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, Kitchen, large "living room" converted & used as my Personal Training studio. I have an amazing King sized bed thats from god himself lol. Couch in the main hallway leading from the bedroom to to Studio & a comfy reading chair in the bedroom. Sheets will be fresh for you & towels & mini soaps included ;) Please only serious, clean, responsible, & mature inquiries. Check in is at 4pm Check out is at 10 (negotiable). Centrally located, it doesn't get any more "downtown" than this spot. I'm in the heart of the "cafe district" & in the main hub for great restaurants. The Loft is on the 3rd floor of the building, has exposed brick on most walls, hardwood throughout. I am a 7 min drive from Trent University & maybe a 10 min drive from Fleming College . I am at the corner of Hunter & George St. right where all of the local watering holes & restaurants are. Only 3 Blocks from the MNR building & there is a grocery store on my block. Municipal lot & Street Parking is FREE between 6pm-9am & all weekend long. Otherwise Parking is $7 / day in the municipal lot located 5 steps out my front door. WEEKDAY GUESTS! :) Please read: If you are planning on being here through the weekdays that is awesome, however I might be training someone in the Studio (or perhaps teaching a short 30 mins class). I typically do not train past 11am on Fridays, taking my weekends off as I stay with my boyfriend at his house. Generally I never work past 6pm through the week & try not to start before 8-9:30am. If you stay here on the weekend you will typically have the whole place to yourself (& you will always have the place 100% to yourself for the night). Full newly renovated kitchen for your use and is open concept with the studio. Fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plates, pots, blender, kettle.... you get the drift. 1 bathroom, full bath, towels, & hotel soaps :) Washer upon request only. No dryer. $10 extra per night for a 2nd person to stay. Please NO other guests or hosting gatherings unless discussed. Full access to the 20x20 private rooftop patio that your bedroom window looks out to, with the door just outside your bedroom door. You are free to use the studio space if I am not working ( again, I typically don't work past 5 or 6 but sometimes potentially 8:30pm as a max). I live on the third floor of this building & share a main lobby on the second floor with my second floor neighbours :) There is no elevator, 2 flight's of stairs & rarely is anyone ever in the shared lobby. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. Cheers & I look forward to being your host :) AlliRoss p.s. Personal Training is available at a discounted rate of $45/ 45 min training session if you would like to workout with me when you are here & it works for both our schedules :) Bedroom. Kitchen. Bathroom. Patio :) ( PLEASE NOTE: I do run my business from here & it is my home when you are not here. If you stay through the weekdays (Mon - Fri), the studio space / kitchen is shared as I train clients during normal business hours. The kitchen is in the studio/Training space, bedroom is at the opposite end of the building & private. If we are here at the same time you will still have privacy - it will just be limited to your amazing bedroom :) if I am in the studio training, unfortunately the kitchen will not be accessible to you until I am done. I am very reasonable and can normally work around any schedule though to make your stay exactly what you need /want. So, if you stay through the week we get to communicate about my Training & clients, its an easy space to co-exist in. It's never been a massive issue :) I generally don't have a lot of interaction face to face, but i love to keep in touch (especially the day of arrival) via txt. Half the time i will be meeting you with the key to let you into my wonderful space & the other half of the time you will be given perfect instructions as to how to open the lockbox to retrieve the keys :) If you are uncomfortable in any way or have any questions at all while staying, please do not hesitate to send me a txt or call. There is no need to ever be uncomfortable. I want to make your stay perfect :) ALSO, if you wish to hold an event here (such as a wedding) the cost is $300/day + an extra security deposit. Guest AccessYour Space :) Bedroom. Kitchen. Bathroom. Patio :) PLEASE NOTE: Kitchen Space is in the main studio where i work and thus will be shared if you are here through the week when i have clients :) Inquire for more info. I live in the North end of the city, on a bus route, which is approx. 5 minutes to Trent University from our home by bus or 20 minutes walking. We live in a very quiet, multi-cultural family neighborhood, with lots of international students staying in homes just like ours! My husband and I have 3 children and have a large, 5 bedroom home. The available bedroom is a large room and we offer unlimited internet access, local telephone calls, satelite television and the opportunity to spend as much or as little time engaging with our family as you wish. We are anxious to welcome another student into our home and help you feel as though you have found your "home away from home"...wherever that may be!

They generally live outdoors and keep to the main floor flat but will on occasion find their way to the lower level...
