The SpaceWe believe that our apartment is probably the best holiday rental in Šiauliai, due to our central location (less than 500m from the main pedestrian boulevard), the space (120 m2) and the stylish, comfortable nature of the apartment which was completely renovated in 2011. The apartment is located in a historic pre-war building, with many old details such as high ceilings and wooden floors, and a modern kitchen and bathroom in order to provide our guests with the best of both worlds. Guest AccessGuests will have full access to the whole apartment, which consists of one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, living room with sofa-bed and TV/DVD player, dining room with space for up to 8 guests, kitchen / breakfast room and the large, south-facing private balcony. Families with young children will be offerred two baby cots, two baby chairs, a potty, a small bathtub, toys, books and DVD`s (free of charge). Interaction with GuestsYou will be met by your hosts Bronius and/or Regina (Viktorija`s parents), who will give you the keys and show you around the apartment. They live close-by and are available in case of emergencies during the duration of your stay. The NeighborhoodThe apartment is located in Ausros aleja, the same street as Šiauliai Cathedral, one block away from the main shopping and restaurant street in Šiauliai city centre. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies and the central post office are all within less than 500m. Getting AroundThe main bus and train stations in Šiauliai are both within easy walking distance of the apartment, approximately 1.0 and 1.5 km away respectively. There are also local buses that stop close to the apartment in Ausros aleja.
PARKING. There is off-street car park in the large courtyard behind the building, however, Mondays to Fridays from 8am - 5pm there is a €1,5 per day parking fee. The fee lets you park anywhere in Siauliai city centre during the same day. Parking is free during evenings and at weekends. Other Things to Note- Apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building, therefore there is a small hike to do.
