This room is composed of an entrance, a dining area, and a lounge area. It is equipped with a dining table that can fit up to six people, a flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed which can accommodate one people. - An open kitchen, fully equipped: microwave/grill, fridge, dishes, utensils, hobs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine… you’ll be able to cook your meals, just like at home! - A first bedroom, having a comfortable queen bed and dressing. - A first well maintained and clean bathroom, with a large shower, a double sink, an electrical towel warmer and a hairdryer. - A toilet, a wardrobe and a storeroom with a washing machine (with drying option), a hoover and an iron with ironing board. You'll find many shops that we all love: a bakery, a butcher, a café, a grocery store (open until 10pm from Monday to Saturday and until 1pm on Sunday), etc. GETTING AROUND BY FOOT The Saint Roch train station, renovated in 2015 is located 400 meters – 3 minutes walk – from the apartment. It’s the central point of connexions for all the tramway lines of the city, most of the bus lines and also the regional rail network and high-speed train called TGV (direct lines from Paris, Lyon, Valencia, Perpignan, Lille and Brussels). You could even go to the beaches of Carnon and Palavas with public transports. BY CAR A private garage is available on the ground floor of the residence for parking your car for 10€ / night (payment on the spot). The apartment has its own parking space suited for cars with a size similar to Audi A6 or Renault Espace. No booking is required. Even while you are downtown, you’ll be located south of the city center, so with easier access to major roads and highways. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
