Our Condo in Georgetown Villas is the perfect answer! With its secluded beach and oceanfront pool you can relax and enjoy the sun, water and scenery with no hint of crowds no matter how busy the island is. However, when the impulse to join in hits, you are just a short stroll away from the major hotels and beachfront establishments. In the other direction is the historic port town of Georgetown with its shops and restaurants focused on the daily arrival of cruise ships. Our beautiful home has 2 bedrooms, each with full bath. The master bedroom has a King bed. The guest bedroom has two Queen size beds. Both Bedrooms have Sound Proof Windows and curtains to guarantee a good nights sleep. Living room has a pull out full size sofa bed. You can enjoy the many near by restaurants or you can eat at home using our full kitchen with electric stove/oven, 2 microwaves, coffee maker, blender, kitchen utensils, ice maker in freezer, toaster and full table settings for 6. A communal gas outdoor grill is available next to the pool. Dining room table seats 6. Outside balcony table, with its front row view of every sunset, seats 4. Wet bar seats 2. Groceries, shops, restaurants and dive operations are all within a 15 minute or less walk so renting a car is not a necessity. However, car rentals are relatively inexpensive on the Island and having a car can be convenient and private parking is free. You can swim or relax in the sun on the secluded beach or the large ocean front pool and deck area. If Tennis is your game, there is a private court on the property for your free usage. Tune in that special sports match you must see on our 60� LED cable TV or stay connected with our private secure WIFI internet high speed connection. We are outdoor people who love the water. The spacious balcony is the highlight of the unit for us. It is shaded enough to be able to use a computer outside during the day while still having the unobstructed panoramic view of the gardens and sea. Then at night having a relaxing drink while watching the sun set and then having dinner on the outside table is the ultimate for us in an oceanfront home. We rented this unit from it previous owners, fell in love with it and bought it. We felt it was the perfect combination of all the attributes we look for in an Island getaway and bought it when we found it went on the market. Now we offer it to you to make your stay in Cayman Islands truly memorable. We are outdoor people who love the water. The spacious balcony overlooking the sea was the deciding factor for us to purchase the unit. It is shaded enough to be able to use a computer outside during the day while still having the unobstructed panoramic view of the gardens and sea. Then at night having a relaxing drink while watching the sun set and then having dinner on the outside table is the ultimate for us in an oceanfront home. Georgetown Villas is located on the ocean at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach. The developments on this end of the beach have secluded beaches that are separated from each other by coral out croppings that come into shore between the properties affording each property its own secluded beach with few, if any, passerby's. Great for kids! While free parking is provided at the unit, a car is not a necessity as it would be on other parts of the Island. A large supermarket, Camana Bay, downtown Georgetown, dive operations and restaurants ranging from fast food to fine dining are all within a 20 minute walking radius. A short 15 minute cab ride from the airport assures that your vacation will start soon after arriving.

We are close enough to Georgetown and the airport for convenience, but miles away from the crowds and noise. Many recent upgrades including: New A/C and ducts Fresh paint New fridge New bunk beds High end linens New dishes, cutlery New TV Getting Aroundpublic buses pass by regularly, and cost about $3 pp per direction. Other than Christmas, and a few holiday long weekends, Rental cars are very affordable. Even during the busy times you can get a car for less than many other island destinations. Other Things to NoteWe are licensed by the Dept of Tourism, as all tourist accommodations must be in Cayman. Price includes tourism tax, and there are no other fees other than airbnb booking fee.       The SpaceArchitect designed, ( nominated in 2011 for the Governor's Award for Architecture in Cayman) newly-built home on the canals of North Sound, make this the perfect private hideaway for a couple wanting to get away from it all. Situated on a corner canal lot facing the cooling east winds, with water on two sides, there's a beautiful dock to watch sunrises, sunsets, jumping fish, and green parrots flying by. Or hop in our new toy- a 2 seat kayak to explore the canals and the nearby marine reserve in North Sound to the left- just a quick paddle away. One bedroom with a king size bed on main floor (loft is for owner's storage), open style kitchen and living area with cathedral ceiling. Kitchen fully stocked, cable TV, wireless internet and washer/dryer. The house has an indoor-outdoor feel with a large deck off the living room. Barbeque on deck or dock surrounded by the lovely garden. 15 minute drive to Georgetown. 5 minute drive to shopping- groceries, liquor store, pharmacy, bank, hardware store. 7 minute drive to the closest beach. (a rental car is highly recommended) Near Historic Bodden Town, Spotts Beach and some great restaurants. If you are looking to party-hearty in 7-Mile Beach then this place is not for you. But if you are looking for a great little getaway that offers peace and tranquility, unique flora and fauna, and all the sunshine you could want, then this is the place for you. As we live on our boat when we are renting, the west end (40ft) of our 100 foot dock is primarily for our use. Palm trees and a wooden screen ensure complete privacy. Interaction with GuestsWhen on island we are always available to help with any issues. If off island we have a manager who does the same. Other Things to NoteRecently the Cayman Islands Government has required that all tourist properties be licensed and certified by the C.I. Tourist board. We have paid a yearly license fee and had inspections qualifying us as a registered guest house. We are now licensed and have to apply a 13% tax on the rental fee which accounts for our pricing which is $150 USD/day plus the 13% tax.

      The SpaceThe space is a detached studio guesthouse to the right of the main house entrance where I live with my husband, 2 children and 2 dogs. :) It has its own fully equipped kitchenette that has a two burner electric stove top, toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, electric crock cooker, blender, pots and pans dishes etc.. There is a table for dining and writing. It also has a spacious ensuite bathroom supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer and flat iron. The bed is a queen size bed and very comfortable. The studio has a very relaxing decor and has books and information on the island for guests to read. We have masks snorkels, beach towels, mat, umbrella, cooler bag, beach chairs and beach bikes for our guests to use. An outdoor cafe table and chairs located under the front pergola is available for our guests to use-wonderful spot for breakfast. Guest AccessIt has its own private entrance and driveway for your rental car, scooter or bike, so you are able to come and go as you like at anytime without any problem. The studio also has its own keyed entrance separate from our main house. Interaction with GuestsWe will be here to greet you and show you around the property when you arrive. Maps and books on Cayman and local guide books will be available in the guest house for you. We value our privacy as I'm sure our guests do as well and will leave you to come and go as you please. Of course, we are always a phone call or a doorbell away if you have any questions, need to do a load of laundry, or need help with anything during your stay! We would be more than happy to assist! :) The NeighborhoodSouth Sound is a wonderful area in the district of George Town that is full of history, culture and peaceful seaside living. You will see lots of families around, people jogging or cycling up and down the main road. The Cayman Islands Tennis Club, Squash Club and Rubgy Club are located just down the road. There is also a dock where you can take a kayak tour nearby. The famous shoe tree is located here, as well as Miss Lassie's house which is a must see that is on the World Monuments Fund List! You can also visit Mr. Carey and his Bikini House down the road; he's a Caymanian character with a Guinness book worthy collection of marbles and other eccentric treasures! He also makes lovely black coral jewelry. Smith Barcadere (Cove) beach is also .5 miles down the road as well and is a lovely little cove with great snorkeling. Pure Art is a quaint art gallery and gift shop near Smiths Barcadere (Cove) that has many wonderful souvenirs and local art and crafts for sale. Down town is an easy 3 mile bike ride away as well. Getting AroundAirport to our Home is about a US$20 ride by Taxi from the airport. If driving follow these directions: Turn left upon leaving airport and continue on until you come to a tiny rotary intersection. Turn right onto Shedden Road. Continue a few miles on Shedden Road through town until you reach Harbour Drive and the Harbour. Turn left and continue south along the coast. Harbour Drive will become South Church as you head along the coast and then become South Sound Road. Once it becomes South Sound Road, stay along it heading east until you see The Avenue. We are 36 The Avenue. Public transport to Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay and West Bay where the Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery is located is good; however, public transport to other parts of the Island is not convenient and easy. Rental cars or scooters are a must if you wish to get around easily and see the whole Island. We recommend Andy's Rent-A-Car located at the airport. If you wish they can pick you up from our home and take you to their rental offices down town. As far as our neighborhood goes, it is a very safe area and you can easily walk or bike to the spots we mentioned in the neighborhood overview section previously detailed. Downtown is an easy 3 mile bike ride away as well. Other Things to NoteWe have beach bikes, masks and snorkels, beach chairs, beach towels and a picnic kit basket and blanket and umbrella available for the use of our guests. A deluxe portable pack and play pen which includes a baby changer and infant sleeper is available if needed. Perfect for newborns to 1 year olds. Local prepaid cell phone with approx US$5 credit is available for use with an US$98 deposit which is refundable when the phone is returned minus the initial US$5 credit. Washer and dryer are located in the main house and guests can request laundry service.

Of course, you can also walk a few more block to the famous Seven Mile Beach, and it's nice to spend some time just relaxing around the pool, which is only steps from the front door of our condo. There are several excellent restaurants in the area, and Camana Bay is full of restaurants, boutiques, a bookstore, movie theater, and spas- it's a great place to sit outside on the waterfront to relax and enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze! Getting AroundOur Cayman condo includes one free parking space, which is located right outside the front steps. I would suggest renting a car when you arrive to the airport, so that you're free to roam around the island and explore Grand Cayman island at your leisure.

It’s the ultimate getaway for relaxing or exploring the island. A third floor unit with high ceilings, this spacious 1100 square foot apartment is fully furnished. It sleeps four guests with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest room. Its two newly renovated bathrooms have been designed to offer modern elegance. The master bathroom comes with a ‘his and hers’ vanity while the guest bathroom offers a combination shower-tub. Bath towels, soaps, and linens are provided. Equipped with modern technology, the unit has a flat screen TV, cable, and free high-speed wireless internet. To provide the utmost convenience, the condo has a fully-loaded kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils: coffee maker, microwave, dishes, stove, oven, refrigerator, and toaster. Perfect for any meal, this kid-friendly unit comes with a high-chair (upon request) and a dining area that comfortably seats four. Unfortunately, the unit does not have a dishwasher. The sprawling balcony just outside the living room is a great spot for the entire family to enjoy the evening sunset. For added ease, the unit has laundry facilities stocked with detergent and other essentials. This includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. It also has central air conditioning and plenty of free parking. A non-smoking space, the unit recently received an “excellent condition” rating when it was inspected by the Cayman Tourist Licensing Board. The surrounding Sunset Cove property has many amenities. You can head down to the building’s luxurious swimming pool—the largest pool on Seven Mile Beach—which has a swim-up bar with snacks and cocktails. There’s also a Jacuzzi and shallow pool for children. Or, if you prefer to take a dip in the Caribbean, the property is just 100 feet from white sandy beach. It’s ideal for sunbathing, snorkeling the cove reef, and watersports. Other amenities include: an onsite restaurant, barbecue grills, beach chairs and umbrellas. Close to the airport and Georgetown, there are bars and restaurants (from fast food to fine dining) within walking distance. A grocery store and local shops are just a short walk as well. Other Things to NotePLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: We strive to make all our guests happy and have a great experience. We’ve been doing this for a long time and, as such, have met amazing people and have received great feedback. Having said that we want to make sure we are as transparent as possible before guests book this unit and, as such, want to make a few comments: - There is no dishwasher in the condo. - This condo does not have an ocean view. - This is a third, top, floor unit with high ceilings but with no elevator. - We have a nice TV and cable but, if you’re coming to Cayman to watch TV and movies you may be disappointed since we may not have the thousand-channel selection you’re used to. - If you’re coming to Cayman to go to the gym, unfortunately, we don’t have a gym in the complex. Amazing swimming and snorkeling though! - If you want the highest luxury experience with daily cleaning services, the Ritz-Carlton or the Kimpton are definitely worth looking at. - We're family run and operated and aim to give a personal touch by helping out where we can. For instance, in order to save guests from hauling bottled water to the unit, we’ve installed a water purification system which provides instant filtered hot or cold water. We believe the little things that make the big difference. Oh! By the way, there are free range roosters and chickens all over the island. Most of our guests find this amusing, very few don’t. Just letting you know since they are part of the island’s uniqueness and we won’t be able to remove them.

The large Infinity edge pool blends directly onto the ocean. The chef's kitchen boasts top of the line stainless appliances, six burner gas stove with griddle, two dishwashers, massive center island (seats 4), two microwaves, steam oven, plumbed Miele coffee center and gadgets galore! The third floor game room is equipped with a 65" 3-D plasma TV, air hockey table, Wii (bring your own games), pool table, ping pong table, chess/backgammon game table and regulation dart board. The first floor playroom is stocked with board games, some toys for the little ones and has an additional Wii hooked up to a TV and a sofa bed for overflow accommodations.                                     Paradise on the ocean - your own personal space right on seven mile beach where every room is ocean front! We remember the first time we saw this condominium. Has a private exclusive beach with excellent snorkeling right in front of the condo and great diving close by. We were visiting Grand Cayman, and went to a real estate agent on a whim. She showed us this condominium first. There are beach front/ocean front condo, and then there are beach front/ocean front condos. Condos can front on the ocean, or they can be corner units with ocean on two sides. This condo is the end unit of a 'U' shaped complex, so three sides are ocean front! Every room has great views; there are acres of green landscaping with coconut trees and a pool right on the ocean. It was just perfect; we fell in love and bought it. This was over a decade ago, and our family has vacationed there every year since then. Why pay for a hotel suite when you can have your very own private condominium with full kitchen for less? Bring your entire family, or share it with another couple. There are two bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom attached. One has a king-size bed, the other has two twins, which can be combined into a king. The cozy living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, so you can comfortably sleep six people. There are a variety of games, books and pool and beach toys in the closet for your enjoyment. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. Our property manager is available 24 hours, seven days a week. The center of Georgetown is less than a mile away, a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. Great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are an easy walk - Fidel Murphy's and Thai Orchid are right across the street, and a grocery store is only ten minutes away. You can also rent a car, but do not have to. Call a taxi by phone and it will be there in minutes. Buses also run on the main street 200 yards away from the condominium. The 3-story condominium complex sits on seven beautiful, recently re-landscaped acres. The 54 condominiums are set in a ‘U’ around the pool and its emerald green necklace (the lawns and landscaping). Although there are two floorplans, all the condos are essentially the same size. The six condominiums at the ends of the ‘U’ are truly ocean front (not just part of an oceanfront complex). Ours is one of the six; it is on the second floor which guarantees panoramic ocean views without the heat of the sun beating down on the ceiling. Beach towels are in the condo for you. For your peace of mind, our condominium rental unit is annually inspected and licensed by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. For your health, our condo is non-smoking. So play in the ocean. Go snorkeling right off the beach. Fish from a rock outcropping on the beach, and barbeque your catch on any of the many shared grills. Swim in the ocean or the sparkling sun-warmed pool (the water is usually around 80 degrees). Walk the acres of landscaped greenery in the courtyard. Coral Bay Village is a small (30 units in 4 buildings) complex and was developed 25 years ago. The founders were keen on finding the best beach on the "quiet" side of the island and they succeeded. We enjoy privacy, security, peace and tranquility. The complex is mainly residential. There is only one other unit occasionally available for vacation rentals. You will find the residents to be friendly though and we also have a manager living on island. She will meet you at the airport or condo and help get you "settled in"! Located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, where the beach is expansive and breathtaking, and the water is clear and beautiful. No other house of this size is available for rent on this stunning and prestigious stretch of Cayman sand. This is an unbelievable house on this celebrated seafront. This remarkable house boasts 3 spacious floors with king-sized bedrooms on each floor, all facing the ocean and 4 of the 7 sleeping areas are master suites. The ground floor has a large kitchen and dining room with formal sitting area and glorious walk out right on to SMB. Beach lovers will revel in the covered patio with spray hoses for fresh water rinses after a swim in the sea or walk on the beach, tiki huts on the beach and plenty of lounge chairs. The gentle surf and beach that graces the villa property is all white sand and perfect for small children, paddle boarding, and simply floating. Also on the main floor, a den provides a 7th bedroom as it converts to a private sleeping area with 2 beds. The second floor welcomes you with a large family room, massive lounging area, 60 inch tv, wet bar, billiard table and two master suites. Washers and Dryers are on both the ground floor and second floor. Ice Makers are also on both floors. The second floor balcony is spacious and perfect for entertaining with its sweeping views of the sea and beach unobstructed by neighbors or other buildings. The third floor has bedrooms with character! A roomy loft and a cozy private bedroom, each with their own private balconies, king beds and ready access to the hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony that towers over this famous beach, perfect for an unbelievable night under the stars. Guest AccessThe pool is open to everyone staying on the property and there is a BBQ grill on the pool deck and a covered pergola with chairs and tables. Parking is just feet away from your entrance door. We do have a phone in the main lounge, that you can use to make a collect call or Credit Card call to the USA or Canada, and also you can call local numbers for free. We do recommend that you either bring an unlocked phone and get the sim card here or get a phone with a dual sim card so that you can call abroad if needs be. Interaction with GuestsWe are just a mere phone call away, and live across the road from Eldemire's, and we are available to assist you with whatever you want and to answer any questions and supply recommendations to you. We do not disturb anyone at any time unless there is an emergency and/or you need us for anything. Approximately once weekly we freshen up the unit and supply fresh towels and sheets. The NeighborhoodEldemire's is tucked away in a very small, quiet and friendly upscale neighborhood with lots of trees and birds and local parrots around. There are 2 lovely seaside bar/restaurants and both serve great food. And... they are both within easy walking distance. There is even a local restaurant closeby and the cook/owner makes a variety of local dishes. Just a stone's throw away is a lovely public seaside park where you can experience beautiful sunsets. We love to go their with a bottle of wine and some snacks and enjoy the awesome sunsets and not have a crowd of people around. Very secluded place. Getting AroundRENTAL CAR. You can either rent a car when you come or do an internet booking with any of the major Car Rental companies which are in a plaza a few steps away from the airport. When you exit the Customs lounge go left, cross the road, and you will see the the plaza. We recommend Economy Car Rentals. We recommend that you rent a car as having a car provides you with flexibility to see and experience our little island. Driving time is only 8 minute drive to Eldemire's. TAXI A taxi stand is just outside the Customs Hall and the cost to Eldemire's is about USD $18.00 for 2 persons. An option is to take take the taxi to us and if you choose to rent a car, a driver from the Car Rental company of your choice will come and pick you up. If you decide to not rent a car, you can phone a Taxi company from our phone at Eldemire's, and they usually come within about 15 minutes. BUS DEPOT IN GEORGETOWN is about a 20 minute walk. The bus routes are all over the island. Fare is about $2.00. BICYCLES AND SCOOTERS. There is a shop in downtown Georgetown where you can rent scooters or bicycles. They are just one mile away from Eldemire's. Other Things to NoteThere is a Public Bus transportation service that goes all over the island, starting in Georgetown, one mile away from us, and buses run all over the island for about $2.00 per trip. Or you can pre-book a rental car by going on-line, where you can choose a Rental Car Company. Most of the major Car Rental Companies are on island and are by the airport. Another option is to take a taxi to Eldemire's. The Taxi stand is just outside of the Customs hall where you exit. If you choose not to rent a car when you arrive, at any time during your stay with us, you can call a Car Rental Company, of your choice, from Eldemire's, and the company will send a driver to pick you up and take you to their office to sign the contract and you pick up your car. Taxis are available 24 hours a day and once you call them from our courtesy phone, they are usually ready to pick you up within about 15 minutes. Closeby is a scooter and bicycle rental shop, details of which we have in our office.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create a meal and the living room area has a massive couch and 65" tv. Separate beach located about a 10min walk from unit. Diving centre is right next door. The location is ideal if you want to enjoy all the benefits of the island but not be overwhelmed with tourists. Getting AroundMost things are walking distance but car rentals are available next to the airport or taxi services are available. Underground parking available. Interaction with GuestsYour Cayman concierge and my personal hero Joe Otu is a king among men and a true legend. I only spend a few weeks on island but Joe is there year-round and will help with directions, restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, guided tours and, occasionally, home cooking! The NeighborhoodSouth sound is a very relaxing spot to spend your Cayman vacation! Close to town but far enough away not to be bothered by crowds, noise or parties, and the condo is close to some awesome swimming and watersports beaches like Smith's and Spotts. Fellow residents are friendly year-rounders with a good mix of Caymanians and Expats. Getting AroundBuses don't run all the way to the house so prepared to walk a little or, better yet, rent a bike, motorcycle or car for your trip. Rentals from the airport are very affordable depending on what time of year you come and the condo is a quick 5-10 minute drive from Owen Roberts Intl.

                                                  The SpaceWe are unique in that we are the only local family owned and operated Guest House in Grand Cayman, since 1977. And we have all the knowledge to impart to our guests about our island and how things run. We love to share ideas on what to do and see and what restaurants to go to, and what tours to take. We have been in this tourism business so we can direct you on anything that you may want whilst staying here. And we live just across the road from Eldemire's. Guest AccessThe pool is open to everyone staying on the property and there is a BBQ grill on the pool deck. Parking is at the front of the building. We have a phone in the main lounge, that you can use to make a collect call or Credit Card call to the USA or Canada, and also you can call local numbers. We do recommend that you either bring an unlocked phone and get the sim card here or get a phone with a dual sim card so that you can call abroad if needs be. All guests have access to the pool/pool deck/BBQ area. No visitors of our guests are allowed in any interior space. There is on-site parking with Security lighting and the pool deck area is just steps away from the entrance door on the ground floor. Interaction with GuestsWe are always available to assist you with whatever you want to know and to answer your questions and direct you in the right direction. We do not disturb anyone at any time unless there is an emergency. Approximately once weekly we freshen up the unit and supply fresh towels and sheets. The NeighborhoodEldemire's is tucked away in a very small, quiet and friendly upscale neighborhood with lots of trees and birds and local parrots around. There are 2 lovely seaside bar/restaurants and both serve great food. And... they are both within easy walking distance. There is even a local restaurant closeby and the cook/owner makes a variety of local dishes. Just a stone's throw away is a lovely public seaside park where you can experience beautiful sunsets. We love to go their with a bottle of wine and some snacks and enjoy the awesome sunsets and not have a crowd of people around. Very secluded place. Getting AroundRENTAL CAR. You can either rent a car when you come or do an internet booking with any of the car rental companies. All major car rental companies are in Cayman by the airport. Very close walk from when you exit the Customs lounge to the plaza with car Rental companies, a short walk away. We recommend Economy car rentals. Renting a car provides you with flexibility to come and go as you please an the car companies are just an 8 minute drivetime to Eldemire's. We are located in a nice, quiet and safe residential area on the west coast of Grand Cayman, and are in walking distance to a beautiful white sand beach, 3 oceanfront restaurants, 3 dive centers and downtown Georgetown. Our guests can call us anytime to interact with us and gather all the information that they need from us. Tours and excursions, diving and snorkeling, can be pre-booked by us.
