It is in a new apartment complex in a very safe and quiet street, it has its own large spacious common area where one can sit and read or relax under the Gazebo by the fountain. The room is a twin sharing bedroom of 26 m2, and it has its own bathroom with a shower. It has a small balcony with side Sea views. The apartment and the furniture is new, the kitchen is well equipped. The WiFi, towels, bed linen, use of washing machine is included in the offer. Transport , breakfast and air conditioning is available at an extra charge. We can also help with tours and trips ,recommend restaurants and places of interest to visit. The apartment is also air conditioned, and the price is inclusive of utilities. Needless to say, that this apartment is ideal for any traveler, be it a young couple, a young family, or even retired individuals/couples seeking an affordable refuge in Malta from the much harsher winter weather in Northern Europe. The SpaceTwo bed roomed flat recently refurbished situated at the much sought picturesque area of St. Julian's/ Paceville and just in front Malta's prestigious area of Portomaso. The apartment is ideally placed in the centre of Malta's life, yet, as situated, enjoying a quiet relaxing atmosphere, minutes away from St. George' s Bay (sandy beach), opposite a supermarket and one minute away from the efficient public bus service of the area. The flat Consists of an open plan air conditioned kitchen living dining, 2 bedrooms ( 2 extra sleeping places in the living room) bathroom with full use of roof area. The place enjoys plenty of bright sunlight and is close to all amenities - Free Wifi and Led TV are also available. The flat is situated on the second floor with a comfortable flight of stairs and a shared roof terrace. Valletta and Mdina can be reached within ten minutes by bus whilst still being in the centre of Malta' s night life. The airport is connected by shuttle bus or a short ride by cab. The SpaceFlat Sharing & Hosting travellers - private room. I live in a 3 bedroom ground floor apartment. The master bedroom which I use, another bedroom with a double bed and this bedroom that consists of two single beds. The apartment is in Spinola Bay - in central St Julians. Very quiet area, yet in the most central part of this beautiful island. St Julian's is a popular town flowing with tourists, both in the summer months and also in winter. It is also a well-sought after destination by all the Maltese. The population of St Julian's is 7,667 people (Nov 2005). The town has only one skyscraper. Area is excellent!!! - just a second away from the sea, beaches, banks, supermarket, the bus stop, taxi service, the main cinema, various, English schools and Paceville - where one can find entertainment and night life, bars,nightclubs, restaurants and a shopping mall. Sliema another popular town is only 20 minutes walk or a 5 minute bus ride. Valletta, the capital city of Malta, full of history and culture is a 15 minute bus ride. The buses are continuous. All amenities include kitchen, living room, bathroom, veranda and TV/internet/WIFI. Spinola Bay is probably the prettiest bay. The sea and fishing village is round the corner. Fantastic bars, restaurants, pubs, beaches, banks, English school, everything is in walking distance :) I simply love it! Getting AroundOnce this is the most popular town on the island, public transport is easy :). One can get to Valletta easily as the buses are continuously passing through. By bus it would take you 16 minutes to get to Valletta. There is also a ferry service from Sliema which is a 20 minute walk from the apartment. July and August are very hot months and the neighbourhood is buzzing with people and local festas. St. Julians celebrate their feast on the last weekend of September. Other Things to NoteSheets, towels , shower gel and shampoo are provided. Kitchen may be used for light snacks till 21.00. Please bear in mind that the fridge is not very large. So refrain from buying too much food. Also do not push food back in the fridge that it is touching the back of the fridge.

The NeighborhoodThe Sliema and St Julian's coastline is thronged with sunbathers during the peak summer months. From Qui-si-Sana in Sliema to Balluta Bay in St Julian's, it is one long stretch of rocky shore. But popular none the less with sun bathers and swimmers. Steps and handrails placed every so often allow easy access to the water. There are plenty of flat rocks to spread a towel on. The sea here is deep, but generally clean, clear and safe to swim. It is also excellent for snorkelling. Some hotels along the front, especially at the St Julian's end, provide beach concessions equipped with pools, water sports and lido areas for nightlife. The favorite beach areas are: the Tigne' area, Qui si-Sana, Ghar id-Dud, the Exiles and Fond Ghadir. Some are well- known lidos or `beach clubs' though the entire coastline is public access. The Sliema beaches become a very sociable, lively place to be by mid-afternoon in peak summer. The promenade is excellent for long, striding walks in winter, slow strolls on summer evenings and for watching the wave drama during freak autumn storms. You will find plenty of snack bars and restaurants on the coast road and kiosks near the shoreline. Getting AroundA bus stop is near the villa. You can go to Sliema, Valletta, Bugibba and many other town an villages. The SpaceThe seafront is just 200 m away from the apartment. This large apartment is located in a quiet but central area in St Julian's - it is one of the largest touristic areas in Malta and is therefore suitable for tourists of all ages. This apartment is blessed by a lot of light and is very airy. This apartment has a wonderful layout with a central combined kitchen/ living/ dining room. This room has big windows overlooking 2 big internal yards and gets lots of light all throughout the day. The main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a big bay window overlooking the prestigious Portomaso residential and upmarket shopping complex. The second bedroom is in the central part of the apartment and has 2 single beds. At the front of the property there is an extra massive 3rd bedroom, which has a lot of Space for extra beds. This apartment has 2 WC, one with bath and one with shower. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas and electric heating and fans. This apartment is easily reachable by bus or taxi from the airport and Seaport. The block is served by lift but at the entrance there are 20 steps. This apartment is not suitable for persons that find it difficult to go up 20 steps. The buses are very frequent and go directly to all major tourist (website hidden) Julian’s is also full of life all year round. Here you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs ( Paceville is Malta’s best nightlife area is just 400m away from this apartment), Alfresco restaurants, variety of international restaurants, etc. The closest sandy beach is St Georges Bay and it is only 10 min on foot away. The SpaceThis one of a kind property is situated exactly on the St Julians Sea-Front offering fantastic ever-changing views of the bay. The apartment is located exactly facing Spinola Bay. The apartment is on the 3rd floor served with lift. It has a main hall leading to a kitchen /living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and has a seating area suitable for 8 people. Also there is comfortable L-shaped couch that is accompanied by a flat screen tv for relaxing lounge nights. All the living area is finished with parquet flooring which makes it cosy as well. Moreover, the living area leads to a sunny balcony with lovely sea views and a 6 seating table to enjoy outdoor eating. The apartment is over two floors. It has a master bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs with a family bathroom. On the lower floor it has 2 other twin bedroom with another family bathroom, a spacious living/dining area. All rooms are very spacious. Wifi internet and cable Tv come on complementary basis. Besides its' lovely view, this apartment is just a minutes away from the St Julians promenade that is full of shops, restaurants by the sea, ice cream parlours, Internet cafes, daily cruise ships round Malta, or ferry boats that take you to the capital city Valletta. The promenade is ideal for walking or jogging. It is a great area to relax and enjoy the great panorama with boats passing by. Guest AccessMinimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted prorated according to the season. Payment done in advance to the website after 24hrs from the actaul check in the funds will be passed on to us. A refundable deposit of 200euro is payable on arrival against damages and it will be refunded on the last day of the holiday. The apartment includes basic water and electricity (200kWh)supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euros per unit (1kwh). Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Long lets also available rates upon request from owner. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested The NeighborhoodTill a few years ago , St Julians was a quiet fishing village. Nowadays development has changed it completely and it spreads all round St. Georges Bay, Spinola Bay, and Balluta Bay.. Most of the elegant houses along the shore line have gone to be replaced by blocks of apartments, restaurants, bars , cafes and hotels. The roads leading to St Julians village (now a town) proper remain largely untouched. The best preserved are in the area of Balluta Bay. A few villas with beautiful facades and large gardens. One villa has been converted into a restaurant forming part of Le Meridien Hotel. There is also the large neo-gothic Carmelite Chuch in the midst of small houses that used to be summer residences for the rich Valletta residents. There is a large block of apartments built in the art nouveau style overlooking the square where you can sit and have a coffe or drink and watch the world go by. Back in picturesque Spinola Bay there are still a number of old boat houses belonging to the fishermen that still remain with their traditional fishing boats sheltering in the bay. Some boat houses have been converted into restaurants which are quieter and romantic. The bay is particularly lovely in the evenings with the lights of the restaurants and street lighting reflecting in the calm water of the bay. On the other side of the bay is the promenade (very popular) which goes all the way to Sliema and beyond. Ideal for an evening stroll or to sit at a bar/cafe and people watch. Up the hill you will find Portomaso - a private yacht marina with restaurants and bars, a shopping complex and apartments (all very upmarket) with a lovely atmosphere. Nearby is the Hilton. There are a number of 5* hotels - all overlooking the sea on the coast north of Paceville. There is also a Casino at the Dragonara and another at Portomaso . Saint Julian's is a popular vacation spot on the coast of Malta. The small town successfully blends its fishing village charm with its tourist center. Latin architecture, such as Spinola Palace, built in 1688, and the Old Parish Church are popular historical sites. Divers will enjoy exploring shipwrecks via the Divewise Center. Other Things to NoteDue to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below: - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment - 300KWh- for villas We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Apart it is a quiet area and pleasant neeighbours, I have the priviledge to enjoy a beautiful sea view and St Julian's centre and in just 10 minutes walk, you are near the seaside, restaurants , coffee shops and a nice promenade were you can enjoy a walk from St Julian's to Sliema. Getting AroundThe location and access to public transport will make your stay very comfortable. One minute away you can get a bus to Valletta and Sliema. Five minutes walk to Spinola Bay you can get buses to any destination . Coming from the airport to the apartment there is direct bus, number X2, which comes to San Julians (Spinola bay). The SpaceThe apartment has a comfortable layout spread over 90sqm. The ambience really makes everyone feel at home. The NeighborhoodSliema has everything to close vicinity... Be it the mini market for your daily needs, to the bus stop, to the cafeterias, restaurants and shops. There is a nice walk by the sea which will take you up to St. Julians or the other way to Sliema centre. And only a five minute walk separates this neighborhood from the most lively area in Malta with restaurants, bars and access to public transportation. Our apartments have everything you will need for a pleasant stay. Buses are running right by the boardwalk and can take you to any part of the island. Sometimes you would need to transfer... But the entire trip from Valleta to Golden Bay is covered by buses running in front of our house. Our apartments are very neat and clean. We are paying extra effort and level of detail to make sure our guest check in into fresh and clean apartments. Thus, we are charging only a moderate fee. Please be respectful and try to maintain basic cleanliness. In addition, if you are staying for a longer period of time, you can request a cleaning service that includes a full cleaning of the place, replacements of towels and bed sheets. Water sports, scuba diving, gym facilities, heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and related activities are at your doorstep. A running track to the neighbouring Pembroke coast or the more popular and much sought after waterfront promenade are down the road. This apartment is extra large and has three front large balconies. It comprises an entrance hall, large sitting dining room, kitchen and three double air-conditioned bedrooms. There is an additional guest shower/toilet. This bedrooms is furnished with a double bed. Also complimenting this property is an optional underlying interconnecting one-car lock-up garage, whilst a lift service is available from a common entrance. Public transport is available from the airport almost to our doorstep. Your Bus Stop drop off point is Balluta Bay/Meridien Hotel Please note that check-in is between 1430 and 2330 whilst departures are from 0830 to 1100. Having said that, since you are staying in a private apartment, there will be nobody in the apartment waiting for you or anybody in your group, between 1430 and 2330. It is therefore in your interest to advise a specific time when you want to do your check in. (Which is usually one hour after anyone in your group of guests lands in Malta). Having been given your arrival time, preferably with your flight number, well in advance, (such as a day before) you are leaving for Malta, you are to send me an SMS message on my personal mobile number on landing in Malta, that is prior taking any means of transport to your allocated apartment, so that myself or a colleague will be there for you on arrival. I trust this is perfectly understood, especially if you want any one of your guests to check-in before you.
