The SpaceHi everyone!
If you plan to spend a weekend in Munich. This is your place! We offer you a cozy bedroom in our apartment in Westend. A trendy neighbourhood in the heart of the city, not far from Theresienwiese, where it takes place, every year, the worldwide known Oktoberfest. But at the same time, we offer you a quiet place, in a residential street, so you won't have problems with noise.
The comfortable bedroom will make your stay easier. It has a double bed (140x190cm), a vintage lowboard with a mirror, two stools, two small night tables, two clothes hangers, a shelf and a chest of drawers.
Wifi and breakfast are included in the price. The nice fullequiped kitchen (glass-ceramic hob, oven, sink, fridge) with a confortable place to eat can also be used.
Our flat has one bathroom with natural light and ventilation, and has bathtube, toilette and basin available. Also a washing machine and drying stand are available for the guests.
The apartment is good isolated (thermic and acustic), and counts with heating system. We have inmediate hot water in every sink and in the shower.
We are a young couple of architects (26 and 27) friendly and openminded. We love meeting new people and new cultures. We speak Spanish, German, English and Italian. In case we will stay in the apartment in the time you come we will sleep in the livingroom leaving, of course, the bedroom for the guests ;)
We are looking forward to meeting you. Just get in touch!
