The SpaceThere are three floors with a bathroom on both first and top floor and both bedrooms at the top. Simon is a fan of amateur art (as well as books, guitars and small-wheeled bicycles, not all of which will be in view) which is very visible around the house. Guest AccessShaun has the second/back bedroom upstairs and you'll have the one with the best outlook. Interaction with GuestsShaun is happy to be sociable or give you some more space but he will be staying at the house. Along with our cat. The NeighborhoodIt's a charming immediate local area and I can give advice on lots of especially child-related activities. Besides Margate's pleasures there is Broadstairs and Ramsgate, each with their charm. And Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum is worth a visit in Birchington. The countryside between the coast and Canterbury is often beautiful and rewards a rambling drive. Whitstable is only twenty minutes away. Getting AroundThe promenade takes you directly to Margate by bike or on foot but the train journey is also short and station very close to the house.
