The SpaceiHi..! (Update: Although I have listed the capacity as for 5, more or less 7 people may be there, provided two sleep on the sofas) For those of you who are not familiar with Roca Azul, it is a nice and warm vicinity pretty close to the "Rivera de Chapala". The neighborhood is located in a quarter not very far (about 5 minutes) from Jocotepec, Jalisco (a relatively small, yet nice town in the area), and about 15 to 20 minutes from Ajijic, Chapala, etc. The house is of course, ready for your disposal with everything including dishes, cooking utensils, etc; and fully equipped with every household appliance necessary for having an enjoyable time; ranging from air conditioners, TV and DVD sets (no cable TV at this time), to fully functional oven, refrigerator and washing machine. (Other electronic equipment such as microwave can be found. All in fully optimal conditions) The house total area is of about 440 squared meters, including: * 2 bedrooms (1 of them with its own bathroom and with a queen-sized bed, and the other one with two separated single-sized mattresses (which can be moved together)). * 2 bathrooms (both of them with showers and everything(URL HIDDEN)living room (with television and sound system, etc) [While the DVD sets, etc. are fully functional, there's no cable TV for the moment.. I'll update it as soon as there is] * fully equipped kitchen * laundry room * dining room * a small studio * ..and a relatively large garden outside [in case you're traveling with a pet such as a dog, there's a nice area where you can keep it happy outside] Although we're currently in Guadalajara, we will be able to assist you with anything you may need in your stay (the property is about ~30 minutes from Guadalajara City), or in any case, we'll be able to send you someone from the local area to assist you with any problem you may have. Anyhow, if you're interested in the kind of place where you can have a cool and relaxing time, Roca Azul is really a great place to choose. My father started vacationing around there since he was young, and latter on he bought this house.. Up till today, although we're not able to continue to go as frequently as we used to, we still enjoy paying a visit from time to time in order to have an enjoyable time and distract ourselves a bit from the city lights.. Thanks a lot!..Enjoy! Héctor Gmo. Muñoz Ps. If you'd like to see the property's (or the neighborhood's) exact location, I'd advise you to search it in (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps rather than Bing.. as the former is not as accurate in that certain region. Guest AccessThe full house and its appliances :) Interaction with GuestsWe are currently living in Guadalajara; however, we will personally go to the property to address your concerns, no more than an hour away. In case of any urgent matter, we may send to you a local contact for help. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood also has a rather nice club where for a small fee, anyone can be able enjoy its amenities such as swimming pools, volleyball, basketball, soccer (etc.) courts, playgrounds for kids, and much more. Roca Azul now has a functional video-surveillance system to ensure a higher degree of security to the locals. Enjoy!.. Getting AroundBicycles are on the site in case you want to have a trip around the neighborhood or to the Jocotepec town.

The neighborhood is located in a quarter not very far (about 5 minutes) from Jocotepec, Jalisco (a relatively small, yet nice town in the area), and about 15 to 20 minutes from Ajijic, Chapala, etc. The house is of course, ready for your disposal with everything including dishes, cooking utensils, etc; and fully equipped with every household appliance necessary for having an enjoyable time; ranging from air conditioners, TV and DVD sets, to fully functional oven, refrigerator and washing machine. * 2 bathrooms (both of them with showers and everything) * living room (with television and sound system, etc) [While the DVD sets, etc. are fully functional, there's no cable TV for the moment.. I'll update it as soon as there is] * fully equipped kitchen * laundry room * dining room * a small studio * ..and a relatively large garden outside [in case you're traveling with a pet such as a dog, there's a nice area where you can keep it outside] Although we're currently in Guadalajara, we will be able to assist you with anything you may need in your stay (the property is about ~30 minutes from Guadalajara City), or in any case, we'll be able to send you someone from the local area to assist you with any problem you may have. Héctor Gmo. Muñoz Ps. If you'd like to see the property's (or the neighborhood's) exact location, I'd advise you to search it in Google Maps (as "Roca Azul 2da. sección) rather than Bing.. as the former is not as accurate in that certain region.

This is an amazing opportunity to be in real Mexico with all the beauty and comfort one would want. The home is surrounded by a ten-foot high stone wall covered with bougainvillea and the property has plumaria, avacado, grapefruit, tangerine, banana, guava, orange, guava, lemon, and lime trees. The property is fully enclosed and safe and totally secure for your pets. We now have high speed wifi internet access at the home, and a hi-def 22in. flat panel DVD player in the master bedroom. Also, dozens of roses, birds of paradise, and others too numerous to mention. We go often to the home, but are flexible as to time. Housekeeper and gardener are long time employees who are very friendly and very helpful. This vacation rental home is just fifteen minutes from Ajijic, where there are numerous restaurants, shopping, medical facilities, and art centers (Mexican crafts are everywhere), and the Guadalajara Airport is just 40 minutes to the north. The town of Jocotepec has local markets (with all fresh produce) every day and large markets twice a week. Jocotepec has numerous fine shops and restaurants, some with the local specialty called 'Berreria,' a unique goat stew. The home is a short 3 block walk to the center of town. The SpaceThe house is at a very quiet place, the main road is nearby but you can't hear anything from the house. If you come for a wedding or some event at Ajijic, you will be at just 15 km, and Jocotepec is just 4 km away. If you like the mountain you have it just a few meters away. The Spa of Change is also just 2 km away, and the Raquet Club is very near too. Guest AccessJust at the back of the house you will find the swimming pool and a common terrace. You have parking space for 2 cars just at the door. Interaction with GuestsI live in Guadalajara and probably I won't be very near when you are around. But if we can coordinate things, I could possibly be at our other house nearby and help you with whatever you need. Also, of course, you can call me any time on the phone. The NeighborhoodIt is a very peaceful neighborhood. There is an OXXO shop very near (walking distance) and also several restaurants at the nearby towns (Chante, Jocotepec, San Juan Cosala and Ajijic) Getting AroundYou can reach by bus which passes by the main road just 200 meters from the house. However, the best is to come by car, which you can park just at the door.
