The SpaceThis lovely Apartment, has one bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers and dressing table. It also has a further separate room with a large fitted wardrobe and Leather Settee that coverts to a Bed which means 4 people can stay at the Apartment. The Lounge area is well equipped, and the kitchen is at one end. There is one shower and toilet room with a Bidet. LOCATION : Yeroskipou Village This Lovely Village, which had many amenities is just 8- 10 kms from Paphos Airport and a short distance from the very delightful unspoilt Yeroskipou Beaches. It has a magnificent recently refurbished , light lit at Night, Square which Hosts Music and Entertainments all year round and is just a very short walk away from the Apartment. The Paphos Airport is approx 10 kms from the Property. HOW to Get There : On Arrival in Cyprus There are 3 Options to reach the Apartment. By Bus : 612 from the Airport. The Bus stop is approx 500 mtrs from the Apartment. It costs around 2 euros per person. BY Taxi : We use a very reliable Company who charge reasonable prices. BY Hire Car : We can recommend (email (URL HIDDEN) who again many of our Guests use. VISA: If you require a Visa to enter Cyprus the Apartment's Full Address will be given via e mail after booking is completed. However the Road Directions will be e mailed to you two weeks before travel date. Please see House Rules for information. Ground floor garden apartment . Only 15 metres to communal swimming pool and close to the tourist beach of Yeroskipou. Parking outside the apartment and also use of underground parking. An ideal apartment for the very hot summer months as the large rear patio is shaded from early afternoon. Yeroskipou is a typical Cypriot village located 500 metres away ( direction map available in property) and built on the site of a forest dedicated to the Goddess of Love Aphrodite. The streets of Yeroskipou are lined with small workshops producing the local delicacy Loukoumia (Turkish Delight). These workshops are open to visitors, you may also purchase sugar coated almonds and halva - made of nuts, honey and sesame seed. The tree shaded square is lined with shops selling baskets and ceramics, there are also numerous cafes and banks. BYZANTINE CHURCH Standing at the southern end of the market square is Agia Paraskevi one of the most intesting Byzantine churches on the island. Built in the 9th century, this stone church features five domes arranged in the shape of a cross. The sixth one surmounts the reliquary located under the 19th century belfry. Another attraction, close to the market square is the 19th century historic house once home of the British Consul, Andreas Zamboulakis. The building now houses the Folk Art Museum one of the most impressive on the island, including a collection of local folk costumes,textiles, embroidery and toys. GETTING ABOUT : There is a bus no 612 from the main road to the Harbour Grand Tourist area and also Paphos International Airport. Bus no 615 from the main road will take you to the tourist beach of Coral Bay (sandy beach) approximately 15 km away. Debenhams and Next department stores are within walking distance of the apartment. There is also a play park containing various items of equipment for children with a cafe so all can enjoy soft drinks and ice cream. A kiosk is located nearby selling all basic groceries, milk, bread, butter etc. At sometime in the future it is intended that a cafe will open on the complex. Internet Access There is an Internet Cafe five minutes walk from the apartment. You can purchase a Dongle from Cytanet If you have an IPad G3 you will be able to connect to the internet anywhere, in the apartment, or on the beach, etc. BEACHES To reach Yeroskipou beach. On leaving Aphrodite Apartments take a left turn opposite the flower shop. Left again and you will pass the local cemetery. Keep straight on this road for approx. 20 minutes and it will lead you directly to the beach. You will find several cafe / bars on Yeroskipou Beach which serve excellent snacks and good coffee. Some are closed in Winter. Further on there are other cafes and a local play park for children. DIRECTIONS : After booking the address will be gien to Guest . The actual Road Self Driving Directions will be emailed two weeks before the date of Travel. GPS is NOT comprehensive in Cyprus so these written directions are essential to find the property. Guest AccessGuests have Total access to all areas of the Apartment. The Apartment is for your group only, we do not take 'shared' bookings. All surrounding outside space is easily accessible The luxurious swimming pool is just a short walk away. The SpaceIt consists of 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests (one with double bed and the other with two single divani beds which could be transformed as a double bed ). It could also accommodate other 2 guests as there is a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a sea view from all the rooms and along with all of its amenities , it aims to provide an excellent stay to its guests. Very close to the apartment there is a supermarket and plenty of small local restaurants, gas station and kiosks. In less than 100m there is a bus station that connects the apartment to both airport and the city center.         On the outskirts of Paphos, this two bedroom holiday home set on a hillside is just a few minutes' walk from Geroskipou main square and the ancient spring. The apartment offers views of the fertile plains of Geroskipou and the Mediterranean Sea and the airport is just 10 minutes away, with an airport bus service less than 100 metres down the road and the nearest beach being just 2.5km away. The apartment has Aluminium shutters and double glazed windows and air conditioning throughout, with an open plan lounge / dining room that leads out via patio doors onto the balcony. There is no internet within the apartment however, there is an internet cafĂŠ outside on the same block. The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, microwave, washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer. The spacious lounge / dining area has 2 leather sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV with NileSat TV (this includes English TV), DVD player, stereo system and a 4 place dining table. The house bathroom comprises of a basin encased in a vanity unit, bath/shower and WC. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the twin bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. The lounge leads out onto the back patio area with sunloungers, table and chairs, all just a few steps away from the cool, inviting pool. A dedicated parking space is located adjacent to the apartment. Wifi throughout. So if you want a chill-out holiday relaxing and sunbathing or a base for sightseeing activities, this is the perfect apartment for you. This charming west coast town focuses around an attractive little harbour, whose picturesque open-air fish restaurants line a quayside of bright fishing boats.                     Aphrodite Apartment is a 2 bedroom first floor apartment situated in the village of Geroskipou, the village famous for the production of Cyprus Delights. The apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs, sofa bed with Tv and DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. From the living area there are double patio doors which lead out onto a balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a single bedroom which can either have 1 single bed or bunk beds. There are shutters to both bedroom windows. There is also a bathroom with a bath with shower over. Outside the apartment, the communal swimming pool is well looked after and there are ample sun beds around the pool. There is a lift in the apartment block, the apartment has full air conditioning and there is a covered parking space should you choose to hire a car. There is also a fully equipped gym available in the complex. For stays of 2 weeks of more please contact us for discounts Price includes air conditioning For stays of 1 week or less cleaning of the apartment is not included, the additional charge is ÂŁ50. 30% deposit is required upon reservation with the remaining amount due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable breakages deposit of ÂŁ150 is required and returned to you within 10 days of departure subject to property checks Geroskipou is a village on the edge of Paphos, it is just a few minutes drive from Paphos harbour. Geroskipou village is an old traditional village which has grown over time but still retains it's village charm. The village square is a great place to have a drink or a snack and watch the world go by. In the square you will find the last remaining 5 domed church, with many wedding taking place here and in the "Secret Gardens of Aphrodite". All the amenities you need are in the village, bakeries, chemist, supermarkets, and the "factories" that produce Cyprus Delights. You can go into any of the shops along the main road and see how the Cyprus Delights is made and sample them. On the edge of Geroskipou is the newly built Nick Faldo golf course at Elea Estates, and for golfing enthusiasts just a short drive away is the Venus Rock Golf Resort, and the Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort. All resorts have club houses offering excellent meals with views over the golf course. Fully equipped two bedroom first floor apartment with communal pool.                       This 2 bedroom apartment in Paphos in the famous Tombs of the kings' area is set in a small complex with a swimming pool and in a quiet road. It is only a short walk from a sandy beach, bars and all amenities. The apartment is so centrally situated that one would not need a car. One could walk to the market, the picturesque harbour or take the very frequent buses to explore the surrounding areas. Very reasonable guided excursions that explore this beautiful island are available most of the year. The nearby hotel facilities can be used at a small fee.

                        Lovely 2 bedroom garden apartment to rent, about 3km from Paphos Harbour, and only 900m from the sea. This is planned to be where I retire to, so is furnished and decorated accordingly. Main bedroom has a fabulous 4-poster bed, plenty of cupboard space, I have a lot of my clothes etc here, but there is still plenty of space. A patio door leads on to breakfast patio, and small pebbled garden. 2 sunbeds are available for use here. There is also a large patio table and 4 chairs. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, and, again, plenty of storage. Fully air-conditioned, fitted kitchen area (fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob etc) No "live" TV because the SKY signal has changed recently, but there is a TV, DVD player, and a selection of DVD's. There is also a Panasonic CD/RADIO player, that can take an I-pod link in for your own music. Plenty of towels, bedding etc all in apartment, so no need to carry that extra luggage. 2 communal pools, plus a children's pool, set in lovely gardens, and close to bus route local tavernas and, recently, a LIDL store! Only 20-30 minutes from Paphos airport and collection can be arranged. The setting is very quiet, but only a few minutes from bus stop that takes you into town This property would be ideal for couple who maybe want a quiet and relaxing break, or families who want a base to explore the many ancient sites around Paphos. Not a lot happening very locally, so don/t expect a lot of nightlife. However, there are numerous bars with pool, karaoke, live sport etc, all within a round 15 minute walk. Around 10 minute walk to the world heritage site of the Tomb of the Kings, and around a 5 minute walk to the seafront. Sports bar 2 minute walk away This is my "home from home", but I don't visit often enough, so would like a couple of rentals a year.

There are 4 Golf Courses within a 30 minute drive, the nearest (a Sir Nick Faldo designed course) being less than 10 minutes away. Nearby Paphos is classed as a 'World Heritage' town and constantly amazes with it's mosaics, tombs, catacombs as well as recently opened shopping mall. Restaurants and Tavernas are abundant and ever changing, three constant favourites are 'The Deck' on Poseidonos Avenue, 'The Muse' overlooking the old town, near the Bishopric and Ethnographic Museum, and Laona, found at the back of the marketplace, serves traditional oven cooked food. Most types of eating choices are catered for throughout town, including Chinese, Indian, Persian and Italian to name but a few. Getting AroundPublic transport passes the end of the road. The apartment is 20 minutes drive from Paphos Airport, which is serviced by most of the popular airlines and about 1 1/2 hours from Larnaca airport. Whilst a hire car is not essential, it certainly makes life easier if you are of an exploring nature. The public transport system has recently been improved, but is not very good for intercity journeys. The apartment lies at the edge of the district of Geroskipou with most amenities in walking distance, whilst Paphos Harbour and sea front is a 10 - 15 minute drive, as is the old town and marketplace. Aphrodite's Birthplace is approximately 20 minutes by car. The beautiful fishing village of Latchi, with its lovely fish tavernas, on the North Coast can be reached in about 45 minutes. Views over the coast and only 20 minutes from the airport. A shared pool is available from April to October. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Lovely location with the Aphrodite Hills golf resort just down the road. Beautiful walks on your doorstep and just a short drive to the local amenities. A local taverna is just a stones throw away, serving some beautiful traditional Cypriot food. The motorway only 5 minutes away offers access to all of Cyprus's main cities with ease and speed. You can get to Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nisi Beach in under 2 hrs or pop to Coral Bay in less than 30 minutes! This stunning, majestic villa sits in prime location on the edge of Secret Valley golf course, it boasts a superb 7 x 14m private infinity pool directing you across to indulge in breath taking panoramic sea views, an absolute delight! The villa is very spacious & modern in style, the property has been decorated and furnished to the highest of standards with open plan aspect allowing the best of all views, the villa is also fully air conditioned. The living room is adorned with high quality furniture, including cream L shaped corner sofas with cushions. Entertainment centre, 42' Sony Sat TV & DVD player, Wi-Fi, patio doors lead out on terrace with views across the pool and beyond, the pool can be heated during winter months @ extra weekly cost. The dining area has a large extendible table to accommodate up to 12 persons in comfort. Next to the dining room is a modern, well equipped kitchen, a modern and functional space with white wooden units and granite surfaces throughout. It is fully equipped with integrated modern appliances in stainless steel. Dishwasher, Large American Style fridge freezer, oven, microwave/oven. A separate utility room is also at hand alongside a separate downstairs w/c. Adjoining the lounge we offer a separate bedroom on floor level, ideal for elderly persons who can't manage the stairs, this has 2 large double sofa beds & en-suite shower room as we have a large TV/DVD in this room therefore it can double up as a separate TV room by day, the kids love it, a TV room of their own while parents can watch larger TV in lounge, dart board is also in place. Alongside this room is a games/computer room great for cards, poker, a great office point for those who still need to work while away, or simply a chill out room to read a holiday novel. The patio doors from lounge & dining area lead out onto terrace which offers a good selection of seating areas, under shade, for a welcome retreat from the midday sun. There are a number of sun loungers & parasols dotted around the pool to just laze about & top up that all important tan! The landscaping is well established and covers a large enviable plot, we also offer BBQ area great for those family get togethers! Internally on upper level there are five bedrooms all have a/c units & en-suite facilities. The master bedroom has a King size bed with separate family bathroom including bathtub & seperate shower, there is plenty of storage, a hair-dryer and a safe for valuables can be found in separate walk-in wardrobe that sits alongside this great bedroom. The patio doors lead out on terrace offering extra seating area to absorb those fabulous views! The other 4 bedrooms, on upper level, have twin beds, these can be pushed together and made up as doubles if you prefer, these bedrooms also have en-suite shower rooms & also offer fab sea views. 6th bedroom is on floor level so ideal for persons with limited mobility or parents with young children this room has 2 double sofa beds & en-suite shower room. On upper level we have a large roof terrace with views to die for, we offer a selection of bean bags for comfort on this level another great place for the teenagers to hang out.. The Garage accommodates a large ping pong table, ideal for keeping the teenagers occupied. If its peace and quiet you're looking for, with stunning views, a beautiful climate, and everything you could possibly want so you don't even need to leave your own front door, then this is the place. On the other hand, if you want to sample the delights of the local villages, where there are festivals throughout the year with music and dance, and restaurants where you can enjoy a meal, often with local entertainment thrown in, then there are numerous small villages within a 15 minute drive. And of course for an exciting night or two out there is Kato Paphos' Bar Street, with endless bars, restaurants and clubs for you to sing and dance the night away (if you can summon up the energy!)                                                           On the outskirts of Paphos, this two bedroom holiday home set on a hillside is just a few minutes' walk from Geroskipou main square and the ancient spring. The apartment offers views of the fertile plains of Geroskipou and the Mediterranean Sea and the airport is just 10 minutes away, with an airport bus service less than 100 metres down the road and the nearest beach being just 2.5km away. The apartment has Aluminium shutters and double glazed windows and air conditioning throughout, with an open plan lounge / dining room that leads out via patio doors onto the balcony. There is no internet within the apartment however, there is an internet café outside on the same block. The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, microwave, washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer. The spacious lounge / dining area has 2 leather sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV with NileSat TV (this includes English TV), DVD player, stereo system and a 4 place dining table. The house bathroom comprises of a basin encased in a vanity unit, bath/shower and WC. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the twin bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. A local taverna is just a stones throw away, serving some beautiful traditional Cypriot food. The motorway only 5 minutes away offers access to all of Cyprus's main cities with ease and speed. You can get to Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nisi Beach in under 2 hrs or pop to Coral Bay in less than 30 minutes! This is a great property and it has everything. This villa is ideal for families that want their own space. It is new to the market and very well equipped, providing you with everything a holiday home should have. The villa benefits from a village location but with access to Paphos and the surrounding area. It sleeps 6 comfortably and there are additional facilities for two more people plus a baby. The villa is a large three bedroomed property. The large master bedoroom has an en suite, seating area, lots of storage space and balcony that overlooks the garden. There are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. A winding staircase leads to a downstairs where there is a kitchen/ dining area, separate toliet and an extra spacious living/ dining area. The outside is private and not overlooked. The villa is backed by farm land and olive groves, and you can just see the sea from the garden. The pool is 8x4m and there are plenty of sunny areas and natural shade in the garden.
