There are 21 pods on the property. Each pod comes with two quality beds and mattresses, lights and hooks. The pods are insulated to stay warm. All camping pods are the same family size and suitable for up to two adults or up to two adults and two children. Two children (or three small children) can fit in a Pod, but you would need to bring additional airbeds or roll mats. Remember, you do need to bring your own bedding – sleeping bags, duvets, and pillows.Bookings also include 24hr access to the beautiful Lakeside Lodge which has a kitchen including complimentary teas and coffees (including mugs and spoons), a kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, three newly fitted sparkling clean wet rooms with toilets, hot showers, and a large common room. Power sockets are also available in the lodge for hairdryers and charging phones.

The SpaceThis is a log cabin cottage set behind our 18th century converted windmill, in our private gardens and very children friendly. There is a tennis court, a BBQ area and a children's play area. Please bear in mind, this is a log cabin in the garden which spiders love so even though we will do our best to get all the spider webs, you may still see the odd one; believe us when we say they spring overnight! If you love the outdoors, your tennis and don't mind our eight legged friends, then this is your place. Please also note that the internet speeds in the area are very slow. We provide you with our wifi code, and our speed is sufficient to download emails and social media browsing but not sure you will be able to stream large files or movies, which is why we have added sky tv and a blu ray player. Guest AccessGuests will have access to free parking, the garden cottage, the gardens, the tennis court and the BBQ area. Interaction with GuestsMore than happy to advise on local days out, and guests are welcome to join me for some outdoors yoga. The NeighborhoodWe are incredibly close to Preston and Southport centre / beach (only 15 minute drive each), 40 minutes from Bolton and 45 minutes from Liverpool and Manchester. Bretherton is a lovely village with a lovely village bakery and some lovely walks. Getting AroundThe bus stop is a three minute walk from the house to either Southport or Preston.       Large detatched farmhouse for rent in Wrea green, on the edge of Wrea Green and 5 minute walk to the local village pub, the farm house is ideally positioned 100 meters back from the road surrounded by farmed fields, and just 5 miles from the coast and tourist attraction of Lytham and Blackpool, surrounded by countryside. The property has been recently refurbished. Would be ideal for a holiday home for up to 11 guests with plenty of internal space. There is parking for 5 vehicles. The property also has a cot and a high chair. Ribby Hall Village is a three minute walk away, the local shop is a similar distance. There are lots of attractions on the Fylde Coast, good golf courses, nice beaches and pleasant areas to visit not to mention the tourist attractions of Blackpool. Great rural retreat but not too rural. There is plenty to do in the village, with tennis courts, golf, swimming pools, gym, squash etc all nearby.

                      The SpaceOur cottage was built in 1847 and retains many of the original features. The row was built from the bricks of the original church when the new one was built, hence the name Church Row. There are 3 cottages on the row, ours is the middle one. We have quiet neighbour's on either side. Although the cottage is quite small, there is a large store room at the back of the cottage for your suitcases,buggies, bikes or anything else. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Guest AccessRibby Hall Leisure village is just a 15 min walk away. (URL HIDDEN) A fantastic Sport and Leisure facility with day passes available. The new addition of a Spa with the famous 'Thermal Journey' and beauty treatments is fantastic! Wrea Green has the biggest green in Lancashire. The pond or dub as it is know locally can be used for fishing, a permit is needed or why not just feed the ducks, children love it. Dizzy Ducks is a famous cafe/tea shop just two minutes walk from the cottage. Homemade cakes to die for and any village info you could want. Interaction with GuestsWhenever you want by email or phone. We have lots of family and friends in the village if you need anything. Just ask! The NeighborhoodWrea Green is so handy for Lytham and St.Annes and Blackpool too. I love Lytham with it's shops, cafe and long seafront to walk along, a favourite with everybody in the area. Lytham windmill is famous too. You can walk along Lythan Sea front to Fairhaven, then walk onto St Annes and get the bus back to Lytham. Fairhaven Lake is a beautiful example of old England. It has a big lake with different types of boats for hire. An excellent cafe,crown green bowling, children's playground and tennis courts. Lowther Gardens in Lytham is a small, beautifully kept park, just 5 mins walk from Lytham centre. It has crown green bowling, a lovely play area for little ones, a dog friendly cafe and crazy golf and miniature golf. For keen golfers we have Stanley Park at Blackpool,Poulton Le Fylde and Garstang where you can obtain a day pass. The Royal Lytham is of course famous for the Open Championship just 6 miles from the cottage. Blackpool and the famous Blackpool Tower are well worth a look and of course the Illuminations. Blackpool Zoo has a very reasonable family entrance fee. Stanley Park with it's fantastic playgrounds,skate boarding park and boating lake is a must during your stay. The art deco cafe near the clock tower has won awards for it's interior and food. The Model village is well worth a visit too, situated on the edge of the park. There is lots of free parking around Stanley Park and only a 30 min walk into Blackpool Town Centre. The Visitor centre has more info. Getting AroundThere is a regular bus service to Blackpool, Lytham, St. Annes, Poulton, Kirkham and Preston. From Lytham, Preston and Blackpool you could catch trains to anywhere you like! Local taxi's are available, details at the cottage. Other Things to NoteWe use a professional cleaning and laundry service. Bed changes after one week are available and there are lots of towels for you to use, just make yourselves at home. The lounge and all of the upstairs is fully carpeted and in the kitchen/ diner we have a traditional flagged floor. The bathroom has floor tiles and a heated towel rail to ensure you are comfortable. The new bathroom and kitchen were fitted in January 2016, as part of our complete refurbishment. I love the 'Butler' sink in the kitchen. The front garden is lovely, a lawned area, a border full of plants and a small patio area with a table and two chairs. The garden gate leads straight into the village and the church is across the road. We love watching weddings from the garden gate! The washing machine is in the utility room with drying rack and ironing board. There is also a fridge style freezer in here. The bedrooms are upstairs and have a feeling of space due to the vaulted ceiling.
