The SpaceIt is a great choice for a family or a company of friends. The house has a lot of space and this space is well organized. The big living room with a lot of light and the adjusting open terrace allows you to spend time together in a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. At the same time five separate rooms provide the possibly to relax in silence. The house is also very child friendly. We have toys, some stuff for babies like bed, chair, car seat. In the yard, there is a trampoline 3 m in diameter. It is easy to walk to the beach with a stroller.
The real center of life in the house is our large 30m2 terrace. Here you can have your meals while enjoying the view of the sea as well as of the surrounding mountains. You can also make barbecue right there - we have everything you need for it.
Our guest have access to all the commodities of the the house with no additional charge. We offer bedclothes, towels, dishes, stuff for swimming, toys for children. We have Wi-Fi with not limited traffic, we have digital TV and a lot of books. You are also welcome to eat the seasonal fruit from our garden: grapes, mandarins, kiwi, lemons, figs.
We also can orginize the transfer from/to Tivat or Dubrovnik airports (outsourcing, additional charge approx. 35 euro per car)

There are also a lot of bars and small cafes in Zelenika and Meljine and many restaurants on the way to Herceg Novi.
Just near the house stays «Roda», one of the biggest supermarkets in Montenegro, where you can find everything you need. Next door to it is a large shop «Technika» where they sell household goods, toys and stuff for swimming. There are also many other shops in Zelenika with food, clothes, instruments, fishing equipment, local fruits and vegetables. To buy fresh fish you’d better go out in the early morning to the bus stop area where almost every day you’ll find a car of a local fisher selling his catch right on the street.
We recommend you to visit Herceg Novi (10 min), Kotor (50 min), Perast (40 min), Budva (1 hour), Ulcinj (3 hours), Skadar lake (2 hours), Durmitor mountains (4,5 hoursчаса). You will also enjoy a trip to Dubrovnik (Croatia, 1 hour) and Mostar (Bosnia, 3 hours).
You can also buy a boat trip across Boka-Kotorska to Kotor, or to the Mamula island, Blue Caves and the beaches of Luštica peninsula.
