The SpaceThe apartment has 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths: 2 double bedrooms and 1 single. There is one bathroom en suite and one guest bathroom. The apartment has a large kitchen that includes a Washing machine, Grill, Microwave, Coffee and Tea maker, and all cooking utensils. It features a large comfortable living room dining room with large windows looking out onto the sea. There is a flat screen TV with tons of channels and a working Fireplace. There is AC throughout the apt. Off of the Living room is a nice terrace with patio furniture to sit and relax while enjoying the sea view. It makes a great place to read a book, have a glass of wine while watching the sunset or enjoy a candlelit dinner al fresco. The apartment is very well located in a quiet residential area, but close to the touristic towns of Sliema and St.Juliens. Shopping amenities like pharmacies, banks, food stores, great restaurants, wine bars are all nearby. Just a few minutes walks from the apartment there is a sandy swimming beach. The apartment is 5 min. from one of Europe's best waterparks called the Splash and Fun, and is now open for the season. The area is ideal for relaxation and also hiking as it has the sea and the countryside which is great for long walks or picnics. The bus system in Malta is excellent as it's easy to navigate, quick, and inexpensive. The closest stop is right along the coastal street in front of the house(1 min. walk) which makes visiting all of the sites in Malta a breeze. If one likes to hire a car(for about 20 euro a day), there is ample free parking at the apartment. If you decide not to rent a car, we have a service that will pick you up from the airport and bring you to the apartment! We can give you information and suggest the best things to see and do while in Malta, just ask. We also offer to help with car, boat, or bike hire, etc. We can guarantee you a peaceful and relaxing holiday and look forward to hearing from you soon! I live in a Semi-detached house located in a quiet residential seafront area in Pembroke, together with my husband George. Just round the corner you will find a supermarket and a magazine shop. Our home is just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the nightlife hub of Malta which is Paceville. Here is a tourist area where you find cinemas, bowling centre, hotels, takeaways and restaurants. My house is 5 minutes walk from a rocky beach and 15 minutes from St. George's sandy beach. In Paceville St. Julians there are many English language schools and so one can go to school on foot since my house is only 15 minutes away. We have 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms for the use of tenants. All rooms lead either to terrace or garden. WIFI is provided. Bus stop is just opposite the house with regular buses coming around. Down my street go down 3 busses. One goes directly to the capital city of Malta which is Valletta. Another goes to the south of Malta and the third goes to the North of Malta. When one goes to the north, it is easy to go to Gozo by taking the Gozo ferry boat which only takes about 20 minutes. We have 2 children, married and live on their own in another part of the country. We also have a 17 year old dog Trixy.

The SpaceThis entire home/apartment gains a lot of natural sunlight throughout the day, and this is what makes this apartment so attractive. The apartment forms part of a block of 2 only. This is ideal for 2-4 guests. There is a large open plan kitchen/living/dining/desk upon entry. The kitchen has a two seated breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully equipped: Large fridge/freezer, Electric Oven, ceramic Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, washing machine, Cooking utensils etc. The living area has a large TV with cable and sound system, and high speed wifi is available at no extra cost. This area is equipped with AC. The apartment also has a south facing 5.4sqm balcony, ideal for those who enjoy their morning coffee al fresco. There are two double bedrooms with storage. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite with shower facilities and is equipped with an AC. The second bedroom consists of a double bed but does not have an AC (fans or heater are provided). The bathroom just off the living area can be used for guests using this bedroom. Towels are provided along with a selection of toiletries, as well as extra bed linen. The Bus stop is 5mins away, and connects you well with Valletta, Sliema, or else the North of Malta (direct buses). Paceville (Malta's nightlife is 15mins walk) Guest AccessThere is a small cleaning fee, and security deposit which needs to be paid upon arrival. The SpaceMy penthouse is on the 4th floor and it has two terraces one in front and the other at the back. Like, I described it has amazing country and sea views. The place is airy, clean and finished to high standards as I have been living in the place for the past two & a half years. Guest AccessThe guests will have access for the bathroom, terrace, sitting & dining room, although the room is rented on bed and breakfast basis it can be booked on half board basis. Guests are NOT allowed to cook. Interaction with GuestsMainly, I believe in conviviality and in offering a friendly environment to all guests. I try to do my best in making my guests' stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. I speak 4 different languages fluently including English, Maltese, French and Italian. From the other side, I expect that all guests reciprocate by being responsible of the apartment and its belongings. I am really understanding as I have been hosting guests for the past three years and also believe that by establishing a good two-way communication, everything will be smooth. Please note that the price quoted covers only one person including the single supplement. If two guests will be occupying the room than the price will be less on an individual basis, that is €20.00 per night. The NeighborhoodThe neighbour hood is quiet and tranquill. It is surrounded with countryside and is really close to sea (5 mins on foot). The village is small and yet close to all amenities with shopping facilities. It is ideal for those who like to relax whilst discovering our marvellous island and its treasures. Getting AroundThe place is close to all amentities. It is minutes away from the sea, grocer, church and also public transport. It is also close to Paceville (a town which never sleeps - nightlife, clubbing etc.) St. Julians, Sliema and Bugibba (the three cities very well-known with tourists) and a few minutes by bus away from the Capital city, Valletta. Parking is definitely not a problem. Bus facilities are offered in the vicinity which could take you to any part of the island.

    Fantastic panoramic seaviews from pool area which include absolutely free, the most colourfull sunrise over the horizon all throughtout the year, weather it is summer or even in winter when Malta is blessed also in the pink morning colours of the sun. Occassional views also on a clear night of the Sicilian Coast. Apartment is brand new on the market and very central to our most popular destinations, St. Julians, Sliema and also Bugibba. After a day out exploring our beautiful island, one can come home to chill out next to the communal pool. Car space is also available on the property and also both Bus Stops either going North or South are located just 50 meters away from apartment. Also, sea is located just 5mins away on foot where one can dip in our clear crystal Meditterean Sea, for families with kid's, there is a Splash and Fun Park 5mins away as well. The apartment (on ground floor, main house above)consists of: 1 double bedroom with shower/toilet ensuite, 1 double bedroom, another smaller bedroom with shower/toilet in front of it. A communal outside shower/toilet is shared by only us and our guests staying in apartment at time of stay. Brand new modern kitchen and also living area. Coin meter is topped by myself with the first 10euro, rest is topped by guest by using 1 or 2euro only when the 10euro might run out. Once inside the main gate, guest have their own private entrance to apartment. I will be here to greet you myself and show you around the apartment. So WELCOME, have a great holiday and relax. Shower before entering so as not to damage pool engines. Kindly note i do not provide pool or beach towels. Only people who booked are recognized on the property.

Other Things to NoteDue to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below: - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment - 300KWh- for villas We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price will NOT be inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. On check in a payment of 70euro for utility start up will be requested. If not used the difference will be refunded if used more though, the difference will have to be paid for. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate.                   The SpaceSemi-detached house in a quiet residential area infront of the sea. 15 minutes away from Paceville, the nightlife centre of Malta and the English teaching schools. The family has been hosting English language students for the past 8 years, hosting over 40 people per year. It is 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach of St George and 5 minutes walk to a rocky beach..Our house is also 30 minutes by bus to the University of Malta. Single or shared rooms are available. Breakfast is given in a family atmosphere Guest AccessGuests have access to terrace or garden. Smoking is allowed outside. Interaction with GuestsMy husband and I live in this house. So we are always in contact with the guests. Getting AroundBus stop is just opposite the house with regular buses coming around. Down my street go down 3 buses. One goes directly to Valletta ( the capital city of Malta). Another goes to the south and the other goes to the north. If one decides to go to Gozo, one just takes the bus to the north and then takes the ferry boat for only 20 minutes. We will help you out with the buses. Other Things to NoteThe house is wheelchair accessible. WIFI is provided. The guest will be given the key of the house, so one can come and go as one pleases at any time. Just round the corner you find a minimarket and a magazine shop for your convenience. After 1 week, the laundry is done by the host free of charge.
