The SpaceSituated a few miles outside of the historic town of Portsmouth, Bedhampton is within easy commute to London, Southampton and all major cities via the train station which is a short walk and the M27 motorway just 5 minutes drive. We have the beautiful Southdowns and Butser Hill just a short car drive away or you could spend your time strolling around the lovely Farlington Marshes taking in all the wildlife and beautiful scenery. Relax in our garden after a long day, sipping a cool beer or a cold glass of wine from our garden bar listening to the gentle fall of water into the Koi pond. The room is newly refurbished and decorated and you will have the sole use of own bathroom next to your room. We have Internet connection/Wifi which you are welcome to use t! We have adequate parking if you need it. Breakfast is provided although this is to be made by yourselves as we are both out early to work. Enjoy a selection of cereals accompanied by tea/coffee/toast. If you fancy a BBQ after your day out we have one at your disposa to use so why not buy a couple of steaks and leave them sizzling while you enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden. The SpaceQuiet area within short drive to Portsmouth and Historic Dockyard. The guest accommodation is a large self contained annexed area within the house. It is available to rent for short or longer breaks. The room is carpeted with its own en suite shower and toilet. The room is spacious and could accommodate a family of up to 4. Sleeping arrangements can be made up as a double or twin beds. A third single bed is optional. The whole house may be available for rental at certain times, please ask. Guest AccessGuest access is via a side entrance overlooking the back garden. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden facilities including the hot tub. There is an outside circular table which seats 8 and wicker sofa and chairs for chill out time in the garden. Tea facilities are provided. Cooking facilities may be possible. On occasions cereal, porridge or a light breakfast can be provided free of charge. Lots of books, games, and beach equipment are available. Just ask. Please use the access from top of hill (as the bottom way in is a bit bumpy). If you would like to use the hot tub please let me know so I can get it ready. It is only available at certain times of year, please check. Interaction with GuestsAlthough we live in the main house there will be minimal interaction unless you need or would like. The NeighborhoodAlthough feeling as if you're in the countryside you're also close to all the attractions of the south coast with Portsmouth/Southsea only 30 minutes away by car. Portsmouth has historic dockyards including Nelsons HMS Victory, Mary Rose and the Warrior. Visit Gunwharf Quay to shop, eat and take in a movie. Stroll along Southsea's seafront or take a day trip to the Isle of Wight. For the bird watcher there's always Farlington marshes wildlife reserve. There's lots to do in the area, we can advise. Getting AroundLocal bus services are only a 10 minute walk away with a short trip connecting with Portsmouth, Havant, Cosham. Both Cosham and Havant have a train station for getting futher afield(Brighton, Southampton, London). The A3 is 5 minutes drive away which takes you to London in about 1 hour 30 minutes. May be able to provide short distance drop off and pick up if I am available. Other Things to NotePrivate parking off road for several cars. Although there is a tumble drier we also have an outside clothes line if preferred (especially during summer months). Hot tub only during summer months.

    Sycamore is located on the Hayling Island Holiday Park, at South Hayling, which has been awarded 4 Stars by the Tourist Board, and is situated just 5 minutes (1k) away from the seafront, beach and Beachlands Funfair and Amusement Park. The parks many facilities are listed below. The local shops at West Town are approximately 0.8 miles from the park whilst Mengham is approximately.1.2 miles away. There are 3 nature reserves on the island, the nearest one being approximately 2.2 miles from the park Leisure Passes - can be purchased at Reception Hayling Island combines all the attractions of a traditional seaside holiday with excellent sporting and leisure facilities. Hayling Island is an island in the true sense of the word, being completely surrounded by natural watercourses. It is about 6.5 kilometres (4 miles) long and 6.5 kilometres wide. A single road bridge connects its northern end to the mainland of Southern England and a small passenger ferry connects it to the neighbouring island of Portsea where the city of Portsmouth is located. All this is set in a beautiful natural environment, preserved because of its exceptional flora and fauna and includes a wildlife haven which has become an important seabird breeding site. The island's miles of unspoilt coastline and countryside also offer a haven of peace and tranquillity, where visitors can walk, cycle or relax. Windsurfing was invented on Hayling Island and as well as events linked to this popular activity there is some of the best sailing on the South Coast. Hayling Island is the only place in Britain to qualify for two European Blue Flag awards and its excellent beaches have also been awarded a Tidy Britain Seaside Award for their water quality, safety and cleanliness.       The SpaceWe live in a large family home in a quiet leafy suburb. We are very central, close to Portsmouth, Chichester, Havant and the delightful seaside town of Emsworth. Also very close to the South Downs with beautiful walks & cycle routes. I live here with my husband and 2 teenage daughters and our delightful small hypoallergenic dog Benji. We have a bright spacious en suite bedroom with sofa & TV which is suitable for 1-2 people. Excellent rail links, train station is a 3 minute walk away. Beautiful private garden & patio with barbecue facilities. HOUSE FACILITIES Garden, Bikes, Laundry, Patio, Barbecue, Parking, Pets (Indoor), TV, Internet Access, Smoke alarm The NeighborhoodWe have excellent links to the historic cities of Portsmouth (with its Historic dockyard & Gunwharf Quays with restaurants, bars, cinemas & designer shopping) & the old roman town of Chichester. The lively city of Brighton is an hour away by train and we also have excellent links to London. The delightful seaside town of Emsworth is close by with restaurants & 2 sailing clubs.

      The SpaceWe love having visitors, having hosted many foreign students, and all our guests have always said they felt very welcome and at ease here. Breakfast is cereal toast fruit etc and guests can help themselves when they are ready. This is because when we are at work we start early and this is not suitable for most of our visitors! Guest AccessWe have a large kitchen /diner and a sitting room. Also a pleasant garden with a pond, where guests are welcome to sit. There is ample on street parking. Interaction with GuestsOne of us is often around during the day, although not always. We are always happy to help if we can. one of the things that we find fun is talking to our visitors! We can not claim to be fluent but do speak a little Spanish French and German and depending on which of the family is at home, Romanian. The NeighborhoodWe feel that we are very lucky, living as we do between the sea and the South Downs. There are many pretty villages around and Chichester and Portsmouth. Both have a good selection of shops and many historic attractions. There really is a lot to do here. If walking is more your style there are numerous walks in the countryside or by the sea. Getting AroundWe are in a quiet road which is however only 5 minutes walk from buses, 10 minutes walk from trains and 2 minutes in the car from the A3(M) and the M27. Other Things to NoteWe do have a cat, although she is not allowed in the guest bedrooms.

      This room is lovely! It is a big double with a proper double bed (new mattress) wardrobe, sofa, and views over a park. The house stands on its own so is nice and quiet, yet is only a 10 - 15 minute walk to the town centre and mainline train station.

          12 Langstone High Street is a wonderful thatched cottage set just meters from the shore at Langstone in Hampshire. Full of character and charm this is an ideal holiday home for couples or small families. The cottage is set in a row of similar thatched cottages which makes for a delightful street scene running down to the water's edge at the end of the road. On entering the cottage, the cosy sitting room centres around a feature gas fireplace which is set within the origanal fireplace for the cottage. This still features the old bread oven set to one side of the fireplace. The sitting room leads through to the well equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen also has a dinning table. A stable door opens to the attractive cottage style patio garden at the rear of the cottage. On the first floor, there is a good sized double bedroom with a feature ornamental fireplace and offers plenty of storage. The is also a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wash basin and WC. A narrow staircase leads to the second floor bedroom that has a small double bed. From the second floor window, guests get a view over the fields to the rear of the cottage, as well as a glimpse of the water. (Please note, this is an old cottage and so the staircases are more narrow and steeper than usual. This cottage is not suitable for very young children or for guests with mobility difficulties). On-street parking is available on Langstone High Street.

Own private bathroom next door to bedroom with large bath and walk in shower, corner sink with mirrored cabinet for storage of toiletries. Detached chalet bungalow with easy off road parking. Great transport links for London & south coast. Beautiful coastal walks within minutes and historic pubs/restaurants some with great sea views! Use of kitchen facilities for making tea and coffee and garden including garden dining furniture. Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided. Plenty of towels. PLEASE NOTE: Due to handy, close proximity to the town and train station there will be some road noise especially during rush hour. During the day/evening it's pretty quiet but there will be cars going past at all times. Please feel free to use our pretty garden which is a sanctuary full of birds. Our house is our home and as such it has nicks and dents as do we especially when our granddaughters are here! It is well loved but well lived in so please remember this is our home so family life goes on as usual! Guest AccessPrivate separate lounge/living room with 2 comfy leather sofas/magazines, some books. Own private spacious bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Use of kitchen to make tea/coffee/ No cooking please. Use of garden. We have a separate lounge at the back of the house that is private. Please just knock if you need anything. Also, upstairs is our private space so strictly no guest access. We will not enter your room while you are staying. If you'd like a mid stay bedroom or bathroom clean then please just ask. There will be plenty of clean towels in your room for the duration of your stay. Interaction with GuestsWe respect that some guests value total privacy so please just let us know if you need help/advice with anything. We are warm, friendly and sociable but do understand the need some guests may have for solitude. We are home most days so available to answer any questions or help out with local directions/attractions. Our private lounge is at the back of the house but please use your own guest space like a 'home from home' There will of course be times when we are all in the kitchen especially at breakfast time but please just help yourself to what you need and if the weather permits, you can eat in the garden. The NeighborhoodVery close to town centre with all you need... Banks, Pubs, cafes and shops. . Approx 3-4 mins walk to train station with fabulous links to London, the south coast, Historic Portsmouth with its historic ships/Naval Base and lovely marina with outlet shopping. 10 mins by train is beautiful Historic Chichester. If you have a car then the New Forest is 30 minutes away. This is a must see for the 100's of ponies that roam free. On our doorstep is the start of a 15-20 minute walk that will take you to Langstone harbour that is teeming with birds. The advantage too is a beautiful pub on the waters edge for drinks and food! Getting AroundTrain station minutes away. Buses, taxis readily available. Great walks. Direct line from Gatwick airport to nearby train station. Other Things to NoteI provide a 'help yourself' breakfast of coffee, tea, fruit juice, cereal and toast as standard but for an alternative there are many cafes/bars/restaurants within a 10 min walk

                A lovely large room in our house. Own entrance via garden. One big room with double bed, sitting area and en-suite shower room. Own fridge, kettle and microwave. We are a 5 minute walk across fields to Langstone harbour and the Royal Oak pub. The Hayling 'Billy' cycle trail is at the end of our road. 10 minutes from the historic cities of Chichester and Portsmouth. Breakfast cereals, milk bread & jams in small kitchen next to room.

Will provide you will taxi numbers and bus timetables. The NeighborhoodQuiet neighbourhood. Historical area with lots to see around portsdown hill and in the Portsmouth area. If you are interested in walking, cycling I can point you in the right direction. Getting AroundFlat is situated on a bus route, taxis are locally very good. Train station is approx 10 mins drive from the flat. There is no dedicated parking but there is space in the road to park up If you are driving.

The nearest train station is Cosham approx. 2 miles away with easy rail links to Southampton, Brighton and London. Portsmouth's 'Park & Ride' is 2.5 miles away. Other Things to NoteLarge supermarket and late opening convenience store both within 1km of our house. Within walking distance we have several 'take aways', KFC, Fish & Chips, Chinese and Indian. McDonalds, Burger King, and a Harvester and a Toby restaurants are a 5-10 min car trip away.

Quiet, spacious rooms to relax and unwind, but so ideally situated right between Chichester centre of culture and Portsmouth shopping and nightlife. We are a comfortable stopover for ferries to Isle of Wight or France from Portsmouth. Our Guestbook lists loads of local eateries and places to visit, together with stashes of brochures. Our website lists all the Big Events and many local places of interest too. Walking/riding bikes/wind and kite surfing/ Hayling Fun Railway on the front with small funfair/Portsmouth Dockyard Museums and ships/Chichester Festival Theatre/Gunwharf Quays/Southdowns Way/Wildlife sanctuaries/Boat trips. The Annexe has a new cooker and microwave, fridge freezer, TV with Sky, Bluetoothbooster speakers for mp3s,wifi and its own booster. New shower room and loo.Plenty of storage. Latest- a Tassimo SUNY coffee maker Guest AccessApart from the Annexe of two rooms and ensuite shower, the outdoor patio, table and chairs and the barbecue are for you to enjoy. If the pets are not too small, the gates provide a safe enclosed garden area which is shared with our bungalow. Your UNIQUE space is the slightly enclosed patio, the rest of the garden you can share with us.Some guests felt they couldn't go on it!!!! Interaction with GuestsWe are right next door and the mobile and landline numbers are given in the welcome book, or just knock on our door or window.                   The two bedroom apartment in the village of Dogankoy on the outskirts of Girne (Formerly Kyrenia). The apartment is in a small Cypriot village setting with Sea and Mountain views. Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The flat is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with children). There is a shared pool, a small bar/coffee shop in the village and a reasonably priced gym in the Water Gardens complex which is only a few minutes walk away.

                                Recently renovated, self-catered and independent bungalow at the rear of a residential property. Own front door leads into the lounge with the fully fitted kitchen through the door on the left. All amenities consist of double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, kettle and toaster. There is a large bedroom with a choice of a kingsize bed or split to create two single beds. Walking past the en-suite bathroom into the modern and cosy south-facing lounge which has seating for 4 persons including a table and chairs and a large leather sofa bed which opens out to a full-size double bed suitable for 2 adults or children. Hayling Island is perfect for walking, painting, sailing and general holiday relaxation. Very close to the beach, which is pebbled. Local fun fair and arcade (Funland) is open during the summer and features thrills and fun for adults and kids. Local amenities include a number of convenience stores (including a large Co-Op, Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local), award winning fish and chip shops and Chinese & Indian takeaways. There is also a Tesco Extra just off the island next to the A27, which is about a 10 minute drive.

                                12 Langstone High Street is a wonderful thatched cottage set just meters from the shore at Langstone in Hampshire. Full of character and charm this is an ideal holiday home for couples or small families. The cottage is set in a row of similar thatched cottages which makes for a delightful street scene running down to the water's edge at the end of the road. On entering the cottage, the cosy sitting room centres around a feature gas fireplace which is set within the origanal fireplace for the cottage. This still features the old bread oven set to one side of the fireplace. The sitting room leads through to the well equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen also has a dinning table. A stable door opens to the attractive cottage style patio garden at the rear of the cottage. On the first floor, there is a good sized double bedroom with a feature ornamental fireplace and offers plenty of storage. The is also a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wash basin and WC. A narrow staircase leads to the second floor bedroom that has a small double bed. From the second floor window, guests get a view over the fields to the rear of the cottage, as well as a glimpse of the water. Please note, this is an old cottage and so the staircases are more narrow and steeper than usual. This cottage is not suitable for very young children or for guests with mobility difficulties). On-street parking is available on Langstone High Street.

It has a wheel-in wet room with wheeled shower chair, electric bed and electric hoist, plus folding wheelchair for transfers to and from the swimming pools. The pool complex also has a hoist to help wheelchair users in and out of the water. The kitchen is designed for access from a wheelchair with low units and space under the sink. Wide internal doorways and ample room for moving around inside the holiday home. A threshold bridging ramp is stored just inside the front door. Central heating and double glazing throughout. 2 twin rooms and sofa bed in lounge. Although pets are not generally allowed, we do permit assistance dogs as the holiday home is for disabled people.

                                The Old Mill House is a charming 18th Century house where John Keats finished his poem 'The Eve of St. Agnes' in 1819 and spent his last night in England in 1820. The house is situated on the edge of the attractive village of Old Bedhampton in a large garden between a 3-acre lake and a tidal stream. It has its own outdoor heated swimming pool. It is very well located for visiting the beaches, countryside and many attractions of the south coast but also provides a home from home for staying in and relaxing. The 8 bedrooms, of which 6 are en suite, all have TVs and views over the lake and/or garden. The spacious main sitting room, with French doors to the terrace and garden, has a piano and overlooks both the lake and stream. A smaller sitting room with TV/DVD has comfortable sofas, a wood burning stove and board games.                                 Vellum Court is a stunning luxury holiday apartment within a Grade II listing building. Since it's renovation and modernization it has been used as a luxury holiday home. The accommodation consists of a large open plan kitchen and living area, master bedroom with en-suite, large second bedroom (with sloping roof), modern bathroom and a small third room. Access to Vellum Court is via a remote control key which will open the main gates to the parking area where there is a single reserved space for the apartment. Walk through the passage way into the enclosed complex of ten character converted properties. Vellum Court is a first floor apartment but it has it's own front door. Walk up the stairs and the family bathroom can be found on the right hand side with bath/shower, toilet, heated towel rail and basin. Enter the main living area which is a huge open plan living room, dinning area and well equipped kitchen. There is a feeling of space in this room with it's magnificent high beamed ceiling and four large windows. The kitchen boasts brand new and high specification appliances and is finished with a granite worktop and French oak doors on the units. Bedroom one is a double bedroom that benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin bedded room with a large floor plan but please be aware this room has a slopping ceiling which drops off to become very low to one side. Bedroom three is very small but full of character.
