The SpacePerfect place for a film professional: quiet, sunny, close to Cannes festival. Shuttle leaves every ten minutes for the Palais. Note that this is a "shared" space: your bedroom is the big entry to the apartment, my area is the living room/kitchen. The two spaces are divided by a door. You can rent one before the festival to use one as well. 14 minutes by bicycle along the sea. Beautiful route. Bicycles can be rented for the entire festival for 100 euros. The SpaceIt is the nicest view of cannes. The flat is on the 6th floor and stands on all the top of the building, so no neighbours on the 6th. About 130 square meters. A terrasse about 28 square meters It is a very quiet flat near shops, harbour and sea side. 10mn walking from Palais des festival About 5 mn walking from shops,restaurants, Market and harbour. Only one street to go down there. It is also close to beach. We can do everything walking in Cannes, have a walk on beaches, go to Croisette..... The Station is about 15 mn walking Nice aeroport is 25 mn by car This flat is nicely furnished and is perfect for 2 couples or one couple and 2 children or 2 adults A private parking is just at the entrancy of the buiding There are only big windows and you will appreciate the view from everywhere. The SpaceSituated in a great part of CANNES centre....a corner apartment with terrace and lots of sunlight..facing the Old Port and Views to sea and Old port-close to Suquets famous restaurants and the fabulous fresh food market. Perfect access to transport to Nice airport, local town E -LO bus, taxis..all 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful French 18th century newly restored small building with circular staircase. New elevator...wonderful... The apartment is completely restored, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen also with washer/dryer machine-integrated fridge, Nespresso machine, double sink, dishwasher, a good size kitchen. The decor is very French/European style with high quality fittings and lots of charm. Master bedroom has a double bed, very comfortable..good size wardrobe and full ensuite bathroom with shower. Second, bedroom is cute with two normal single beds..... with new high quality, comfortable mattresses, new updated decor done February 2014. The 5th bed is an extra sofa pull out bed in the lounge room. Second bathroom is a good size with a bath/shower and double sinks. We love to sit on the terrace and enjoy a drink or meals with views both towards the sea and Old Port on one side and the fascinating old buildings and beautiful Old Church of Suquet and its clock tower. On warm summer evenings there is entertainment from passing music players, Brazilian gymnasts and a never ending entertainment just to sit and enjoy the life of Cannes! The apartment is fully airconditioned/ heated. Wi Fi, and International TV channels, DVD player. Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and hairdryer. New Elevator works wonderfully.. ALSO..new elegant entrance lobby to the building. A new fabulous Italian restaurant called Salsa Menteria is situated on the ground floor..and greatly appreciated by most of our guests.... but the great thing is they will close at 11pm so no noise!.... Parking..the Marche Forville parking station is in our street and a one minute walk, or Pantiero parking at the Old Port is a two minute walk. There is the daily market just at the back of the street which is a WONDER for all visitors. Remember it finishes at 12.00pm so go in the morning. Getting AroundGetting around is easy from the area your are in. The central bus station is just in view of the apartment and the ferries are just about half a kilometer up the Old Port Road, from where you can catch a ferry to many locations, such as St Tropez.

The NeighborhoodThis area in Cannes is very central and it is yet a quiet place. Free car park in 2 streets nearby which really is amazing . Restaurants, shops and everything just round the corner. Getting Aroundyou can arrive by plane, train or bus and then walk to the flat or catch the "elo" bus for just one euro and it stops right next to the flat. Other Things to NoteOptions: Linen kit (for one or two persons, towels and bed linen) : 40 euros, included in the price dry cleaner's. Air con ( heating or cold air)): 40 euros per week. To pay on arrival if you would like them. It is possible to rent the flat for longer periods but only from November to March. 800 euros /month. The Space19th century stone building with high ceilings and wooden beams. The flat oozes character and charm of old style french architecture but with all the modern amenities inc. wifi and cable TV to make your stay unique. Comfortable king size sofa bed allows the flat to accommodate up to 4 guests. The flat has recently been renovated with brand new Italian style bathroom and new kitchen. The old buildings in Le suquet don't have elevators. The flat is on the third floor so you have to be comfortable with going up 3 flights of stairs. We will always be able to help with suitcases however. Guest AccessGuests will have the luxury of everything in Cannes on their door stop. No need for a car here. Easy access to the French Rivera, Nice Monaco, St Tropez, Juan les Pins, Menton etc Notes on parking: There is free parking on the street outside but space is limited and your not gaurenteed a place. There is free parking on the beach front which is 10minute walk. There is also paid car parks close by for about 12 euro/day. The appartment is in a great location I would recommend not to bring a car but it is possible if your ok with hunting around a bit for a space. The NeighborhoodRue Venizelos is a pedestrian street in the city centre, all amenities are nearby. The SpaceWe are renting our Studio all furnished, located Prince de Galles in Cannes. It is a residential area with all the amenities and transports nearby (approx 2,3 minutes walking) You will find restaurants, bakeries, groceries and several buses' lines. It will takes around 10 minutes walking to reach the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette (Beaches, restaurants, bars....). The flat is composed as followed: - equiped kitchen (micro- wave with oven function, washing machine fridge coffee machine Nespresso, Ceramik stove and all the tableware needed. - living area You can check the pictures verified AirBnb (FYI: a three seats sofa with angle , dining table and four chairs, flat screen and Wifi access). - bathroom ( WC, shower). - room area with a high quality mattress( size of the 140*190). Bed's sheet and towels are furnished. An additional cleaning fee is charged and correspond of a two hours cleaning by professionals. The flat is profiting of a natural sun light therefore very bright which makes it cosy and comfy. A bed for babies is available in the flat and ideal for young parents. The Apartment is well suited for 4 people. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed and the other bedroom (the salon if you are only two) has a lovely comfortable sofa-bed (140 cm - fits two adults). The open planned kitchen is the center of the apartment with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and dining facilities for 6 people. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and a washing-machine. The house is from 1880 and the apartment is located on the second floor. There is no sea view as the apartment faces the court but the apartment is sunny. My family lives nearby and my mother, Merete, takes good care of our guests and is always happy to share insights to the city and the region Le Suquet is the old quarter of Cannes, probably best known to tourists by the steep, winding cobbled lanes lined with local restaurants. The houses are all very old and the streets were laid out at least 400 years ago. The central clock tower and church high on the hill is facing east overlooking the Bay of Cannes. At the bottom of Le Suquet is the Marche Forville, where the market is held morning and early afternoon.
