The SpaceYour neatly an comfortably arranged room, suitable for one or two guests, is equipped with all necessities: comfortable bed including adjustable head section (flexible: double bed or two single beds), cupboard, relaxing/working station (if the bed is arranged as a double bed, I am sorry, but then space is a bit more limited), mirror, air conditioning, cable TV, Wifi, ceiling fan, different kind of blankets. Private bathroom attached: toilet, bathtub-shower and sink, 24/7 hot water, towels, shampoo, hairdryer and more. Guest AccessEnjoy the balcony and its relaxing view or settle in the cozy living room with a smart TV, a collection of music and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee and tea on the house, explore in addition the cookie jar ;-) For a small fee you can order breakfast (Israeli or continental) or explore the well equipped bar. Private parking lot. No waiting for the elevator, since there are two. Not a single staircase from the car to the apartment, which in addition has its own private shelter. And of course, the household offers many other small necessities like sewing kit, iron, shoe polish. Interaction with GuestsI am able to offer my guests in German, Hebrew and English (my Frensh is a bit rusty) many tips and insights and can mediate contacts and connections. From my years as a BnB-host in Jerusalem, I know how to respect privacy and make guests feel welcomed and at home. As a freelancer, I am also able to try to adjust my schedule to yours, regarding arrivals and departures, but best to communicate timetables before arrival. The NeighborhoodRight across the building is a well stocked supermarket, a pizza take away, a bakery and more. Local shopping center 5 min walking distance, also in walking distance is the biggest mall of the (website hidden) Sheva does not have one central city center, but each neigborhood has it own center. My neigborhood Neve Zeev is the largest and most modern of Beer Sheva offering a lot of services, since it is a young and vivid quarter. Getting AroundIn Beer Sheva no way is really long or takes much time, due to the fact that it is a modern and very well planed city. Of course there is public transportation, bus stops right around the corners of my building. In order to explore the Negev though, a car is always a good idea - also since your host has a lot of tips for very special trips. But friends run a taxi firm, offering a special service (city trips, airport shuttle, touring the area) for rates hard to beat. Nevertheless, I have to point out, that the will not be able to manage pick-up at bus or train stations. But there is one direct city bus line with stops close to my house. Other Things to NoteThe huge apartment offers a lot of privacy since your host lives there by herself, well almost... There is an additional resident, Lula the cat.
