The SpaceRoom furnished room for two or three people. The house has all the services: electricity, water, gas, telephone. Our strengths are: internet Wi-Fi, cable TV, kitchen, internal laundry, cleaning service once a week as well as warmth and good interaction with guests. The house style is classic with modern facilities. The spaces are wide and virtually no noise comes from the street. In general it is really quiet. The location is in the downtown, so you can easily access the historic sights and attractions. You can take a public transport route to anywhere in the city. Subway stations are relatively close. Mexicaltzingo line 1, Plaza Universidad line 2 and Juárez station that is the intersection of line 1 and 2. At this station you can transfer between the two lines with no additional cost. A few blocks south of the house there are the famous fish tacos "Taco Fish La Paz". These are an excellent choice for breakfast. Also close to the east lies the district of the “9 Esquinas” (the nine cornes) with its famous “Birrierias” typical food of the region. This is an excellent choice for the meal. And a few blocks north is the “Danés” bakery, a very good choice for dinner. For the weekend a palette of bars in the downtown are just few minutes away walking, including those of alternative entertainment ;-) Our place is unique on its cost benefit ratio. We give the best service with high quality at a reasonable price. We are your best option.
