Guest AccessGuests may use the living room where there is TV and computer access and to make tea/coffee in the kitchen There is a small outside fridge which guests may use. All outside spaces and the pool are available for our guests. Interaction with GuestsWe are easy going and love to meet new people. Our guests will share the house with us and it is up to them how much contact they want. During the hot season the evenings are mostly spent outside on the various deckings and in the colder season inside in front of the fire place. During the day we are mainly busy looking after our grounds and farm animals. The NeighborhoodLa Vinzelle is a small quiet village with a population of about 11 people. It has a restaurant April-September and a beautiful church. Our house is at the bottom of the village, down a very narrow lane. It is 15 minutes drive to Conques - one of the 'Grand sites of France'. We love the peace and quiet and the scenic walks and hope you will too. Getting AroundThis is a rural area with limited public transport. A car is necessary. The NeighborhoodThe house is in a very peaceful spot with no direct neighbours, in a smal village with an inn nearby. Getting AroundIt is easy to park the car near the house. there is not public transport around. But also on the river Lot, it is possible to rent a canoe or kayak in Vieillevie. From early April through October, you can visit many traditional and folkloric (village) parties in the weekends. Definitely worth a visit are the markets with regional products, of which the largest one takes place every Thursday morning in Maurs. The detached house is a completely renovated farm house with an entirely enclosed garden of about 800 m2.
