The Space3rd floor apartment in new modern apartment building, close to transport links and in the bustling area of Levenshulme, only 10 mins drive from the center. The Apartment has a large living space combining, Lounge, Dining and Kitchen. The Lounge area has a sofa beds and there is space for a blow up bed complete with electric pump therefore allowing the apartment to sleep 8. Their is a large TV with a BT TV Package and Free Wifi. The Dining Area has a large table to sit 6 people comfortably and comes stocked with all tableware and glasses for a nice meal in. Similarly the kitchen has all modern appliances, including microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster and includes pots and pans. With 2 double bedrooms, the main bedroom is very spacious and both include plenty of storage space with wardrobes and drawers. One main bathroom with a separate bath and walk in shower. Entire Apartment with a shared communal entrance to apartment block. Bed linen (provided per bed and sofa bed not per person) and towels (per person) are provided - at start of stay Parking available for 1 week and above bookings only. The new Lev Inspire centre, built inside a refurbished church, has become a hub of community activities. The area has also seen a resurgence of new, independent businesses opening up alongside established ones such as Levenshulme Antiques Village housed in the historic former police station building. The annual Levenshulme Festival brings hundreds of free music, art, food and sport events to the neighbourhood each year. We live in a cul de sac close to shops, trains and buses . Manchester airport is 7 miles away and Manchester City Centre just 20 mins by train. Night life, cinema and shops are all to hand. Lovely relaxed location, beautiful home and gardens. Newly decorated with all mod cons. A conservatory and garden room with patio doors. There are local sporting facilities including a pool just 10 minutes walk. There are always tasty meals and treats to be had. We have two bikes which you are welcome to borrow and if you like hill walking and running there is plenty to go at.

We live in an end terrace house on the boundary between Stockport and Manchester with a grown up son (Tom)and two friendly cats. We are within easy access of both Manchester and Stockport with a bus service running every 10 minutes. Manchester has much to offer in the way of entertainment and if the outdoors are more to your liking we are very close to the peak district national park and only a couple of hours from North Wales and the lake District.Locally we have two country parks within walking distance. There are two adult bikes which guests are welcome to use. We have a good sized garden with a well-lit patio area and barbecue which is well used in the summer

Females only please...A lovely clean 3 bedroomed home. There are so many amenities close by, Artisan market, restaurants, take always, cafe's , shops open until 9 pm selling all sorts from fruit and veg outside to kebabs etc inside, ice cream house and antiques store. There is an enclosed garden and my guest can have their own room . I am a teacher of English language and also have a degree in Social Work. I love meeting new people, cooking and baking especially new recipes. We have museums, library's , cinema and I am happy to show you around if time allows or leave you to explore your self.

My girlfriend and I have a 4 bedroom house with 3 rooms for the use of international students. There's a kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room with a garden and barbecue out back. We are in our late 30s with no children, yet. I am a qualified English Teacher (tefl) with 15 years experience in foreign countries and I am willing to provide classes, excursion and activities to my guest for an additional fee. I am vegetarian (i do eat fish), my girlfriend is not but she eats a lot less meat since I turned. We eat good healthy food, no junk, as much organic as possible and we wouldn't dream of feeding cheap rubbish to our guest. Of course we'll do extra meat for you should you require it. We are happy friendly people and would expect you to treat our house like your home. and us as your family. Our home is only one train stop from the city centre and there are regular buses too. Our neighbourhood has supermarkets and grocery stores and it's quite possible to not leave the neighbourhood for some quite some time, if you don't want to.

This station in on the Manchester to Stockport line. From Stockport Station, trains run regularly to London (a journey time of less than 2 hours). Air: Manchester International Airport is a 20-minute taxi drive from our house. Getting AroundThe 192 bus to city centre runs approx 5am til past 11 pm weeknights and virtually 24 hours at weekends, it takes about 20 minutes to my house outside rush hour, then maybe twice that, like anywhere when traffic busiest!

The NeighborhoodLevenshulme is about 4 miles from Manchester city centre and 3 miles from Stockport centre. There is a regular Saturday market which sells crafts, food and vintage items. There are lots of small convenience shops, fast food outlets, restaurants and pubs/bars. The house is well situated away from main roads, but close to transport links (bus and train) into Manchester city centre, University and Stockport. Getting AroundLevenshulme has excellent public transport – Levenshulme station is a 10 minute walk from my house and then 6 mins to Manchester Piccadilly. There are frequent buses (192) to the city centre (20-25 minutes) and Manchester University/Oxford Rd ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) minutes). The bus stop is less than 5 minutes from my house. There are also great taxi services in the area. Travel from Manchester airport is easiest by uber taxi (£20) or a mini cab (£20-25). Black cabs will be more expensive. You can take a train from the airport to Manchester Piccadilly (25 minutes, £5, and then a train to Levenshulme station (£2.20 per person) or the 192 bus from the station (London road/A6). Other Things to NoteThere is plenty of on-street parking, and there are cycle routes nearby. There is unlimited wifi throughout the house.

Love it or hate it. Jack Vettriano & Retro fans will love it but I hope everyone feels comfortable. Original 1920's door to the room isn't a tight fit and the style won't take a bolt so just has a latch hook and wedge to secure. If you are ok with this read further TV and DVD player in room, WiFI. A two bedroomed recently modernised detatched bungalow in Stockport Greater Manchester. Very local public transport is ready to whisk you away to all the north west and beyond has to offer. I have a large kitchen / living room, super decked terrace and brick built BBQ in the modern but minimalist garden. The twin bedroom has a modern en suite shower room and lots of wardrobe and cupboard space. The exciting city of Manchester, renowned for its night life, is just eight minutes away by train whilst the Lancashire coast, the hills of the Peak District, The Lake District and the Yorhshire Dales are all easily accessible. Closer to home Bars and restaurants abound just 300 yards from the front door. I enjoy life to the full, being heavily involved in golf I enjoy the Theatre and fine dining as well as welcoming my family on a regular basis.

The location is Gee Cross which is the edge of the Peak District with stunning countryside and villages but also close to Manchester City centre, 20 min journey from local train station. Trains go from Stockport to Manchester airport and there is also a bus service just a few minutes away directly to Manchester airport. 10 trains per hour into Manchester during the day, and direct trains to London (every 20 minutes), Buxton, Sheffield, Blackpool, Preston. very close to M62. We are a busy family and it helps us and you to be comfortable to make these arrangements in advance. This is a family home and 2 children live here and possibly other lodgers (up to 2). The listed extra price for 2 is when sharing a double bedroom. If you have more than 2 guests it is possible at times that I may have extra space to accommodate other guests in an extra room, or I can set up a single bed in the double room. The cost of an extra room would start at £28 for one person. I will need to alter the AirBnB price to reflect this. The cost of an extra single bed in the same room is £18. I cannot put my listing on to reflect these prices, but I will tell you at the time of booking. The house is very old, 1850, I have kept as may of the original features as possible, this means that my kitchen floor tiles are about 80 years old etc, and although the features are beautiful, they look aged. Some areas of the house require decoration, like the hallway, but the bedrooms, kitchen lounge & main bathroom are all in reasonable/good condition. We have a no smoking and no shoes policy (slipper are available to borrow if you need them). We have no TV , but we have free wifi. We have a cat.

Getting AroundI am an Uber Exec driver so maybe available to collect you and up to 4 passengers from the Airport or train stations. Heaton Chapel Train station - about 22 minutes walk - HTC is the station code - Second stop is Manchester Piccadilly - catch the tram downstairs for free within the city zone for easy access to the city centre. There is also the Metro free bus service in the City Centre. Buses run from Didsbury Road (10 mins walk) down to Stockport or the other way towards Didsbury and the Parrswood entertainment centre - on to the Trafford centre. You can even catch a train to Disley and be within the beautiful Peak District countryside within 20 mins.
