A beautifully restored townhouse in the historic centre is ideal for self-catering holidays. The small three-story house is comfortably furnished and equipped to offer a very good standard of accommodation. The house gives ample space for couples and families alike. It allows you to enjoy superb views of the Alhambra from the terrace as well as the Generalife gardens and distant snowclad Sierra Nevada mountains. Relaxing in the lounge, from the french doors, there is a picturesque vista of the Sacromonte valley, with its flamenco cave houses and the dry Andalusian hills beyond. In a pedestrian lane, the house it is just 5 minutes walk from the tourist centre, Plaza Nueva. There are tarrifs available on request for groups of 4 and 5 also. Please note that we do not normally book for single guests for short term stays but are happy to supply a competitive rate for individuals wanting to make a booking for a longer term stay of one week or more. Please also be aware there is a supplement for the month of April of 10 euros per night as this is the most popular period in Granada because of Semana Santa (the Easter parades). The house is located within the walking lanes of the medieval area of the Albaicyn. Immediately in front is a viewing platform for the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada mountains beyond and only five minutes walk away is a street filled with tea shops and small boutiques. Head down the hill and again within five minutes you are on the banks of the Dauro river with its ancient stone bridges and cobbled lane and right next to Plaza Nueva which is the central area for the tourist quarter of Granada. Views of the Alhambra, fully equipped, central location away from traffic and beautifully renovated, very close to tourist centre.

The SpaceThe room is comfortable, The house is a big old house with many common areas, not to mention the big and beautiful garden inside, open to any guest who wants to enjoy of it. Guest AccessThe guest has acces to all the services or utilities that are available in the house. WIFI, Satelital TV (DirecTV – NetFlix). Also the common areas, living room, kitchen, garden and BBQ. Interaction with GuestsUsually I have the opportunity to share some conversations or even a coffee with the guests. Likewise in my free time, I take them to the touristic places of Bogotá. Also I like sharing time outside with my friends or other guests staying in the house. The NeighborhoodThe Neighborhood La Candelaria is the oldest in Bogotá. In my opinión is the most diverse and complete of the city. Here you can find many touristic and cultural places, such as museums, theaters, squares, libraries, art galleries. Also you can find entertainment places like bars, restaurants, open air events, urban art, musicians, painters, commedians among other things to keep you busy. Getting AroundMost of the time spent by tourists in Bogotá it's done in the center, or close areas. Where the main touristic attractions are. All this places can be reached on a walking distance. Of course there are other places and neighborhoods to visit. Compared with many capitals of the world. Taking a cab in Bogotá is relatevely cheap. However, I think taking a bus gives you a better aproach to the culture and the city. For this, the location of the house is pretty convenient . Taking into account that there are two bus stations five minutes walk.
