The SpaceParalia Fourka is a popular and safe holiday resort in Chalkidiki, Greece. It’s very close to Thessaloniki International Airport (95 km away, 1 hour away by car on two lanes highway) and its beaches are sandy, blue-flag awarded, with crystal clear, shallow warm waters (suitable for kids) and close to a pine tree evergreen forest with trekking routes.
The area is full of fish restaurants, Greek taverns and beach bars, while in short distance there are night clubs, bars, cafeterias and other tourist facilities.
The house is just 5 minutes walking distance from a fully organized beach so to enjoy safe swimming and sunbathing while having a drink, a snack or iced coffee.
The house is part of a summer housing estate (some of its residents stay there even during winter) with private garden and parking area. The property has 2 floors and its total size is 50 square meters (25 m² each floor). The ground floor has a toilet with a shower, a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, fridge, small appliances like coffee maker, toaster, cookware set, dinnerware etc.), a double sofa, a TV-set and a DVD-player. The second floor has two fully equipped bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with view of the housing estate and a smaller room with a single bed. Both rooms have big closets, linens etc. The private garden has wooden outdoor furniture set and a portable barbecue grill.
Less than 30 minutes away you can visit the Sani Marina Resort for water games, golf, theatrical plays and restaurants joined each year by Michelin-starred chefs.
10 minutes away by car you can visit the ruins of the Temple of Neptune built by Eretrians at the sandy cape of Poseidi that tears two seas or alternatively visit the ruins of the Temple of Ammon Zeus in Kallithea.
40 minutes away you can visit the Petralona Cave, home of the oldest European hominid ever found and assessed it to be 800.000 years old.
50 minutes drive to reach Waterland, one of Greece’s largest waterparks.
Last but not least, just 1 hour away is the city of Thessaloniki, which is Greece's second major city and home of numerous notable Roman and Buzantine monuments. The city has a population of over a million people, it is a perfect shopping and cultural destinations (museums, theatres, cinemas, concert hall etc. and also a major transportation hub for the rest of Southeastern Europe with many low cost air carriers like Ryanair and Easyjet using its international airport.
