The SpaceThe Anchorage is situated in a stunning location, overlooking the River Hamble. Set in grounds of around 3 acres, it is the perfect spot for a quiet weekend away, and close to the many marinas in and around Hamble. We are also situated opposite The Jolly Sailor, one of the best pubs on the South Coast, and a great place to visit in both summer (waterside terrace) and winter (roaring log fires). Our B&B room is a downstairs suite, with views overlooking the garden and across to the river. It has a beautiful bathroom suite, with a huge, original Victorian rolltop bath. Breakfast is served in the dining room on a help-yourself basis with fresh fruit, cereals, coffee and croissants. The NeighborhoodOld Bursledon is a charming riverside village, steeped in history. It is one of the sunniest spots on the south coast, and looks over the River Hamble towards the Isle of Wight. Getting AroundThe house is easily accessible by car, train or boat! We are just a 2 minute walk from Bursledon station which is on the main line between Southampton Central and Portsmouth. We are only a 7-8 minute drive from Junction 8 of the M27, and we are within a few minutes drive of the many marinas on the River Hamble. The SpaceThis is a spacious double room, looking out over the back garden, with its own en-suite within our modern detached family home. We live on a quiet private road/neighbourhood close to the M3, M27, local train station, bus routes, Southampton Airport and local supermarkets/shops. We don't offer lunch or evening meals, but there are plenty of local pubs and restaurants to choose from to include some within easy walking distance from the house or a short car journey away. You are welcome to help yourself to breakfast; tea, coffee, juice, cereals, eggs or lovely home-made (and handmade) bread to toast! We like our guests to feel at home while they stay. You can expect to have a comfortable bed, towels if you need them, excellent cleanliness and tidiness - it's a very orderly house! We have three very well behaved cats - no really! They don't climb on furniture, sleep on the beds or even get upstairs routinely. If you aren't a cat lover, please feel reassured that our pets certainly know their place. If you ARE a cat lover, well that's just awesome for everyone, we're sure you'll love our three feline house-mates. We offer broadband internet, free Wi-Fi, off road parking (for one car only when available) and a beautiful garden for you to enjoy should you wish to. The NeighborhoodVery quiet and friendly neighborhood. Park around the corner and lovely walkways through the trees. Tesco express can be found within a 5 min walk. Burger King, McDonalds, M&S, Sainsburys, KFC, Dominos etc within 2 min drive. We have 2 miniature Yorkshire terrier pups in the house but are kept out of the way. Getting AroundHedge End station within 5 min walk. We are able to assist with transport if necessary. 10 min drive to Southampton airport. Other Things to NoteWe offer muesli, yoghurt, coffee and tea for breakfast. If anything additional is required please ask. Full kitchen facilities available if you prefer to bring anything along.

There's plenty to keep you entertained and busy here, from the museums, art galleries, shops, traditional markets and Theatres the choice is endless. Southhampton is also know as the greenest city in southern England, known because of the many parks the city has. The city is also home to a wide range bars and clubs, but for those who like to dine out you won't be stuck for choice there either. So where better to stay than my property in Southhampton. There are several beautiful rooms which are available in a large spacious house in a quiet neighbor hood located near the city center and the M27, it is also close to all major bus routes. The price for the rooms comes with all bills included, the room comes with a comfortable bed, wifi and Linen.                         The SpaceAll rooms have high ceiling and the wooden aspect in the house makes it very cosy and welcoming. There is free Wifi in the house and a TV area. The large garden invites to rest. There is a sandpit for children as well as sun loungers for adults. Guest AccessYou will have access from the shared main entrance. Your room will be on the first floor and you will need to go through a little corridor to go up the wide oak stairs. We have a large parking area as well as a garage if you would lie, to leave the car here, while you are flying away. Small charge will apply. Interaction with GuestsYou are welcome to sit in the lounge or watch TV in the TV area upstairs. The NeighborhoodWe are close to the river Hamble and there are plenty of pubs around. You also could hire one of our bikes to get around. Getting AroundThe train station in Bursledon is a 7 min walk away. The local bus stop is a 10 min walk away. There is a local shop for buying your essentials or bigger supermarkets nearby. We also could help with pizza deliveries. Other Things to NoteOur house is a non-smoking house and we have a little son who goes to nursery three days a week. There are three pubs within walking distance (2-8min) and we are close to the river Hamble.

My home is on a residential road within very close proximity of a local co-op and also a local parade of shops which include; Chinese, Fish & Chips, Indian, Post Office and store and also a local Pub, with a tradional menu. Off-road parking is available, by arrangement. A wide range of tourist attractions, including Marwell Zoo, Winchester Cathedral, Spinnaker Tower, The Ageas Bowl, HMS Victory and Beaulieu are within easy reach. Getting AroundBus; The Bluestar #2 route is just outside the house. (URL HIDDEN) Rail; Eastleigh railway station is about 1.5 miles away and trains regularly run to London Waterloo. Motorways; The M3 and M27 are within easy access, ideal for commuters and tourists. Air; Southampton Airport is only 3.5 Miles, so easily accessible. Although this is our home, we do remove our clothes etc whilst we are away, so you can store your own belongings in empty wardrobe and drawer space. You are welcome to use what you find in the kitchen - and we will leave some snacks out for you - theres nothing worse than arriving late/tired and not having anything to eat or drink.                         The SpaceThe yacht is 26 feet long and it sleeps one or two in a double bed in the front cabin. There is a skylight above the bed where you can star gaze when tucked in. The saloon (living area) in the back has cosy seating area. Also there is a one ring gas stove. There is also 240v electric onboard to power the lighting and an electric kettle and toaster. The electric also powers 2 oil filled radiators to keep it warm and toasty inside the boat in the winter months. There is also 240 volt sockets for anything you may need. There are complimentary selection of Tea's, coffee's and hot chocolate onboard along with biscuits. There are amplified speakers onboard which can connect to a phone/laptop/tablet via headphone jack and therefore streaming TV or watching DVD's or Listening to radio can be played with superb sound. The yacht is small so standing room gets less as you move forward. There is 6 feet at the rear moving to 5 foot 3 at the front. There is a cosy feeling on board. I keep the yacht very clean and have always run the heating onboard right through the winter. Therefore there has never been any damp. It is warm and dry in the cabin. There is no fridge onboard however there are two igloo cool boxes. If you buy a bag of ice from the local shop, either cool box will keep extremely cold for 48 hours. Wifi is available free for one device although there is 3/4G coverage for most networks. There is free Wifi in the Marina bar/restaurant. The Wifi on the boat allows 4 hours of continuous connection per day. The marina shower facilities are brand new with heated flooring and and great showers. The yacht is situated a 30 second walk from the shower / Toilet block. No pets are permitted onboard. Guest AccessThe yacht is accessed by a security gate which takes you down a pontoon gangway onto the marina pontoons. A plastic scanner key fob is provided to access the gate. Don't go out without it or you can't get back in!! A key is also provided for the padlock which unlocks the sliding door to get inside the yacht. No pets are permitted onboard. Marina is situated on the A27, immediately after it crosses the River Hamble, just east of Southampton. The marina is easily reached from either Junction 8 or 9 of the M27. From Junction 8 of the M27 - At Junction 8 of the M27 take the exit off the roundabout onto the A3024 (signposted Southampton East) on reaching the Windhover Roundabout (at the top of the ramp) take the first exit onto Providence Hill (signposted Park Gate, Sarisbury, Bursledon) and follow the A27 forward. After passing under the railway bridge at Bursledon, proceed to the traffic lights, take the right-hand lane and turn right into Marina. From Junction 9 of the M27 - At Junction 9 of the M27 follow the signs for Park Gate and at the Segensworth Roundabout, take the fifth exit onto the A27 westbound signposted Southampton. Continue straight along the A27 through Park Gate and Sarisbury Green. Follow the A27 down the hill and at the traffic lights turn left into Marina. Contact the marina. TO MARINA BY RAIL Southampton Airport Parkway is the nearest main line station to Swanwick (8 miles away) with trains running regularly from London Waterloo (1 hour 6 mins – 1 hour 28 mins). Bursledon is the nearest local station and is on the Southampton to Portsmouth line, just 8–10 minutes' walk from the marina.                           The Moorings is a recently refurbished, modern 2 bedroom cottage in the world famous sailing village of Hamble. Centrally located, the cottage is an easy 5 minute walk to the pubs, restaurants, shops of the village centre and Hamble foreshore (which offers great crab fishing and/or ice cream opportunities for any small fishermen in your party!). If you're planning to sail, the cottage less than 10 minutes walk from Port Hamble. Alternatively the local train station and bus stops are nearby, offering good access links to the New Forest, Southampton and Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight is just a short ferry trip away from any of these destinations. From June 2016 there will be a direct passenger ferry from Hamble to Cowes. The cottage has 2 good sized bedrooms (one kingsize double, and one twin or double) plus a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for your stay. There is a tv, sound system and board games available and the cottage has a private garden complete with its own summerhouse, BBQ and firepit. Bikes can be stored securely in the summerhouse. Whether you are coming to visit friends, sail, walk, cycle or just have a break there is plenty to see and do and the cottage offers the perfect location from which to do it all. ÂŁ200.00 damage deposit Bank transfer is preferable, but paypal or a good old fashioned cheque work as well, for cheques and paypal there is a 5% handling fee charged Hamble village has a lively sailing community, during the summer months there are many events going on. The Hamble foreshore is great for children. The Royal Victoria Country park is a 15 minute walk away, once there you find the adventure playgrounds for the children also a minature railway. Crew House is a beautifully presented 2 bedroom property within Hamble, it has two double beds and a single, also a futon on request. There is a large leather sofa, dining table and six leather chairs. WIFI and VIrigin Media XL package are included.

                              An excellent well cared for sailing yacht, located in Hamble Point Marina, Hamble village, Southampton. Hamble Point is situated just a short walk to the beautiful village of Hamble which is a boating paradise for sailors and visitors alike. The yacht is very user friendly and a full safety brief will be given on arrival. Three double cabins are provided and one toilet with shower facilities ashore. There is lots to do locally including many bars and restaurants for you to drink and dine in. A stereo is provided. A bedding pack and towels can be provided as an extra, at ÂŁ10 per 2 persons. Other items on-board include; free Wifi (subject to availability) electric kettle, complimentary tea , coffee and milk, an excellent cockpit area for outside dining or just to sit and enjoy the view, refrigerator, local shops are within walking distance. An excellent and different way to spend your holiday, and you never know you might fancy learning to sail at the end of your stay! And just to clarify this is the cost to stay on the yacht, if you wanted to charter and go sailing then please let us know. The photos are examples of the yachts we have on our fleet, which vary in size and layout from 32 - 50'. We cannot guarantee which yacht you will have but you will have a minimum of 3 cabins. Our offices are only open on a Saturday morning so if your booking is for a Saturday then we would need to be able to complete the handover at that time.

                                Meadows is an exclusive home within walking distance to Port Hamble Marina and the Village centre with all of its pubs and restaurants. The property itself has been recently refurbished to a high modern design boasting a 36 square meter lounge with integral multi coloured LED lighting, open plan onto the kitchen and with bi-fold doors opening directly onto the decking - this makes a great place for a social gatherings. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, tv and ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2 has a double bed Bedroom 3 has two single beds that can be put together to form a double, tv The lounge has a large HD smart to, Sky HD with sky movies, Sky sports & BT Sports channels. For music, just bring your iPod and plug into the stereo system. For stays longer than a week, the property is cleaned and beds changed on a weekly basis. We have stair gates and a travel cot if you are staying with little ones. Outside there is ample off road parking suitable for four cars to the front. To the rear there is a bbq for your use and lounge furniture on the decking which faces south west, great for afternoon sunshine and long evening bbq's in the summer. Hamble is one of the prettiest villages on the South Coast with links to yachting that date back in time. But if you need more than what the village can offer, Southampton City Centre is only 7 miles away.
