CRITTERS: Recent sightings include monkeys, sloth (on the patio!), toucans, numerous birds, anteater, and army ants. Our little dog "Pinta" and kitty "Smokey" are working dogs - they help keep critters from getting too close to the house, such as frogs, reptiles and the like. The dog and cat do not have access to the guest bedrooms, but they may be found in the open patio/great room areas.
SUITABILITY: Vacation renters, long-term renters. The home is on one level and is wheelchair accessible. Families are welcome, however, we do not feel that this property is suitable for families with toddlers or young children who are non-swimmers, due to the location of the pool open to the house.
