The SpaceThis home is known as one of the most beautiful spots in Val-David.
Please note that the PRICE in this ad is for rental of the 2 units TOGETHER.
These two condo's were fully renovated in 2010 and are equipped with everything you need to feel right at home (dishwasher, washer, dryer, flat screen tv, fireplace, high-speed wifi, cable, dvd, etc).
The upper unit (Le Luzern) has 2 very large bedrooms (queen) with an additional single bunk bed in one bedroom. It has 3 full bathrooms, a large kitchen and a beautiful stone fireplace (wood burning). There is a 3-season sun-room off the dining area with beautiful lake views.
The lower unit (Le Zermatt) spans the lake level of the duplex and has 2 large bedrooms (queen beds) with a pull-out queen sofa-bed in the spacious living room. It has an electric fireplace in the living room which gives off a nice heat. Just next to the waters edge, you can walk out directly onto your covered patio just in front of the lake.
The units may be rented separately (sound-proofing is very good between the 2 units, but NOT appropriate for parties/loud music) or together for a larger group. When rented together, there is an interior staircase between the two units that can be unlocked to make one large chalet. Please see our other listings if you wish to rent each chalet separately.
These 2 condo-apartments are a part of the Swiss Village Cottage Resort (winner of the Grand Prize for Tourism Laurentians in 2010 & 2011) in the Laurentian village of Val-David. Guest AccessYou have access to the whole chalet/condo duplex (2 units) as well as our entire site.
You'll enjoy the pool, hot-tub (year round) and lake as well as our pedal boats for free in the warmer months. We also have a few bikes (all ages) for rent.
We have a small common area, under chalet 3 (le Davos) where you will find a washer/dryer, extensive dvd collection (over 100 options), small library and jigsaw puzzles. All are available for you to use/borrow free of charge.
You will also receive a free pass to the Regional Park where you can enjoy different sports and activities depending on the season (walking, biking, rock climbing($), bird watching, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding and more.) Bring your own equipment or rent it at the Regional park which is right next door.
In summer take out a pedal boat on the lake, fish, swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub, explore the Regional Park (hiking, biking, rock climbing), and don't forget the little village of Val-David (ice cream, restaurants, market, grocery, etc) which is just a 5 minute walk.

Over 160km of groomed cross-country ski trails, 30km of snowshoeing trails (dogs welcome for snowshoeing!), 2 sledding runs, 3 skating rinks and the cute little village of Val-David...all just steps from our chalets.
