The SpaceLovely PRIVATE ROOMS available in a SHARED home in Cheadle Heath Village, Stockport. The space comfortably accommodates four adults- so this is the maximum amount of guests accepted. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom contains two single beds. Unfortunately it is not really suitable for children under 10 years old. Stockport is a town in Greater Manchester, England. It lies on elevated ground 6 miles (10 km) southeast of Manchester city centre, at the point where the rivers Goyt and Tame join and create the River Mersey. Stockport is the largest settlement in the metropolitan borough of the same name. Guest AccessCheck out and check in can be altered by PRIOR arrangement if convenient. Private rooms. Example of my review of the guests: It was a pleasure to finally meet these guests who are a cool, lovely couple with a terrific 14 month old child. They kept the house clean and respected my property. They are very trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending them to future Airbnb hosts. I would advise finally to all guests and to Heather and family, it being their first Airbnb experience, that it's a good idea to communicate clearly before hand with the host person to be sure you have the right situation for your needs. My property is extremely cheap and amazing value for what it is and although there is always use of the whole house, normally I do have a room which I keep for myself at the other end of the house, rendering the house not generally completely private but SHARED. In this instance I gave Heather and her family two nights of complete privacy as they wanted, over a three night period. This is not the norm. As you can see, despite what my site says, I occasionally allow children to stay but I do not encourage them as I want my guests to appreciate the limitations and safety factors involved in staying in a house like this. I was a teacher and fully accept the health and safety issues. It is not an ideal home for some children eg. the stairs are very steep. But as you can appreciate from my reviews I can sometimes welcome children. This is a house suitable for entertaining (seating up to 8 at the dinner table). The local Indian restaurant is well equipped to cater for these events if required to do so and has geographically a very far reaching clientele as it is so popular. Heather took advantage of the opportunity to have guests over for dinner and treated the place as she would her own. Absolutely Superb guests. I have enjoyed getting to know Heather and her family and I wish them well on their journey. The Neighborhood3mins walk away - to manicured riverbank walks leading into Cheadle village, Stockport, Parrswood or Didsbury village. Park grounds and Abney Hall - 5mins walk Convenient for Manchester City Centre Bruntwood Park, Cheadle is a particularly beautiful lakeland park with woodland walks, crazy golf, a children's playground, archery, cycling tracks & BMX complex and excellent cafe. Getting AroundManchester Airport -£10 BOOKED taxi ride TO the airport (Metro telephone number hidden)). More from airport -currently £18, unless prebooked. -Train station - Stockport Station (then bus to house or ring me for a lift). -Bus stops outside the house (STOP at The Farmers Arms Pub, Cheadle Heath. -Car hire - Manchester Metrolink System (Station East Didsbury 20 min walk through park - not a good idea at night - no lighting. Two brothers, Jonathan and Andrew, 29 and 27, living in a 3 bedroom house with a small but nice vegetative garden. and a summer house. We have 2 pianos a keyboard and a guitar so if your musical.. In the garden there is a summer house which has a pool table and woodwork facility. Can be used for indoor activities such as working out, yoga, etc. We also have 2 degus (like a cross between a mouse and a squirrel) and a cat.

The SpaceSingle bed in a large single room in a clean and pleasant vegan family house in a lovely suburb close to Manchester. We are enjoy a clean and healthy lifestyle and have a no shoes policy for the house so please do take your shoes off on entering! Only one single bed but room for a mattress on the floor too if a parent and child wanted to stay. There are multiple bathrooms so no need to queue. Transport: Easy transport links (motorway and buses) very close. There is an express bus to Manchester city centre and the Universities. Hourly bus to airport durig the daytime and short train journey to the airport from Gatley Station which is about 20 minutes' walk away. Easy access to Chester, Cheshire and the Peak District. You can get to the airport in 15 minutes by car or taxi - local firm charges flat fare of £7.50. Unrestricted parking outside the house. Amenities: All within walking distance, there are a range of pubs and restaurants in the village - chains as well as small independent places. It is a leafy suburb, so should you wish to go for walks in the park, there are a few to choose from or you can visit the local museums in Manchester or Stockport. Extras: If you would like meals to be provided, I am happy to provide - we can discuss costs should there be a requirement. Both Japanese and English spoken fluently. Interaction with GuestsThis depends on the guest! Some we hardly see and they are out all day and in their room all night and others become part of the family. No pressure either way from us! The NeighborhoodCheadle is an old village which has become part if Stockport borough in recent years. Everything you need can be found on the High Street. If you're into history then St Mary's Church and Moseley Old Hall are worth a look.

The house is basically in Heaton Mersey park and it is SOOOOO gorgeous, you will definitely fall in love. Super close to great shops/10 mins safe walk to East didsbury metro link/10 mins from manchester airport/great pizza and wine shop wahoooo Getting AroundThe metro link goes from the end of the road to anywhere in manchester and to the airport. Taxi's are pretty cheap too. Other Things to NoteIts a strictly no meat household, so the cottage would suit veggies and vegans down to the ground. We also don't have a TV (by choice) queue interesting conversations! There is a guitar, loads of books, amazing wifi and tons of crystals dotted around which makes for great vibes :-)

However, there is still lots of space for a comfy 3/4 sized bed, a desk , wardrobe and drawers for you to use plus mirrors at varying heights. Thouh I am happy to offer any advice or just have a chat :) The NeighborhoodThis is a quiet and safe neighbourhood, ideal for a quiet nights sleep. The village has a nice range of restaurants, pubs and shops. There are also some some lovely green spaces for those who like to get outdoors, with Abney Hall Park and Bruntwood Park on the door step. I am less than a 5 minutes walk to the BMI Alexandra for those visiting friends or relatives. Only a 5-10 minuto drive or £8 taxi from Manchester Airport. Getting AroundThere are great transport links. Within a mile of junctions of the M60 and M56 and only a 10 Minute drive to Manchester Airport. Access by bus to Manchester, Stockport, Altrincham ect. The tram stop at Didsbury and railway station at Gatley are also only just over a mile away. Other Things to NoteMy home doesn't have off-road parking, through you can park on the street outside my home. I am under the flight path for Manchester Airport but the house is fully double glazed and so can't be heard indoors. Definately will not stop you getting a good nights sleep! Checkin - 6pm Checkout - 2pm Whilst I work full time, I will always try to be flexible and accommodate other times if I can :)

Walking distance (6-8 minutes) from all the shops and restaurants in Cheadle Village. A 5-10 minute drive from Didsbury & Chorlton.
