The Villa is located 150 meters from "Plage La Perle", one of the most stunning beaches in Guadeloupe. The house has 3 bedrooms (4 beds), 2 baths and a large terrace facing the Carribean sea. Quiet location in a privately owned tropical garden. Located a short walk away from one of the most stunning beaches in Guadeloupe, Plage de La Perle (setting of famous TV show Death in Paradise) and a 5min drive from pittoresque town centre Deshaies, the villa offers the perfect place to stay to visit Guadeloupe or simply relax. The villa spreads over of 2 floors: At garden level, it offers a double bedroom, one shower room, a kitchen and a living room opening to the garden. The first floor has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds), a shower room, a kitchen and a living area opening to a large terrace with sea view. The 2 units are rented together (to accommodate up to 5 guests), so you know that no one else will share the Villa with you. This traditional house has been built recently with eco-friendly materials, and offers all amenities and equipments required for a perfect stay! Interaction with guests Lydie and Jen Pierre, the hosts, are living in the same estate, on top of the hill. They will help you settle down and get to know the area by sharing useful tips and recommendations around a glass of ti'punch upon your arrival. The neighbourhood The house is a stone throw away from Plage La Perle, one of the the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe, which hosts traditional restaurants and a few bars for lazy drinks in the sun. Within 15 minutes walk you can find tennis courts, a swimming pool, windsurf, boat, kayak and jet ski rentals all available at Club Fort Royal for our guests. The nearest village, Deshaies, is by far the most typical fishermen village in Guadeloupe and a harbour of choice for sailing boats travelling the Caribbean sea. It is located a few miles away from the villa (5min drive). There is a cash point, post office, petrol station, bakery, supermarket as well as many restaurants and bars and a renowned flower garden. A must see when you stay with us. Another highlight is Plage de Grande Anse, Guadeloupe's poster beach and a great place to enjoy the sunset. It can be accessed by an enjoyable walk along the coastal path from Plage de La Perle. Getting around It is advised to have a car, but a local bus is accessible a few minutes away from the house and will bring you to Deshaies, Sainte Rose or Pointe a Pitre.
