Comfortable, bright and sunny, 2 steps from the playground and from the village square with Mail, Food, APT, Bar Tabacchi, Pharmacy, restaurant and a beautiful night PUB ( named "Terzo Tempo") with live music and several specials beers. Lodging is in a old hotel typical fully renovated, very nice with new furniture, washing machine , kitchen corner, chairs and table, sofa bed, TV, bathroom with shower, balcony, heating, well-equipped. " Valpelline is a middle mountain (1000 m) little town, far 10 km from Aosta (Pila skiing) and 30' from Cervinia, Courmayeur and La Thuile, 10' from Ollomont (ski beginners) for skiing; very quiet and suitable both for families and sportsmen the more hiking and adventure. Valpelline has a very sunny and mild microclimate with several possibilities (on Summer) of walks and trips to the lake and all around; in 7/8 minutes driving, towards Aosta, there is a delicious hot swimming pool with Spa (Gignod) and the lifts to Pila (ski). In Aosta: Golf Club, numbers of shops, restaurants, pubs and the old town (Romanic and Rinascimental monuments , also visiting castles and many festivals events. If the guest is looking for tranquility and a mountain family here it is. Getting AroundThe country has no shortage of public services. Near the house there is a large parking lot. Other Things to NoteAt 1400 m deep sea is Ollomont which is an Italian town of 160 inhabitants of Valle d'Aosta. Which is 24 km from Aosta. The splendid Basin By, above Ollomont is reached from Glassier along a path that climbs the ridge end of the valley of Ollomont. It 'also linked to Doues from a farm road that serves the pastures of the area. Up there at 2000 meters above sea level, the view sweeps from high alpine meadows and snowy peaks of Mont Velan, Grand Combin and Mont Gelé. A Ollomont there are several solutions for those who want to go trekking in one of the many trails in the valley of the Great St. Bernard that have different levels of difficulty. During the winter ski season (and downhill) in Ollomont opens December 9 and closes April 15.

The housing includes two beds, but exceptionally can use the sofa bed for two people. The property offers: kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, TV with satellite dish, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer. Warming and hot water are controlled by a indipendent gas boiler The house is surrounded by a garden. The part in front of the largest housing is reserved for people who occupy it, the stone barbecue, located in the part of the garden reserved for the owners, can be used after agreement with the owners. There is a private parking. Accommodation is normally rented by week, for up to four weeks. Normally, the rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. The day of departure the apartment must be left before 10.00. If renters want to stay until the evening, will be added at a cost equal to half the daily rent. The owners are two middle mountain guides and they will be glad to suggest you some itineraries to discover. The ski slopes of Crévacol and of Pila can be reached in 30 minutes by car; Flassin and Ollomont in 15 minutes. You car arrive in Aosta by coach or in 20 minutes by car.
