Your luxury room has access to two bathrooms on the same floor, one with a very very deep bath and 9inch shower head and toilet and sink. The other is an off suite accessible. Two bathrooms are shared by a maximum of 3 rooms in the building. Guest AccessOnce you have entered the building for the first time, you will be given a key so you can come and go as you please.
You can access the kitchen at any time to make hot and cold drinks and snacks. Plus you can cook in the kitchen between certain times (see house rules).
You have access to your private room, the communal (kitchen/ lounge/ dining room).
You have access to the two bathrooms on the first floor.
You have access to the private rear garden.

**Parking...** Sounds a little complicated, as all of Brighton, but once explained it's easy to park for FREE nearby, or outside and we'll cover the meter charges up to 4 hours in a 24 hour stay.
There are no restrictions in Edburton Avenue between 6pm and 9am 7 days a week.
Or in Grantham Road, and adjacent roads nearby the restrictions are 8pm to 9am.
Please ensure during the restricted times, you ONLY park in a metered bay, NOT a permit holders bay if you are paying at the meter. Outside the restricted hours, you can park directly outside in the permit holders bays, just ensure if you do, you need to move your vehicle by 9am the following day.
We have a permit which enables FREE parking in the metered bays, however, from time to time we will need to cover the cost of the parking meter for our guests *included in the cost of the room.
Therefore, there is absolutely nothing for you to pay whatsoever for parking directly outside the building in close proximity, as we cover the parking charges up to a maximum of 4 hours per nightly stay (if you have a vehicle).
There is FREE parking at the top of the road, both sides of Upper Hollingdean Road and Davey Drive (4 minutes walk max) are completely FREE.
