Breakfast will be served in either the kitchen or conservatory and there is a charge of £5 (7 Euros) per guest for a Continental breakfast if required.
A 'self-service' Continental breakfast is available and you are welcome to help yourself. Depending on availability, this includes a variety of items from the selection below:

There is access to free Fibre Broadband either by hard wire Ethernet or Wi-Fi, so feel free to stream TV/films (nothing illegal or pornographic), Face-Time friends & family or do business meetings via webcam. A printer is available for light printing (e.g. flight tickets/directions) for a small charge. There is also a Music Hi-Fi system in the conservatory, USB ports and numerous power points to charge Cell phones & Laptops.
There are three mountain bikes for use and guest can loan these if they wish (Small charge applicable) or why not take a walk/jog around the local park or the beautiful neighbourhood.
Shower caps, disposable razors, tooth paste & tooth brushes, London & Essex post cards, UK & international postage stamps, Euros & US dollar currency & UK Sim cards are available to buy on the premises.

Also, going to and from other London airports then I can give rides to the nearest subway station from my home which is either Epping Station (12 minutes by car) or to London City airport in East London (30- 40 minutes by car) both at less than taxi prices. (Early AM flights may be difficult for me but taxis to Stansted & City airport can be pre-booked).

The NeighborhoodWe live in a quiet Cul-de-Sac within the leafy and wonderful green English countryside of Harlow and my home is situated in the beautiful village of Church Langley, which is a pleasant enchanting village filled with peace, tranquillity and is an area of outstanding beauty.
The serene safe picturesque neighbourhood is surrounded by many architecturally award winning beautiful homes in which Stansted Airport is: (15 minutes by train/car), East London (15 - 30 minutes by train/car), City & West London (30 - 40 minutes by train/car) can be reached easily.
The neighbourhood has green open spaces, nature reserves, protected forest and woodlands, lovely family parks with recreational facilities, running, cycling, walking paths, a local sports & fitness centre with full size outdoor running track/football pitch plus there are many trails for those who like to ramble and explore the area.
Also, there are three award winning English Fish & Chip' shop takeaway restaurants in Harlow for you to get your traditional fish and chips with two of the restaurants providing home delivery.
Harlow Town Centre is 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by the number 10 or 418 bus.
Harlow is a quiet well planned new town with plenty of character and filled with high street shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and cafes.
The town boast one of the UK's most extensive cycle, walking & jogging tracks. Today, Harlow is an arts and culture hot spot, with the Playhouse Theatre, The Museum of Harlow and the collection of sculptures in Gibberd Garden. It's a lovely place to see and visit.
Guest can park their car free of charge (up to 2 cars) whilst they stay and if you want to leave your car with me whilst you jet away on holiday, business or exploring nearby areas/London, then for a small daily charge I can give you secure parking on my driveway. Getting AroundIt is absolutely easy getting to and from Stansted Airport or into London from Church Langley, Harlow. Stansted Airport is 15 minutes by train/car, East London 15 -30 minutes by car/underground tube and the City & West London is 30 - 40 minutes by car/tube/train.
Harlow Town Railway Station is 7 minutes by car and 10 minutes by the number 10 bus from my home.
Guest can book me for a small charge to take them to certain destinations. (Subject to my availability, distance & road conditions).
The great thing about this location is that all six London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City & London Southend) can all be reached within 15 minutes - 1 hour 15 minutes by car, taxi, bus & train.
Stansted Airport to Harlow Town Railway Station (two stops) takes 15 minutes.
Trains from Harlow Town rail station to Tottenham Hale tube & rail station (15 minutes) or Liverpool Street tube and rail station (30 minutes).
The nearest underground tube/subway station from Harlow is Epping (12 minute drive by car/taxi) or Tottenham Hale underground/tube station (Victoria Line) is 15 minutes by train from Harlow Town rail station.
The number 10 & 418 bus stop is a few minutes' walk away and will take you into Harlow Town Centre within 10 minutes.
The 418 bus takes you directly to Epping underground/tube station within 30 minutes.
TAXI & MINI CABS
The town and village area is served by many taxis and black cab firms that run 24 hours a day.
I am happy to do airport shuttles/transfers to and from various airports for a small fee but only for two people maximum.
Cycles can be hired from the premises.
CAR & ROAD
The house is in a prime location for visiting London, Essex & Stansted Airport, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and all parts of the UK with the M11 (4 minutes) & M25 (7 minutes) drive away. Other Things to NoteWe are a friendly easy going family and wish you to be comfortable, happy and to really enjoy your time with us. We do have a few things for you to note as this is our family home and we live here.
