I have a 4-bedroom house with outdoor in-ground swimming pool backing onto the park. I have beautiful bedrooms on the 2nd floor with access to balcony with a nice view of the quite and new established neighborhood. It is just myself and my husband with 2 toy dogs that live in the house. Our house is just 3-minute walk to bus stop. We are just 20 minute bus ride to York University. Open spacious home. There are 5 bedrooms in the house. It is a 2 minute walk to the bus and York University is only one bus ride. There is a large kitchen, living room and dining room and the room in the basement has it's own washroom and living room. The backyard is fenced and clean for lounging or eating outside.

We are a very friendly Canadian-born family who have been providing homestay to international guests from all over the world since 1994. We are conveniently located within walking distance to public transit, shopping, banks, parks, a library and community centre. We live in a safe, upperscale neighbourhood in the north end of Toronto. Our home backs onto a charming community park with a small walking path, benches to relax and a basketball park for sports enthusiasts. We live in an upscale neighborhood close to city bus lines, and within walking distance from shops and a bank. We have 2 dogs. One is a Pug and the other a Yorkie. Both are very friendly and up to date on all inoculations. They are part of our family. My wife likes to cook and feed our present Homestay children. We have been homestaying since 2010. Every member of our family gets a VSS (vulnerable sector screening) annually. We have 2 children at home. A 26 year old daughter and a 19 year old son. We have hosted students from China & Spain so far. All our past students still stay in touch with us and when they are back in our area, they stop in and visit. They are all still a part of our family.

    My wife and I are looking for an individual (female only) to rent out one of our rooms in our home. We live right on the corner of Keele and Major Mackenzie in a small private area townhouse. We are interested in renting out the room. Our home is very well organized, clean and well maintained. We have 1 child in the home who is less than 14 months and 2 cats. The room we would like to rent out is very spacious just in case you want to bring in your own furniture such as bed, futon, desk etc. However right now in the room there is a queen size bed which you can use if you wish, also a study table. Also we have a parking spot available for use if you do have a car. However the TTC bus stop is less than 1 minute from our front steps and the Keele bus goes directly to Downsview Station and York University if you happen to be a student. Our area is close to Vaughan Mills, Wonderland, Shoppers, Walmart, etc....

The home is surrounded by golf courses, parks, restaurants, cafes, tennis courts, a ski club, and riverside walking trails – all within walking distance. Easy commuting to downtown Toronto. Large 2,600 square foot townhome currently has a king, queen, and double bed in 3 bedrooms, plus 2 couches in the living/family rooms. Main floor is recently renovated with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and three crystal chandeliers. There is one bathroom on the main level (2-piece) and two bathrooms on the upper level (3-piece and 4-piece). The skylight and high ceilings give this home a very bright, spacious and open ambiance: 9-foot high ceilings in the kitchen/living/dining/family rooms, 12-foot high ceiling in the front foyer and 15-foot high vaulted cathedral ceiling in the master bedroom. The central staircase is open entirely to the skylight which is about 34 feet high from the main floor. This skylight floods all three levels with lots of light all day. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and prepare meals using the outdoor natural gas barbecue. The kitchen has upgraded appliances, cabinets, pantry and kitchen island with pull-outs and pot drawers, clean stainless steel fridge, gas stove, built-in microwave, built-in dishwasher, washer/dryer on bedroom level, California privacy window shutters throughout, central vacuum, central air conditioning, upgraded chandeliers and pot lights, upgraded closets with automatic light sensors and closet organizers. The entire townhome was recently renovated except for the master bedroom. In the spirit of full disclosure, it's in pretty good shape although there are a few scuff marks and some nail holes from previous pictures. But, other than that, still in great shape. Guest AccessYou will have access to the three-level townhome, plus the outdoor patio with chairs and a barbecue. No backyard access, but there is a small courtyard outside in front of the townhome, with some benches and flowers... it's a great spot for relaxing outdoors or taking wedding photos. I tend to leave behind some food in the fridge and cupboards (e.g., tea, coffee, staples, etc.), so feel free to help yourself to anything in the house, including some bottles of my home-made red wine in the living room. Also, in the high cabinet pantry in the kitchen, there are lots of bathroom and kitchen supplies you can help yourself to. Self-contained kitchen also includes cookware, glassware, flatware and utensils, toaster, rice cooker, kettle , dish ware, heavy gage cookware, pool towels, dish and laundry detergents, soaps and shampoos and iron/ironing board. ON CHECK OUT,I will meet you at agreed time at which point you, the guests, can provide feedback on The home, as well as identify any damages or wear and tear having occurred during your stay. This visit by me, the host, is necessary to review the condition of the home prior to the guest leaving at the agreed time, and is non-negotiable. Any damages or unreasonable evidence of wear and tear may be subject to being compensated for by the Security and Damages Deposit. If the above process is not followed, the guest understands and agrees that this will impact the return of the Security Deposit. GUESTS – Occupant(s) assumes responsibility for the behaviour of their guests during this term and any damage to the property, suite and its contents . Should there be a noise complaint during the time of occupancy, or any violation of the above stated conditions, the Owners, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and regain possession without providing compensation.
