The SpaceThe studio is furnished to attend the guest's needs. The Kitchen is equipped with a medium sized fridge, kettle, plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans and a stove. The dinning room has a four place dinning table and offers views to the north of the city with the Sierra Nevada in the horizon. Bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, air conditioner and a closet to keep your belongings. Guest AccessTravelers have access to the entire place and the parking area of the building. Interaction with GuestsMe and my brother Juan, hope to be available for all of our guests but if it is not possible we will make sure there is someone to attend their needs. We are able to help you arrange any trips to nearby areas or local transportation. Airport or bus station pickup can be arranged. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is in the center of all the social, economic and cultural activities in the city. The 9th Avenue is the of hub of the city's nightlife and shopping, and in the same building you will find restaurants and bars. Getting AroundIn the same block there are different shops and a supermarket is 5 blocks away. Across 12th street there is a pharmacy, across the 9th avenue there is a pleasant park and across the 8th avenue there is the best known social club of the city, offering meeting rooms, event facilities and a restaurant. The Plaza Alfonso Lopez, in the historic center is in a 15 minutes walking distance of 5 minutes drive. The river's famous bathing spot "Hurtado" is about 10 minutes drive. The easiest way to move around is by taxi, one trip is 4,000 COP and the trip to and from the airport is 10,000. Other Things to NoteParking space is available at additional cost and is paid to the parking lot operators. Cars are charged a $7000 COP fee per day and motorcycles $3000 COP.
