The SpaceThis spacious ranch house has a large bedroom with two full beds, a kitchen nook that can double as an extra bedroom, two full baths, a complete kitchen, large living and dining room and a wonderful terrace that over looks the pond.
Rancho Primavera is 3 km from the small and charismatic Mexican town of El Tuito, which is at the center of the large peninsula known as Cabo Corrientes. Rancho Primavera is famous as a birding destination, but is also cherished by non-birders that enjoy being in touch with nature. It is also used as a jump off spot for exploring the many back roads, multiple rivers with large boulders to climb on and breath-taking isolated beaches of Cabo Corrientes. Enjoy the many hiking trails that show you the unique character of this location with mangos and papayas growing among pines and oaks with scattered prickly pear cactus and agave plants.
Rancho Primavera is a great place for families. Pets are welcome. Guest AccessPlenty of parking, WiFi, access to pool at main ranch house. Lots of hiking trails. Interaction with GuestsMost of the time I am here on the ranch. The guest are welcome to visit with me as much as they would like. I can show them around and lead them on some hiking trails. I share home grown fruits that are in season. The NeighborhoodMy neighborhood is mother nature and she is beautiful. As you wonder around the ranch you might see iguanas and armadillos, lots of lizards and for sure many great birds. If you are lucky you will see deer, wild boars or coatis. The mango grove is an eye-full when it blooms from February to March. Lots of other fruit trees such as lemons, limes, grapefruit, papayas and bananas will entice you. It is truly a nature photographer's dream come true!
Enjoy a paddle around the pond on the stand up paddle board. This is a great place to learn how to use a paddle board since the pond is always very calm. Getting AroundIt is best to have your own car, but if that is not possible buses run every half an hour from Puerto Vallarta to El Tuito. There is taxi service from El Tuito to the ranch, or it makes for a good hike. Other Things to NoteHelp yourself to the delicious lemons and limes growing on the property. Depending on what I have growing I might have some organic vegetables to share with you.
