The location is really comfortable - in 100 meters from the sea, not far from the Hotel Crown Plaza. The eucalyptus grove is located on the sea coast and it is very good for running and walking even during the hot weather. Very comfortable transport scheme, lots of restaurants, cafe and big supermarkets (Debenhams, Alfamega) will make your holiday nice and relaxing. The tenant(s) will have the use of a private bathroom with toilet (which are not ensuite) and private sitting room if they do not wish to interact with the owner. Otherwise the tennant is wellcome to use all spaces of the house. The house has a spacious sauna, some gym equipment, and a swimming pool in the garden which is reachable from the 2nd living room (the swimming pool is covered, and heated in spring and autumn time. It can be used in winter as well as it is enclosed with glass doors). The sauna, swimming pool and gym equipment are used free of charge. The house is furnished in a contemporary style. It has two sitting rooms hence if the tenant wish privacy can have it. The house is centrally heated but also has a fire place which is burning in winter evenings.     The SpaceThe location can’t be better, it is just close to everything - beach (opposite hotels, so beach places are really nice), the most important restaurants tourist must visit, bars, clubs (best club in Limassol Breeze). Well basically there is everything around. The building and apartment itself is new, so everything is very nice and new in the flat (unfortunately pictures cant show that). The apartment is really charming and situated just perfectly almost next to the sea at Dasoudi Beach. It is a 5 minute walk to the water! Easy to go anywhere from this location, NO Car needed if you are not traveling to other cities. The flat has two Bedrooms which are very spacious and have large windows for great light in the space, laminated parquet floors and ceiling fans. 1 double bed in one bedroom and 2 single beds in the other bedroom. In addition a double size sofa-bed is available in the living room that can sleep 2 additional persons. For our little newborns (6-18 months) a foldable baby cod / bed is available. The flat has a Separate Kitchen w balcony, includes a Refrigerator & Cooking Stove. Glasses, Plates, cooking Pots and all the basics are also available. A Spacious Well lit Living room includes 2 Ceiling Fans, double size sofa-bed, couches, dinning area with table & 4 chairs, and has a balcony with view of the building's garden.
