The SpaceWelcome to Bathway Cottages. Located on the north-eastern tip of the island in the parish of Saint Patricks, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city . Each of our two private self-contained air-conditioned cottages were completed in 2013. Forty steps away from the famous “Bathway Beach”. Spacious bathroom ,with large shower ,vanity and on-demand hot water. The open and airy bedroom is fitted with a comfortable queen size bed and cooling ceiling fan. There is a futon in the living room which makes into a double bed if required. All windows are are tinted and screened. Enjoy morning coffee on your private ocean view balcony, while listening to the mockingbird singing his happy songs. Kitchens are fully equipped with stove and refrigerator/freezer . Blender for those smoothies, toaster and microwave for those roti’s, french press for your coffee and more... Not in the mood for cooking, no problem, visit one of the 'chicken shacks' on the beach offering fish, BBQ chicken and drinks. There is also a great little restaurant 'Aggies' offering complete meals. A five minute drive to “River Sallee” another great chef “Desiree” of creative foods makes take away five course meals for about EC$12 . A small grocery store is located in River Sallee. The larger towns of Grenville and Sauteurs offer a large selection of stores as well as farmers markets, fish and meat market and bakery. Our huge pool (The Atlantic Ocean” ) with its beautiful sand and a protective natural reef will keep you swimming, snorkeling or just “limin” (relaxing) for days. When or if you decide to explore, local hires are available or if you wish to explore on your own a transport can be arranged. A five minute walk to Levera lagoon is one of the most important wildlife habitats on the island. Consisting of an extensive mangrove swamp, the lagoon is a haven for an abundance of bird species, including many herons, black-necked stilts, common snipes, and other waterfowl. (guided bird-watching tours are available) Levera beach where the yearly migration of the “Leatherback” turtle is a 10 min walk away. They usually begin migration late March and continue until app. Aug, guided tours are available. Check our web (URL HIDDEN) for links and more information. Guest AccessBeach chairs, BBQ, spices and goodies in the yard (lemon grass, thyme, seasoning peppers, hot peppers, papaya, and more ) Getting AroundLocal mini buses are available in "River Sallee", approximately a 10 minute walk. Cost to Grenville or Sauteurs is EC$3.50. After shopping most drivers will take you to Bathway for an extra EC$5. (Ask before !) Local taxi and car rentals are available.

The SpaceThe chateau De La mer is located in St'patricks, the most historic part of the island. off road and on an acre of private ring-fenced land it sits in prime view of sandy island and sugar loaf. Its within short driving distance to the boiling springs, the River Antoine rum factory and a wide variety of other historical land marks. Guest AccessAll guests have access to the massage and meditation annex, a variety of area's for private sunbathing, a wide ranged of DVD'S and CD'S and BBQ. Please let us know in advance if you need those in particular. Interaction with GuestsI may not be present at the listing but there is always a caretaker on call for any support or advise. please make all your needs known to me so that i may pass it on well in advance. The NeighborhoodWhat I love most about the neighbourhood is the warm atmosphere and friendly reception generated by the locals. They are always helpful and accommodating, always smiling, waving and shouting greetings depending on the time of day. Grenadians in general are always happy to share what they have with you. Getting AroundThere is regular public transport in the form of 12 to 15 seated minibuses this can be waved down about ten minutes walk from the house, though its often more beneficial to hire your own transport in order to have the freedom to visit the many beautiful land marks on the island. Other Things to NoteA local cook can be arranged for a small fee. He/she would plan the menu with you and budget the cost of provisions within their wages. There is a vehicle on site but normally used by the home owner. This can hired separately and a driving permit would have to be acquired at the local police station at a cost of $60 eastern Caribbean

The SpaceDetached ocean-front villa with double balconies, Pelican sleeps up to 5 in two ensuite rooms plus an extra 'Harry Potter Room' with full kitchen , spacious great room. Outdoor dining area on top balcony, with loungers and steamer chairs to enjoy the stunning views across the garden & pool to the beach and small palm-fringed islands. With restaurants and shops a short walk (Aggie's) or drive away this is a perfect base for exploring the lush north of this very friendly island! One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two extra-long twin beds (same length as a queen for adult & teenager comfort!). Both bedrooms are the same size with their own closet space & shelves, and each has it's own large (8x5 feet) ensuite walk in shower room with toilet, rainfall showerhead, vanity and basin. Guests staying in the Harry Potter Room should be a close friend or family member, as they will need access through one of the other bedrooms to use the bathroom. It is tucked under the stairs, so best suited for guests 5'6" or less! The full kitchen comprises of a full size fridge/freezer, stove with oven & grill, toaster, kettle. Teflon & hard anodized pots make it easy to clean up, and wide tiled counters give you loads of room to experiment with local ingredients... you'll find a small selection of Caribbean cookbooks to inspire you! Two Villas, and apartment, and a small owner's cottage share a large fenced (1 acre) garden and pool. The garden leads directly onto the beach, and is filling in nicely with local flowers, palms & sea almond trees. We are beginning to attract hummingbirds, cranes, iguanas and so on, which are fun to watch. We have an owl that comes in the evenings, and birds of prey and pelicans patrol the beach. MoonFish Beach Houses are not suitable for children under 8. Security Deposit 350 - All prices in US Dollars We are closed from mid-August to mid-September - please contact us to confirm availability as we are having trouble with the airBnB calendars!     House is located at Tempe, which is 5 minutes from the town center and 15 minutes from Grand Anse Beach. This a one-bedroom flat with a sofa bedroom in the living room suitable for a family of four. The flat is spacious and nicely furnished. Excellent view of the ocean and easy access to public transportation.Hot and Cold water in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, gas cooker, oven, refrigerator and washing machine. All utilities are included in the cost displayed including the internet, electricity and water. Maid services available twice per week.Safe area with bars on the more accessible side of the house. Additional fees may apply: - Security Deposit | 50% of rent | Cancellation must be made within one week of stay in order to get the deposit refunded. On the day of check out, if there are no damages the deposit is refunded. Where there are damages in excess of the deposit held and after discussion with the client, additional charges may apply. Quiet, with neighbours in close proximity. Just take a local bus directly to St. Georges town for less than US$1 or pay US$5 to get to Grand Anse Beach. The house has it own parking on site.

The NeighborhoodQuiet, friendly, plenty of rum shops on and off the beach. Sauteurs and St Patrick is widely regarded as the most historical part of Grenada. There is a Lime Kiln within walking distance and great hikes throughout the neighbourhood, one will take you to Levera beach where the turtles are known to nest Getting AroundPubllic transport available at Sauteurs, going to all parts of Grenada. Car hire available locally, bring your driver's license. Walking is by far the best way to see the area. Other Things to NoteThere are a number of upmarket restaurants available within 10/15 minute walks, all have fabulous sea views. Sea is a little rough at the front of the house, better sea bathing further along the beach. Great beaches for swimming within 10 mins drive.

              The SpaceThe island is located just off the north coast of Grenada, and has a single rustic building with 4 airy bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 bathrooms with hot water sourced from the local rainfall, a full kitchen with propane fridge and stove, and plenty of outdoor space, including a deck not attached to the house. The island is perfect for group and family getaways. The accommodations are basic and on the rustic side, but you will have the basic necessities in your room such as linens & basic toiletries. There is a gas generator that can be used in the evenings for light and charging devices, but the best part is when the generator goes off, and you are greeted by the stars and the sound of the waves crashing on the shores. Guest AccessGuests will be transported first by land and then by boat to the island. The journey over land can take up to an hour from the south of Grenada, but the boat-ride is a quick 2-3 minutes across the channel. Guests will be confined to the island during their stay unless specific arrangements are made, but day trips to the neighboring Sandy Island (whitest sand, and clearest water anywhere) can be arranged. The island caretaker will be on hand daily to ensure all your needs are met, and of course if any emergencies arise. The NeighborhoodRemote and secluded, the island sits off the north coast of Grenada, facing Levera beach, where leatherback turtles come to nest annually. You will find that there will be a few visitors to the beach on the mainland, but you will enjoy full privacy on the island's beach. Other Things to NotePlease note that this is not a luxury experience, but more akin to "glamping". The beauty, peace and tranquility of the island is yours to explore, but please note that you do so at your own risk. Cuts and bruises can be expected if you sense of adventure leads you to explore the island, and insect bites are a certainty, although not considered above normal or dangerous. You should be in good health and physical shape to enjoy the island.

It is located beside the owner's home, but since our house is raised on stilts, The Sloop enjoys having nobody above, below or beside them - and uninterrupted views across the beachfront gardens to the sea... The NeighborhoodRemote, quiet, with local & expat neighbours creating a real Caribbean experience for travellers, sometimes there is music on Sunday afternoons down the beach (or Gospel!) when local families come to picnic down by the safe swimming area. We are located completely outside of the 'touristy' areas of the south, but our expat and retired local residents support the need for some fantastic restaurants - creating a selection that can't be matched down either coast of the island... We are very lucky! Getting AroundGuests will enjoy having a rental car or local taxi to visit shops and explore, we are not on the bus route.                         Located on the north-eastern tip of the island in the parish of Saint Patricks, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city . Each of our two private self-contained air-conditioned cottages were completed in 2013. Forty steps away from the famous “Bathway Beach”. Spacious bathroom ,with large shower ,vanity and on-demand hot water. The open and airy bedroom is fitted with a comfortable queen size bed and cooling ceiling fan. All windows are are tinted and screened. Enjoy morning coffee on your private ocean view balcony, while listening to the mockingbird singing his happy songs. Kitchens are fully equipped with stove and refrigerator/freezer . Blender for those smoothies, toaster and microwave for those roti’s. Not in the mood for cooking, no problem, visit one of the "chicken shacks" on the beach offering fish, BBQ chicken and drinks. There is also a great little restaurant "Aggies" offering complete meals. A five minute drive to “River Sallee” another great chef “Desiree” of creative foods makes take away five course meals for about EC$15 . A small grocery store is located in River Sallee. The larger towns of Grenville and Sauteurs offer a large selection of stores as well as farmers markets, fish and meat market and bakery. Our huge pool (The Atlantic Ocean” ) with its beautiful sand and a protective natural reef will keep you swimming, snorkeling or just “limin” (relaxing) for days. When or if you decide to explore, local hires are available or if you wish to explore on your own a transport can be arranged. A five minute walk to Levera lagoon is one of the most important wildlife habitats on the island. Consisting of an extensive mangrove swamp, the lagoon is a haven for an abundance of bird species, including many herons, black-necked stilts, common snipes, and other waterfowl. (guided bird-watching tours are available) Levera beach where the yearly migration of the “Leatherback” turtle is a 10 min walk away. They usually begin migration late March and continue until app. Aug, guided tours are available.

Perfectly situated for country walks, beach and swimming, Levera Beach home of nesting turtles , trips to local Islands and much much more. The Space Large bright airy apartment, perfectly equipped to a high standard. Large bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and wet room style shower. Bedroom with a UK king size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Large open plan living room with two double settees, breakfast bar table and stools and a modern well equipped kitchen, fridge and two ring induction cooker hob. Own private fenced veranda and gate and private entrance to flat overlooking large garden and direct sea views. Parking via drive. Guest Access Shared drive with ample parking. Own entrance to flat situated below the main family residence. Totally self contained apartment with shared use of gardens with owner. Interaction with Guests As we live in the main house, we are available for help and advice throughout your stay. Denis was born in Grenada so has extensive knowledge of everything you could possibly want to see and do on the Island, all the best places to visit and eat etc. We have two lovely friendly dogs, who would love extra walks with willing guests and are excellent alert dogs. The Neighborhood Bathway is an area of outstanding beauty, situated in a quiet residential area. Friendly locals use the beach regularly although it is very quiet during the week and out of school holidays. Safe swimming is marked by the reef and has a lifeguard during the day. Fishing can be done on the cliffs opposite the flat or along the beach. There are several beach bars selling local rum, and a lovely restaurant run by a Grenadian and her Austrian husband (good keenly priced food). There are local country and cliff walks down to Levera beach (nesting beach of the endangered Leatherback Turtles ), Levera National park and Lake, and Savan Swazee. Most provisions can be bought at Sauteurs about 5 miles away, or from the larger busier town of Grenville about 10 miles. A small local shop is at River Sallee, a 15 minute walk. Getting Around Local buses from River Sallee, about a 15 to 20 minute walk, take you to Grenville (change for St Georges) and Sauteurs (nearest shopping town). A car is recommended but not essential, especially if you like walking along coastal routes to catch the bus. Buses from River Sallee are very cheap and regular and stop to pick you up and drop you at your request. Other Things to Note We can arrange tours of the Island and collection (at a cost) from the airport. Use of a washing machine within the house is available at additional cost. Due to environmental consciousness we have chosen not to fit air conditioning but the house is kept naturally cool due to the sea breezes.The breeze also ensures we are rarely troubled by mosquitoes and sandflys!! There is a small additional extra cost for 1 night bookings to cover cleaning and washing. House Rules Please treat the apartment as your home and leave it as you find it, for others to enjoy at their next stay. We ask that you do not smoke indoors and respect the fact we live above and keep noise to an acceptable level. Avoid feeding the dogs as they will continually pester you for more!

The NeighborhoodBathway is an area of outstanding beauty, situated in a quiet residential area. Friendly locals use the beach regularly although it is very quiet during the week and out of school holidays. Safe swimming is marked by the reef and has a lifeguard during the day. Fishing can be done on the cliffs opposite the flat or along the beach. There are several beach bars selling local rum, and a lovely restaurant run by a Grenadian and her Austrian husband (good keenly priced food). There are local country and cliff walks down to Levera beach (nesting beach of the endangered Leatherback Turtles ), Levera National park and Lake, and Savan Swazee. Most provisions can be bought at Sauteurs about 5 miles away, or from the larger busier town of Grenville about 10 miles. A small local shop is at River Sallee, a 15 minute walk. Getting AroundLocal buses from River Sallee, about a 15 to 20 minute walk, take you to Grenville (change for St Georges) and Sauteurs (nearest shopping town). A car is recommended but not essential, especially if you like walking along coastal routes to catch the bus. Buses from River Sallee are very cheap and regular and stop to pick you up and drop you at your request. Other Things to NoteWe can arrange tours of the Island and collection (at a cost) from the airport. Use of a washing machine within the house is available at additional cost. Due to environmental consciousness we have chosen not to fit air conditioning but the house is kept naturally cool due to the sea breezes.The breeze also ensures we are rarely troubled by mosquitoes and sandflys!!

                        The SpaceLEVERA en-suites are situated on a 1.5 acre site on which we have a variety of fruit trees - guests are welcome to enjoy the fruit. The property is approx 1.5 miles from the town of Sauteurs in the north of the island. The situ is completely fenced and gated. The en-suites are detached from our house and they have stairs up to a shared sun-deck. The sun-deck gives a 180 deg vista of the Caribbean Sea and which includes views of Isle la Rhone 5 miles to the north east. There is an outdoor summer kitchen with BBQ and double hob gas burner - this provides all that is required to cook most meals - cooking utensils, cutlery etc is provided. This means guests can enjoy some of the finest fish in the Caribbean (available from Grenville fish market 8 miles away) All fish in Grenada sells at 2.6 US$ per lb. This includes marlin, sailfish, kingfish, tuna etc. The Leatherback turtle nesting season at Levera beach is from March - August. The local organisation (Ocean Spirits) welcomes visitors for escorted evening tours for a small fee. This is an experience not to be missed. Breakfasts are served on the 50' X 8' house verandah which guests are welcome to use at any time. We must impress on any prospective visitors that this is a very quiet location - this makes it so unique. Airport transfers arranged for a modest fee.                         Welcome to Bathway Cottages. Located on the north-eastern tip of the island in the parish of Saint Patricks, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city . Each of our two private self-contained air-conditioned cottages were completed in 2013. Forty steps away from the famous “Bathway Beach”. Spacious bathroom ,with large shower ,vanity and on-demand hot water. The open and airy bedroom is fitted with a comfortable queen size bed and cooling ceiling fan. Living room has a sofa/bed (double 8' mattress). All windows are are tinted and screened. Enjoy morning coffee on your private ocean view balcony, while listening to the mockingbird singing his happy songs. Kitchens are fully equipped with stove and refrigerator/freezer . Blender for those smoothies, toaster and microwave for those roti’s. Not in the mood for cooking, no problem, visit one of the 'chicken shacks' on the beach offering fish, BBQ chicken and drinks. There is also a great little restaurant 'Aggies' offering complete meals. A five minute drive to “River Sallee” another great chef “Desiree” of creative foods makes take away five course meals for about EC$15 . A small grocery store is located in River Sallee. The larger towns of Grenville and Sauteurs offer a large selection of stores as well as farmers markets, fish and meat market and bakery. Our huge pool (The Atlantic Ocean” ) with its beautiful sand and a protective natural reef will keep you swimming, snorkeling or just “limin” (relaxing) for days. A five minute walk to Levera lagoon is one of the most important wildlife habitats on the island. Consisting of an extensive mangrove swamp, the lagoon is a haven for an abundance of bird species, including many herons, black-necked stilts, common snipes, and other waterfowl. (guided bird-watching tours are available) Levera beach where the yearly migration of the “Leatherback” turtle is a 10 min walk away.
