The SpaceApartment facing south, overlooking a public garden in the heart of the city of Hyères with terrace of 15 M2. If you arrive by train or plane it is with pleasure that we will pick you up at the station or airport. To lighten your luggage are provided in conditions (you just have to drag you in bed), towels, shower gel, shampoo, beach towels, complimentary beach (rabanne double umbrella, mask , tuba etc ....). We can also study and possibly provide you any other equipment you might need. All costs are net of any kind free of charge (household or other). The arrival day is irrelevant and length of stay with a minimum of seven days also. The apartment is air conditioned and is equipped with Internet. Much of your stay in the apartment will happen on the terrace without vis-à-vis, facing south, facing a plaza with palm trees and a park overlooking the city, the sea and the islands off gold, for breakfast or prolonged mild nights with endless city lights facing you. All shops are at the foot of the building, you fresh bread, the daily newspaper and the Saturday morning market ... without the summer crowds and noise of the port and the seaside. The SpaceOur house is located in Carqueiranne, which is a beautifull little village near Hyères, in front of Porquerolles island. It's close to shops, beach and tennis courts, but set in a quiet area. During your stay, you'll also can visit Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Saint-Tropez and many other beautiful and interesting places which are situated near our little village. Carqueiranne is the only village by the sea, with attractive marina. 20 to 25000 inhabitants the summer, with lots of animations, entertainments, theater in August With series of representations... Businesses, bakeries, fruit seller and vegetables are 200 meters walking distance from the house. Villa with three levels: First ground - kitchen, in which 4 persons can eat , lounge/dining room. The kitchen is totally equipped: traditional oven, microwaves, induction cookers, refrigerator with freezer, washes linen, coffee machine with sachet. The cooking(kitchen) looks onto the terrace and the garden. Toilets and a storeroom with lava linen 1 st floor - a room with its bathroom, shower and washbasin. Another bedroom and an office and big bathroom with privative shower. Both rooms have a double bed. 2 nd floor - in which there is a sofa double bed and two separate bedrooms. The SpaceMy house is at the center of a charming Var village. Real nest of greenery, very quiet with beautiful surrounding panoramas around. Perfect for "lazy", away from the summer crowds but only 20 minutes drive from the beaches (Saint Cyr sur Mer Sanary, Bandol, Toulon, La Ciotat...). Many hiking opportunities and access to the "Bandol" vineyards very near. Medieval village of "Le Castellet", La Cadière d'Azur, Evenos... and all shops just 15 minutes. In summer it has a fully equipped garden (summer kitchen dining area and "farniente" lounge). Out of the estivals season(July/ August) I rented a bed room for two peoples (guesthouse) and I share the access to the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom at the whim of my hosts. This warm and beautifully decorated home(according to the tastes of course !) will bring you, I am sure, the scenery and tranquility needed for a more enjoyable time in this beautiful area. The city of Toulon, located 20 minutes drive offers many cultural activities and entertainment: Theatres, cinemas, bars, restaurants ... I will be glad to share with you my enthusiasm for this quiet place out of time and taking time for indicating all the various attractions and destinations around. There is a lot to do...or not !

The SpaceWe rent a room in our apartment. The double bed is lofted; the view is nice because it looks out on Mount Faron. We are situated 10 minutes from the railway station, 15 minutes from the old town (city center), and all that by walking! The bus stop is just down the street. We share the bathroom and toilet and kitchen! The apartment is 60 square meters, and the bedroom is about 15M ². Satellite television and free and unlimited wireless internet are available. We also have a terrace facing south, and it's always sunny! Nearby there is a bakery, a small supermarket, a bar tabac ... Toulon is a very friendly town. There are plenty of things to see when you do not know the city. There is an open-air market over on Lafayette (every day except Monday). There are many beaches; the district of Mourillon is known for its bars and restaurants; Mount Faron is loved for its panoramic views of the city, etc. ... We can help you or tell you about both the major attractions and lesser-known places to go. For your comfort, we provide bed sheets and a duvet if necessary. At the end of the harbour street there is a Casino. Bandol has a marina and in the port you can see some huge yachts. You can join organised boat trips for example to Cassis' creeks or do some scuba diving, sailing, surfing, fishing, tennis and golf etc. Every morning there is a food market in the center of the village. The regional market is hold on Tuesdays. Local handicrafts are sold in the evening markets along the harbor streets from mid-June to mid-September.
