The apartment unit is on the 6th floor of 10 story building in the residential area. The main entrance is secured with key and camera. There is an elevator in the back of the entrance hall.
When you get off the elevator, you can find a porched entrance with a cat board.

Your private room is approximately 10 square meters and there are a double bed, side table, drawer, closet, clothes hangers, air conditioner, electric heater, night lamp, mirror, extra blanket, alarm clock, tissue box, stationary set, and dust box. There is a plenty of space to store your personal belongings in closet and drawer.
The common area is kitchen, dining and living room, powder room, and bathroom. You share those areas with a host.
You have access to free High-speed WiFi everywhere in the apartment. Guest AccessA guest can access to the common area including living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony. A host office/bedroom is the only restricted area. Interaction with GuestsThe host works in her home office from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays. When the host is free on weekend or night, she and a puppy poodle are happy to spend time with guests. The host is easy going. She speaks Japanese, English, and some Spanish. The puppy loves to hang around the people. The NeighborhoodToyosu is known as "Tokyo Water Front" or canal town with newly built high-rise buildings. It’s located at the East side of Tokyo and is close to Ginza and Tokyo station. It takes 8 minutes to Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Center, 6-8 minutes to Ginza, 12 minutes to Tsukiji, 12 minutes to Maihama (Disneyland), 17 minutes to Ryogoku, 8 minutes to Tokyo station, 20 minutes to Tokyo Sky Tree, using public transportation. The Tsukiji Market will be relocated to Shin-Toyosu, that is a next station from Toyosu, in November 2016. There will be some new facilities related to 2020 Tokyo Olympic in this area. Q: How can I get to the apartment from Narita Airport?
The best way is to take Keisei bus from Narita o Shinonome AEON. It takes about 1 hour and 40 mins and costs 1,000 yen per person. There are bus services every 20 min from 6 am to 10:20 pm. It takes 20 min on foot or 5 min and costs 1,000yen by taxi from the bus stop to the apartment.
The second best way is to take a local JR train. Please take JR Narita line heading for Tokyo, then transfer to JR Uchibo line at Chiba heading for Kimizu, then transfer again to JR Keiyo line at Soga heading for Tokyo, and get off at Shiomi. It takes 1.5 hour and costs 1,320 yen. You can either walk for 15 min or take taxi for 5 min and costs around 1,000 yen to the apartment from the station. You can search for the time schedule on internet, typing 'timetable keisei bus airport express.'
Q: How can I get to the apartment from Haneda Airport?
You can take Limousine bus from Haneda airport directly to Toyosu (the final stop). It takes about 25 min and costs 720 yen per person. There is one bus every hour from 10am to 1am. It takes 12 min on foot from the bus station to the apartment. You can search for the time schedule on internet, typing 'airport bus haneda toyosu.'
Q: Which one is the nearest station?
The nearest metro station is TOYOSU on YURAKUCHO line. Please take exit 4. It takes 10 min to walk to the apartment.
You can use another metro station named KIBA on TOZAI line. Please take exit 4b. It takes 12-13 min to walk to the apartment.
Q: Is there JR train station nearby?
Yes, there is SHIOMI station on KEIYO line. It takes 12 min to MAIHAMA, the nearest station to the Disneyland and sea and 8 min to TOKYO station.
Q: Can you call me a taxi when leaving?
Yes. Please let me know the time and destination one day in advance. The booking fee for a taxi company is approximately 500 yen. You can usually get a taxi on a main street ,which is 1-2 min away from the apartment on foot, easily.
Q: Do you recommend any application Tokyo transportation?
Yes, I recommend you to download “NAVITIME for Japan Travel” or “ekitan Japan transit” on your smart phone in advance.
Q: How can I get to the Tsukiji Fish Market early in the morning?
There is no public transportation between 12:30a.m. and 5a.m. It takes 35 min on foot (3 kilometers). You can take a taxi for 10 min and would cost around 2,500 yen including extra charge for midnight. During daytime you can take a local bus for 20-25 min. The bus stop is within 2 min walk from the apartment.
Q: Is there any parking area for bicycles?
Yes, you can park bicycles at Maruetsu supermarket for free of charge near JR Shiomi station, at Itoyokado shopping center for free of charge near Kiba station, and Viva Home shopping center for 100 yen for 24 hours near Toyosu station.
