A beautiful modern 1 bedroomed annexe with canal views available all year round. The property is hidden away along side the canal and is very peaceful. The new kitchen is fully functional and on arrival of stay tea/coffee/milk and bread can be provided. There is a private garden for the property where you can sit on the canal side and enjoy watching the long boats pass. There is a Chandlery opposite called Thorn Marine, where with forward planning you can hire a long boat and take a trip along the canal. The property is a 5 min walk to the nearest bus station which takes you to Warrington from here Chester, Manchester and Liverpool are all within a 30 minute train ride, and London is an easy 2 hour train ride away. Stockton Heath is a vibrant village and only a 10 minute walk away. Stockton Heath is a traditional village centre with a modern twist. It has around 35 food and beverage venues in an area no larger than 0.55 square kilometres catering for up to 1,800 visitors on a busy night. The village has a strong sense of place with many community events, cumulating in the annual festival and walking day. Stockton Heath provides a strong night time economy and a refreshing alternative to other larger centres. We do live in the adjoining house and have a beautiful natured black Labrador who is very friendly.

I'm a single lady who lives in Warrington and works in Manchester city centre. The house is within walking distance of the town centre and local train stations, but within a short drive you have some lovely outdoor places to go..it is situated in a quiet area of the estate with a lovely conservatory to sit and relax in, or to enjoy a BBQ in the garden. Lovely double room with plenty of space an adjacent bathroom with shower. If you like to exercise we have local gyms within walking distance If you like exercise we have a few local gyms also within walking distance.

Online map doesn't know that, therefore it can not show it. But with local knowledge I can show you personally. 20 minutes walking distance (or 3 minutes bus ride) to Birchwood railway station; 6 minutes by car to Warrington city center, 18 minutes by car to Manchester city center, 25 minutes by car to Liverpool city center. 35 minutes walk (or 10 minutes bus ride) to the Warrington Campus of the University of Chester.
