Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single bunk beds. The bathroom is independent and there is also a separate toilet. The house is very functional and bright thanks to its large windows that overlook the exterior. The 3200 yd² plot is not fenced. A terrace extends the whole south side of the house so you can peacefully dine with your family or friends outdoors. The neighbours will welcome you and are at your disposal to help you discover this beautiful region where you can enjoy many activities that help you forget the stress of everyday life.       The SpaceThis house used to be a farm run by my great grand parents. My grandad didn't want to take over as he was in the army, so it was taken over by farmers. First Mr et MrsVala, then to M et Mrs Cellier who ran the farm for years. I spent most of my holidays as a child in La Touche and loved the freedom and beautiful surroundings. The current ecury used to shelter a horse, 7 cows, 4 goats, a couple of pigs, rabbits, chicken, geese, dogs and cats. It is now our game room where the kids and us love to chill. My daddy died in 2001 and my mum looked after the house very well. They renovated it together and made it this beautiful, fonctional, warm, family house. It is a lot different than when I used to spend my holiday as we didn't have toilet or central heating then!! Christine Cellier-Clarke purchased this house in 2011 Why Christine Cellier-Clarke chose Ardeche Verte My mum has passed on the property to me as she knows how much John, my husband and Paul(20), Etienne(16), Juliette (12) and Winnie(our 7 years old springer spaniel) love it. All we want is to keep the house alive and be able to keep looking after it, so by letting it, we should able to achieve this. The house is well situated, close to the village so it is a good spot all year around. What makes this house unique Close to village, great walks from the door step, game room with pool table, pinball machine, table tennis, football table , wifi, great value. The building was completely renovated with high quality materials: stone for the walls, sink, washbasins and fireplace, and massive teakwood for furniture and parquetry.
