There is a fully fitted kitchen on the first floor where you could prepare & cook your own meal. The room is an attic room with lockable entrance door. When you enter the house there is glass fronted sun lounge -small but just right for reading a book or the morning papers. You could walk to Guiseley rail station in less than 10 minutes where you can catch a train to Ilkley(14 mins) Bradford (20 mins) Leeds (12 mins). The local shops are minutes away & Morrisons supermarket is 7 minutes by car. You will love the Yorkshire Dales where you will some of the best coutryside in the UK. The house is situated in Tranmere Park which is a quiet professional part of Guiseley. The world famous Harry Ramsdens fish & chip restaurant is very nearby.Ilkley is only 20 minutes away & if you have time you must visit Bettys Tea Rooms which are world famous! Myself and my 7 yr old live in a quiet, friendly suburb on the outskirts of Leeds. We have local amenities within 5 mins walk from our house, along with a local music college, transport links to the city centre and other colleges near by. We have a spacious house where you can have your own room, which is well furnished. My little girl and I have hosted before and love the knowledge we are both learning about the world from our students.

The Spaceperfectly placed for the beautiful Yorkshire Dales which are on the doorstep including free ample off road car parking spaces. The house is perfect for those travelling from the local airport which is 10 minutes away. Loads of storage and immaculately kept this house is in a quiet residential area but still close to Leeds city centre for additional transport links. There is also a large secluded garden perfect now the Summer is coming. The large double bedroom caters for 2 and I also have a single room for those travelling with a child or for another adult. The tour de Yorkshire offers a great experience and this house would be the perfect place to stay to access these attractions. Kirkstall Abbey and the beautiful River Aire valley are within walking distance and Bronte country is a nice drive out. Getting AroundNumerous buses run into the city and also to the airport.           We are travelling to Australia for three months from December 25th until March 26th 2015. So the house is available for rent during this period. The house is a tastefully decorated 4 bedroom detached property in a desirable location of Leeds. Two double bedrooms and two children's bedrooms perfect for a family! Two double sofabeds also available in the large living room. Toys available to keep young children entertained and a good sized rear and front garden. Good transport links to the city centre, airport and the Yorkshire Dales.

              The SpaceThis is a beautifully presented house which is light and airy. Renovated fully in 2012 in contemporary Laura Ashley and Farrow and ball. It has two double bedrooms and two single rooms. The master bedroom has a feather and black king sized iron bed and the second a Harrison spinks double bed. High quality mattresses. In one of single rooms there is a cotbed And the second is an ikea extendable childrens bed. Guest AccessThe guests have access to a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. I love cooking so I have a well stocked pantry full of herbs and spices. Fresh rosemary and sage in the garden for a good roast! Wifi, phone, TV ( no sky as we prefer to limit TV to the children). Off and on road parking for at least 3-4 cars ( two on the drive and two on the road). Lovely location, quiet cul de sac location. It takes 10 minutes from Leeds Bradford airport. Very safe area that break in accordingly to lovely neighbour Ruth who is 85, was in 1991! Getting AroundBuses every 10minutes from across the road to the city centre. Very convenient and I often prefer to take the bus than to drive into the city centre. Other Things to NoteA cleaner can be arranged during your stay. Zena is our weekly cleaner, she also does ironing!

                Two budget bedrooms available on top floor (second floor) of 4 bedroomed family home. One of bedrooms has a trundle bed which can pulled out and therefore can sleep two people but makes it slightly squashed. You can request quote for 1 to 3 people. Property is a sttone end terraced house 5 minutes walk from the centre of Otley and only a few miles from Leeds and Bradford Airport. There is an Asda Supermarket 2 minutes away from the house and the bus station is only a 5 minute flat walk from my home. Good bus links to Leeds and also Leeds University. Plenty to see and do in this area and particularly good for cyclists and walkers. Ilkley, Bolton Abbey, Grassington all within easy reach. Guests are allowed use of kitchen facilities and shared bathroom and we would make you very welcome. Safe neighbourhood with lots to do and see.

You will find the Garden Room in a four bedroomed stone built house, dating back to the 1870s. The house is in Adel, in a wooded setting, down a bumpy track. Despite its apparently rural setting it is within walking distance of buses and shops and is a short drive from bustling Headingley and from the Leeds / Bradford Airport. Since opening in September 2015 a variety of guests stayed with us from people attending events at the Leeds Arena to parents of University students. Recently we have also hosted a number of groups who are travelling between London and Scotland. Over the last year I have hosted over 60 different guests. Outside there is space for parking for several cars to the side of the property, which is situated in a quiet cup de sac. There is also a safe store for bicycles. Guest AccessInternally guests will have access to most of the house. The 'family bathroom'. The bathroom, which has underfloor heating has recently been renovated and features include a 'wet-room' type shower and a small bath. This bathroom may occasionally be shared with one other person. Guests have access to both sitting rooms and to the kitchen. The kitchen can be used for cooking and is fitted with a range style cooker (7 gas rings, 2 ovens and a grill). None of the kitchen items are reserved for exclusive vegetarian use. Guests can have space allocated in both the fridge and the kitchen if required - just ask. Guests have use of the washing machine and the room where washing can be dried. Externally guests have full access to the whole garden and can also use the store for storing excess luggage or cycles. Interaction with GuestsIf required the host can provide information about local walks or ideas for places to visit. It is also possible to book bespoke short tours of West / North Yorkshire (small charge to cover costs). The NeighborhoodAdel is a suburb of Leeds. The Garden Room is 5 miles from the centre of Leeds but feels much more rural. It is very quiet and is situated in beautiful woodland. It is close to the famous Adel church and to York Gate Garden. The Garden Room is well placed for travellers using Leeds Bradford Airport. Transfers to and from the airport are available - please ask for more information. The Garden Room is an ideal venue for parents visiting university students in Leeds, who wish to stay somewhere closely but in a quiet and relaxing setting. There is a working farm a few minutes walk away and yet one can get to Headingley and Leeds very quickly by car or on the bus. A short walk through the woods takes you to shops and food outlets (including a restaurant). More shops and restaurants are available in Adel or the surrounding area. Adel has excellent access to the main roads to Harrogate, York and Skipton. Getting AroundOur house is 7 minutes walk from 2 bus stops. Bus no.28 goes through the bustling neighbourhoods of Headingly (10 minutes) and Hyde Park (15 minutes) before reaching Leeds (25 minutes). The buses run every 20 minutes or so up to 6pm, after which the service becomes hourly. Bus stop 7a is also close by (requires a short walk using a woodland path). A taxi from Leeds city center costs between £8 – £12. Cycling from Spring Hill to the city center takes about 35 / 40 minutes. We have free parking available for several cars. Other Things to NoteIf you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay with easy access to Leeds city, then this is the place for you. We have three cats and several chickens! Included in the price is a simple breakfast - cereal / fruit / yogurt/ toast / tea and real coffee (decaf. available too). Cooked breakfast available with free range eggs from our chickens - £4 per person.

The property will very comfortably sleep 2 people, a smaller, single mattress is available underneath the bed, suitable for a child or even another adult. The bathroom shown in the pictures will be your personal bathroom during your stay, I have an en suite so won't be using it during your stay. The NeighborhoodThe Apartment is ideally placed between Leeds and Bradford, both of which offer a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants, shops, theatres and attractions. The apartment is set in attractive landscaped gardens with woodlands and the idyllic rural beauty of Ilkey Moors is just a short drive away. The apartment achieves an enviable balance between a relaxing, secluded location, exclusive village feel and easy access to all the excitement of city life. The Yorkshire villages of Menston, Guiseley, Otley and Ilkley provide excellent local amenities, while good road and rail links ease the commute further afield. Leeds and Bradford airport is just a few minutes drive away. Getting AroundI have parking available, however both Guiseley and Menston train stations are an equal distant away with frequent, cheap and quick travel to Leeds, Bradford and Ilkley. When in Leeds you can travel to many other cities if you choose, including York (20minutes), Sheffield (40mins), Manchester (50mins). There are also numerous bus services available. Other Things to NoteBreakfast is included, but will be a basic selection of cereals and toast, tea and coffee is available throughout your stay. The apartment is on the ground floor, however there are steps leading up to the main entrance of the building. Depending on your mobility needs, it may not be suitable for some guests. Other Things to NoteWe have older children, a quiet small dog and three cats. Bus stop is a short walk from the front door and the train station five minutes down the road. Train to Leeds every 30 minutes, one stop 14 mins journey time.

                The SpaceSet in a Victorian building, the apartment benefits from extremely high ceilings, large sash windows and thick stone walls, which make it a truly unique property. Enjoy a trip around the world as you will be surrounded by my eclectic collection of souvenirs and artwork. This first floor apartment is large, light and spacious and comfortably sleeps 4 adults in a kingsize and double bed. However, a fifth person could easily fit on the sofa if you provide your own duvet and pillows. There is also room for a travel cot if you have young children. Guest AccessYou are welcome to make yourself at home in the apartment and use any of the amenities available including all kitchen appliances and hair dryer etc. Please help yourself to tea, coffee, salt etc. and of course the welcome pack that I will provide for you! Feel free to enjoy the beautiful Arbonne products that I have provided for your use in both bathrooms. If you would like to order any to have delivered to your own home, please let me know! Interaction with GuestsI will not always be available to meet you, however, my housekeeper Rachel will be on hand if I'm not. The NeighborhoodThe apartment is in the perfect location as it is only a 14 minute train ride from Leeds City Centre but it also around the corner from the beautiful Ilkley Moor. The towns of Otley and Ilkley are only a few minutes away and Harrogate and York are also very easily reachable. Leeds Bradford airport is also only 10 minutes away. Getting AroundThe train station in Menston connects you to Leeds, Bradford and Ilkley. You can connect to many other places including York once you are in Leeds. There are also numerous bus services available. The apartment has it's own parking space and there is also visitor parking available. Other Things to NoteThe flat is on the first floor so isn't appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. I don't have a microwave at the moment as my last one blew up and I found I didn't miss it! Please let me know if this is a problem and I will consider replacing it. Please also note that I don't accept bookings on behalf of someone else.

A comfortable space with all you need for a short get away near the some of Yorkshires iconic places such as York and Harrogate. Comfortable seating area that is changed in to a double bed, kitchen facilities, small bathroom with flushing loo, wash basin & shower. Gas heater, electric fan heater and plenty of power for charging things! Clean bedding and towels will be provided & there will be basic provisions available - i.e. teabags, coffee, milk and bread. The caravan is placed so that the tenants also have their own private patio area with outdoor seating. Guest Access Wifi access is also provide as part of the offer. You will also have access to the main house which includes fully functioning kitchen, washer and dryer, electric shower and one other bathroom with bath and separate WC. Interaction with Guests The friendly Landlord lives within the main house and is always happy to help when needed. The Neighbourhood Plenty of local shops including Morrisons Supermarket, Argos and many other well known names with in a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk. There are plenty of park spaces and walking or cycling routes to explore.                   Lineham Farm is a 17th century farmhouse set in 120 acres of outstanding natural beauty, based in Eccup on the outskirts of Leeds. The farm is very close to Golden Acre Park, Harewood House and Roundhay Park. Nearby towns include Otley, Ilkey, Harrogate and of course Leeds itself. At weekends, the farm is available to book for special groups, private parties and big family get togethers. The farm is situated in peaceful surroundings but yet has access to local nightspots. We have the Main Farmhouse sleeping 25, the Courtyard Lodge sleeping 10 and the Farmers Cottage sleeping 7. They can be booked separately or together. The main Farmhouse has wet rooms, bathrooms and showers, a large sitting room with spiral staircase and wood burner, a TV area, a huge games room. We also have a state of the art catering kitchen and large dining room seating up to 40 people. We are surrounded by fields and woodlands with our own little wetlands area too. As we are a farm there are miniature Shetland ponies, pygmy goats, sheep and we have smaller animals - hens and guinea pigs!

                    We are travelling to Australia for three months from December 25th until March 26th 2015. So the house is available for rent during this period. The house is a tastefully decorated 4 bedroom detached property in a desirable location of Leeds. Two double bedrooms and two children's bedrooms perfect for a family! Two double sofabeds also available in the large living room. Toys available to keep young children entertained and a good sized rear and front garden. Good transport links to the city centre, airport and the Yorkshire Dales.

Set on the Owner's beautiful Stile Top Farm in Norwood - within the Washburn Valley which is part of a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - it is ideally placed for anyone to appreciate the natural world, yet only a short drive from the Spa town of Harrogate and 3 miles from Leeds Bradford airport.3 steps lead down from the private unloading area (to the rear of Stile Top Farm) to the entrance of the Washburn via the BBQ area adjacent to the stream. The property benefits from being all on one level (see note on small steps). The lifestyle room comprises a beautiful handmade painted kitchen by 'Little London Furniture' with range cooker and integrated appliances, a large 40" wall mounted TV, corner sofa and solid oak dining table seating 4 guests. The room enjoys stunning panoramic views of the Washburn area which are sure to be a a firm favourite with guests.A hallway (one step up from the kitchen) leads to the Dob Park Room (one step up) which is a family room with king size oak bed, additional single bed and ensuite travertine tiled bathroom with slipper bath (hand held shower on bath), basin, toilet, heated towel rail & wall mounted TV. One of bedrooms has a trundle bed which can pulled out and therefore can sleep two people but makes it slightly squashed. You can request quote for 1 to 3 people. Property is a sttone end terraced house 5 minutes walk from the centre of Otley and only a few miles from Leeds and Bradford Airport. There is an Asda Supermarket 2 minutes away from the house and the bus station is only a 5 minute flat walk from my home. Good bus links to Leeds and also Leeds University. Plenty to see and do in this area and particularly good for cyclists and walkers. Ilkley, Bolton Abbey, Grassington all within easy reach. Guests are allowed use of kitchen facilities and shared bathroom and we would make you very welcome.
